LIGHT POV

I turned around and looked at Ash, who was surprised at whatever he was looking at. Then I saw her. A girl, about 16 or 17, with auburn hair and hazel eyes and wearing a red bandanna and red outfit was standing there smiling. I walk to Ash. "You know her?" Ash looks at me with a grin. "Of course I know her! She is May, the Pokemon coordinator and performer! She was a friend I traveled with in Hoenn!" "Cool." I walk up to May. "Heya! My name is Light! I'm an old friend of Ash." May looks at me, kinda like she is examining me. She shakes my hand. "Nice to meet you! I'm May Maple! Any friend of Ash is a friend of mine!" I could see a slight blush on her face. I chuckle a little bit. "Hey, what's so funny?!" "Heh...nothing. Just remembered something funny. Anyway, I guess we should all go through introductions."
A FEW MINUTES LATER...

"So, yeah! Those are Ash's friends!" May looks excited. Then again, she looked excited the whole time, so who's to judge? "Wow! So, Clemont is an inventor, and Bonnie is his sister, and Serena is trying to become Kalos Queen? That's amazing!" I've realized that every time she saw me looking, she blushed a little. "Well, we are near the beach. I think I'll go for a swim! Sound good?" Everyone looks at me and nods in approval. "Well, I'll go get changed! See you in a minute!" Honestly, it would take me only a millisecond to change, but I have to hide my powers.
TIMESKIP

I walk out of the tent we set up on the shore, wearing my white swim trunks. Of course, I don't wear a shirt because I like the feel of the suns heat on my back. Everyone else is already in the water. Ash runs up to me. "What took you so long?" "Eh. Got hungry. I had a granola bar in my backpack, so I ate that." "Well, cmon! The water is perfect!" I nod and run to the water. I don't run at superspeed because I had to conceal my powers. I start swimming and messing with the others. I never noticed May looking at me.

MAY POV

"Wow, he looks cute!" That's what I thought when I saw Light. Now, when we were swimming, I couldn't stop blushing around him! "What is wrong with you May?! It isn't like you like him!" I decided to swim further out, so the others wouldn't see my beet red face. Suddenly, I feel something wrap around my leg and it starts to pull me! It was a Tentacruel! I couldn't escape! "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" It dragged me under the water, and the last thing I see before I blacked out was a blur of white, gold, and red.
