After another 10 days Ryu's training came to an end for Tanjiro Zenitsu Inosuke and Kanao. The three were currently resting up as Ryu simply watched over them on a boulder. He was still slightly bewildered as he could he their organs blood flow contractions and vital points. He could even tell how they would turn before they did it.

Ryu: This is definitely something from the Demon Slayer Mark. Cause unless I'm forgetting something I never had a semblance to do this.

Shojo: Yeah only the Byakugan could see things like this and N could never copy that himself. Also it actually boost your abilities a bit.

Ryu: Whatever it is, it's useful. I can see everything so much more clearly now. *Turns to the side* And believe me, I didn't think it could get any more high res than what I already had.

Shojo: There it is. I was waiting for the next time you broke the fourth wall.

They heard cawing in the distance as the kids woke up.

Tanjiro: Huh?!

Zenitsu: I'M UP!!

They saw all of their crow's -And Zenitsu Sparrow- flying around them.

Ryu's Crow: EMERGENCY MEETING!!! EMERGENCY MEETING!!! MUZAN KIBUTSUJI HAS ARRIVED NEAR THE MASTER!!!!

All of their eyes widened as Ryu got up yelling.

Ryu: LET'S GO!!!

They all started running to the mansion as Ryu seemed to be immediately serious for once.

Ryu: 'Finally gonna see what the big boss looks like huh?'

They heard a giant explosion seeing where it came from.

Ryu: SHIT!!!

They arrived to see the fire as in the flames Ryu noticed something. Or more specifically, someone.

That was the last straw as everyone who wasn't even around could hear his echoing laughter. A demon that was named Tamayo looked over to Ryu on his knees.

TAMAYO!!

Ryu: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! YOU'VE GOTTA BE FUCKING KIDDING ME!!! HOW THE HELL DOES HE LOOK LIKE MICHAEL FUCKING JACKSON?!!! BLEACHED SKIN AND FUCKING ALL!!!!

Shojo: Uh, Ryu?

Ryu: AH HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

Shojo: DUDE, LOOK AT HIM WITHOUT LAUGHING FOR A SEC!!!

He took a breath before composing himself. When he got a good look at Muzan his eyes widened.

Ryu: Uh oh.

The everyone was about to attack before hearing Ryu's voice.

Ryu: IT WON'T WORK!!! HE'S GOT 9 HEARTS AND 3 BRAINS!!!

Ruby: WHAT?!!

Muzan: IT'S TOO LATE FOR THAT!!! YOU REALLY THOUGHT YOU COULD CORNER ME?!!!

Before they could attack doors appeared under everyone's feet.

Rengoku: OH NO!!!

They all fell in as it was revealed they were inside a palace. A very warped one at that.

???: Where are we?!

Ryu: My guess, inside of Michael Jackson's lair.

???: You aren't letting that go huh?

Ryu: HELL NO THAT SHIT'S HILARIOUS!!!

Ryu then realized that there was actually someone there turning to see Shinobu.

Ryu: Oh, hey Shinobu.

Shinobu: ... Did you only now realize that I was here?

Ryu: Eh, don't take it personally. Anyway, let's not stick around here for too long. I've got a sneaking suspicion MJ is stronger than he let's on.

Shinobu: Before we do, I need to thank you.

Ryu: Uhhh, for what exactly?

Shinobu: You killer Upper Moon 2 didn't you?

Ryu: Uh huh. What, you have some personal beef with him?

Shinobu: You could say that, yes.

Ryu: Oh. Well I guess you're-

He saw Shinobu extend her hand out.

Ryu: '... Well at least she isn't falling over me like the girls in the last world.'

Shojo: Hm, I wonder how Night Raid is doing.

Ryu shook her small hand slightly smiling.

Ryu: Alright, can't waist too much time. Who knows when a Demon will pop up out of nowhere?

They started running off running into multiple Demon around the same strength as the Lower Moons.

Yeah, you can guess how easily they blew through those. It wasn't until they got to a certain room that things escalated.

Ryu: OH YOU'VE GOTTA BE FUCKING WITH ME!!!

Another Demon that had the eyes saying Upper Four was fighting Ruby Iguro and Mitsuri seemingly not getting hit.

NAKIME!!

Shinobu: Another Upper Moon 4?!

Ryu: IT'S A SINGLE FUCKING DEMON HOW ARE YOU LOSING?!!!

Ruby: CAN YOU STOP TALKING AND TRY HELPING?!!

Ryu jumped up readying to slash apart Nakime. When he did, a door appeared in front of him opening as he was about to fall in but seemingly did a double jump avoiding it and landing on the ceiling.

Ryu: HA!! NICE TRY!!

Mitsuri: ABOVE YOU!!!

This served to confuse Ryu more as he looked up from the ceiling.

Ruby: SHE MEANS BELLOW!!!

He looked down and saw that a door opened up making him deadpan.

Ryu: -_-

He fell as they all heard his yell.

Ryu: GOD DAMNIT MITSURI~!!!!!

In the room he had fallen in there were already two fighters. One of them being Muichiro, another Sanemi, and the last being the second strongest Demon Alive. Upper Moon One.

KOKUSHIBO!!

Muichiro: ... Ryu?

Kokushibo: It's that man...

He landed on the ground looking up annoyed seeing the door shut.

Ryu: OH YOU ARE DEAD!!!

Muichiro: What just happened?

Ryu looked seeing Muichiro pinned to the wall with his own sword missing an arm, as well as Genya with his upper and bottom half separated and Sanemi there as well.

Ryu: Hm, well shit has gone pretty far south while I'm not around. One minute you're fine and the next two of you are almost dead.

He walked over to Muichiro pulling his sword out of him.

Ryu: You got caught lacking.

Muichiro: BEHIND YOU!!

Ryu didn't even bother to turn his head and grabbed his katana blocking the sword slash of Kokushibo.

Ryu: A sword huh? Must've been a Demon Slayer if that's the case.

He gazed back at the blade seeing it was made out of flesh.

Ryu: UGH! Nastiest weapon I've ever seen in my life!

Shojo: That's coming from Ryu kids, so you know it's something else.

He spun around making him skid back.

Ryu: Alright let's get you fixed up.

He closed his eyes before flames came off of them as he held his hand out with a green aura. He held his hand over Muichiro and before everyone's eyes his arm was regrown.

Muichiro: H-How did you do that?!!

Ryu: Explanations later.

He appeared next to Genya doing the same thing.

Genya: Things are just getting crazier every time I see you!

Ryu: Eh, you get used to it. Now.

He turned to Kokushibo gripping his blade.

Ryu: I've got to kick the ass of Biwa player so I don't have much time to waist on you.

He walked forward before appearing in front of the Demon.

Genya: He vanished!

Sanemi: No, he's just moving faster than we can keep up!

Kokushibo drew his blade again as the two katana's clashed.

Ryu: 'He reacted. Something's up here.'

Kokushibo: Breath of the Moon, Fifth Form: Cursed Vortex of the Ghostly Moon!

Ryu backed up as pale purple slashes went all around the Upper Moon Demon.

Ryu: Breath of the Moon? I've never heard of that one before.

Kokushibo: You knew to dodge backwards... You must have awakened the ability to see the Transparent World as well...

Ryu: That's what this is? Well it's useful.

He looked at Kokushibo seeing that his physiology was no different from the other Upper Moons.

Ryu: Well, it looks like the big boss is the only one who can survive his head being chopped off. Makes it easier on me.

Muichiro: Kibutsuji can WHAT?!!

The Demon Slayer mark spread across Ryu's face as he switched to his bigger blade.

Ryu: Show me what you got.

Kokushibo: You indeed are marked. What a shame.

Ryu: What? You mean how people who use the mark don't live for long?

Kokushibo: You knew?

Ryu: Oh yeah. With great power can come a great backlash. I know that better than anyone.

Shojo: Seeing as you nearly died getting that new form.

Ryu: 'Hush you.'

Kokushibo: Judging by your appearance, would I be wrong to assume you're... 19?

Ryu: Nah, 24.

Kokushibo: That's not much better. You'll certainly die in a single year.

Ryu: Not likely. My life force isn't something so simple that a power boost like this will drain it. And from the looks of you, there was someone before me that lived longer than 25 with the mark.

Kokushibo seemed to tense up ever so slightly hearing this.

Ryu: Looks like I hit the nail on the head.

He appeared in front of Ryu trying to take on his head but his strike was blocked by Ryu's blade.

Ryu: Nope. Gonna have to do better than that.

They began clashing blades as it was clear Ryu had the advantage.

Kokushibo: 'He moves too fast. Even with me being able to see how he'll move I can't keep up when he gets this close.'

Ryu looked as if he was about to attack but seemingly vanished with an chained axe going towards Kokushibo's face. Thinking fast he moved his head to the side having his ear chopped off. The source of this was Gyomei who served as a good distraction. The Upper Moon however noticed something.

Kokushibo: 'This man is marked as well?'

Sanemi having his own mark awaken rushed in.

Sanemi: Breath of Wind, Seventh Form: TENGU SQUALL!!!

He spun in with a spiral of wind around him attempting to cut up Kokushibo but he managed to dodge again.

Sanemi: Man, Hashira Training for the win am I right?!!

Gyomei: Indeed. Your training especially came in handy Ryu.

Ryu: I might've been able to add something extra to it but those conditions are pretty brutal even for myself.

Ryu noticed something getting in front of Sanemi and Gyomei deflecting slashes.

Sanemi: What the hell was that?!!!

Ryu: Holy shit, look at his blade!

Gyomei: That's blade is-

Ryu: SO FUCKING AWESOME!!!

Sanemi: Don't start ogling over weapons like Rose does!!

Ryu: FUCK OFF!! I'M KEEPING THAT ONCE HE'S DEAD!!!

Kokushibo: Breath of the Moon, Eight Form: Moon Dragon Ringtail!

He swung the giant sword at the Hashira creating dozens of crescent moon blades. With no other option Ryu readied his own attack.

Ryu: Magma Breathing, 3rd Form: Flowing Eruption!!

Magma surrounded Ryu's blade as he started slashing the blades apart protecting Gyomei and Sanemi.

Ryu: Magma Breathing, 6th Form Improved: Scorch Spiral, Chaotic!!

He launched himself into a spinning slash as multiple blades of lava launched towards Kokushibo.

Kokushibo: Breath of the Moon, Ninth Form: Lunar Descent: Endless Moonscape!!!

He swung his blade creating ranged slashes that collided with Ryu's creating a smoke screen as he turned around to the others.

Ryu: Get the hell back!! We'll need everyone for the fight against Muzan!! I can handle Upper Moon One on my own!!

Gyomei: That's crazy talk even for you!!

Ryu: No, it isn't!! I haven't even come close to pulling out all the stops because you lot are too close for it!!

Kokushibo: Breath of the Moon, Tenth Form: Piercing Guillotine Ivy Moon!

What looked to be three giant purple buzzsaws of crescent moons came as them as Ryu gripped his blade tight.

Ryu: Magma Breathing, 7th Form: CHAOTIC LAVA EDGE!!

He stuck his sword into the ground and swung it as two giant slashes of lava went to the buzzsaws creating an explosion.

Ryu: Do you want me to finish this or what?!!

Sanemi: Grr...

Sanemi jumped back to Muichiro and Genya and Gyomei did the same. After they did so Ryu let out a breath of steam.

Ryu: Jeez you are one annoying opponent.

Kokushibo: You must realize you will not defeat me.

Ryu: Eh, it's debatable at the moment. However it's about to change.

Ryu drew his second katana taking in a breath.

Genya: Wh-What?

Muichiro: What does he plan on doing? That could only make him unbalanced.

Ryu breathed out as it seemed flames came out of his mouth.

Ryu: Let's do this.

He disappeared and reappeared in front of Kokushibo.

Ryu: Magma Breathing, 1st Form: Eruption Blade!!

He slashed down at Kokushibo with his larger blade making him dodge the attack by moving back. Though he didn't expect what would happen next.

Ryu: Flame Breathing, 1st Form: Unknowing Fire!!

He dashed forward making Kokushibo block his blade and be pushed back.

Kokushibo: 'This can't be possible!!'

Sanemi: He's using two breathing styles at once?!!

Gyomei: But those are two completely different ways of breath control. It's incredible anyone else's lungs would burst from the strain put on them!

Ryu dashed behind Kokushibo readying attacks.

Ryu: Flame Tiger, and Scorching Slash!!

He swung his blades as a tiger made out of fire was sent with a slash of magma hitting Kokushibo in the back severely damaging him.

Kokushibo: 'Th-This ridiculous speed!!'

Kokushibo seemed to have flashbacks as a man with reddish black hair and a Demon Slayer Mark stood in front of him.

Kokushibo: 'It's exactly how-'

An image of the man's face was clear as he was visibly angry.

Kokushibo: 'HE'S EXACTLY LIKE YORIICHI!!!'

YORIICHI TSUGIKUNI!!

Fang: Now some of you may ask. Fang, who is this guy? This mother fucker right here did what no one else in this show could. He damn near killer Muzan by HIMSELF. Alone. Solo. He's the reason why Muzan shits bricks seeing Hanafuda Earrings. I'll be damned if I let anymore info slip, or if I don't mention him.

Kokushibo crashed into the walls in pain as he saw his arms were cut off.

Kokushibo: 'N-No, his speed isn't just like Yoriichi's, it's on it's own level!'

Ryu appeared in front Kokushibo letting out a long breath.

Ryu: Not bad for my first time dual wielding breathing styles in a real battle.

Kokushibo seemed silent for a moment before laughing.

Kokushibo: I've longed for this. For years I've been forced to endure the shame of surviving against the strongest swordsman in the land on pure luck. Now, I can finally die to him with nothing to interrupt.

Ryu smirked.

Ryu: So, even Demons can keep their pride.

He sheathed his katana before swinging his mammoth Nichirin with all his might cutting off Kokushibo's head.

Kokushibo: ... Thank you Ryu Kaizen...

He was set ablaze in white flames from Ryu.

Ryu: The least I'll do is finish the job with an attack that gives you respect.

He sheathed his blade sighing in relief.

Ryu: -_- That was a pretty unnecessary move.

He cracked his neck looking at the others.

Ryu: You all alright?

Sanemi: Ugh, a little burnt but I'll live.

Muichiro: You definitely aren't human.

Ryu: -_- Can we not? That's sort of a touchy subject to me.

As Gyomei was about to ask about the subject once again they all heard a voice in their minds.

???: MUZAN HAS FULLY REGENERATED!!!

Ryu: First off: SHIT!!! Second off: Was that the masters kid?

Gyomei: This isn't good!!

Ryu grabbed his blade and sliced open a black and red portal.

Ryu: No time for questions, just go!!

He dashed into the portal as the others followed. This ended up being a portal to Rengoku as they went out seeing he Tanjiro and Giyu in front of Muzan who seemed to be in his true form.

Ryu: 'PFFT! Is it wrong to say he still looks like the man himself?'

Shojo: No, no it is not.

Muzan: You.

Ryu: Me.

He didn't say another word as he rushed towards Muzan. Knowing not the pull punches he grabbed his two blades before magma and flames surrounded their respective blades. Not expecting the blinding speed he had Muzan had dodged backwards before sending what seemed to be bladed tentacles towards all of them.

Tanjiro: 'That's fast!!'

Ryu seemed to be faster as he took in a breath becoming more focused. Muzan seemed to bristle at this.

Ryu: Magma Breathing, 2nd Form, plus Flame Breathing, 4th Form! Blooming Flame Undulation and Furious Lava Blades!!

Ryu blocked Muzan's tentacles that went to him from above while slicing Muzan's neck.

Tanjiro: YOU DID IT!!

Ryu: No I didn't!!

He jumped back as Muzan's head wasn't separated in the slightest.

Muichiro: Tell me this is a nightmare...

Sanemi: If we can't kill him by chopping off his head than what the hell are we supposed to do?!!!

Muzan: There's nothing you can do. I am the pinnacle of evolution. I'm all but perfect and once I absorb Nezuko Kamado, then there will be nothing that can stop me.

Ryu: HA!! Your immortality is basic at best! All I've gotta do is get rid of those 12 organs and you die here and now.

Muzan couldn't believe what he heard making him grit his teeth.

Muzan: Damn you, you can see just like man can't you?!

Ryu: Hm, what's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost.

In an instant Ryu was in front of Muzan managing to stab through three of his hearts.

Ryu: Don't get shaken up too bad.

He gritted his teeth with his tentacles wrapping around Ryu throwing him into the air. Once he landed on the ground he took in a breath looking up.

Ryu: Flame Breathing: Esoteric Art.

He dashed towards Muzan again as he swiped at Ryu finding it was a fake.

Muzan: What?!

Ryu: Blazing Mirage Slash.

Muzan felt three of his organs go again as he leapt back regenerating.

Ryu: Ugh, how the hell am I gonna get him? My normal arts can't get him in time. I just need 12 consecutive clean blows!

He felt the tower begin to shake as Ryu smirked.

Ryu: Alright, they did it!!

Rengoku: Who did what?

In the distance they heard something.

Ruby: *Distant* TAKE THAT YOU SPACE CONTROLLING FREAK!!!!

Muichiro: What that Ruby?

Muzan: NAKIME HAS BEEN DEFEATED?!!

Ryu: We're taking this outside!!

Soon they crashed as it was revealed they were finally out in the night sky.

Ryu: Good job you three!

Ruby: No biggie!

Muzan seemed furious as his tentacles whipped around.

Ryu: We have to destroy all 12 organs in order to cut off Muzan's head and kill him permanently!! Don't rush in recklessly unless you can tell where they are!!

Ryu went in as he used both of his blades to clash with Muzan's tentacles that whipped around. What he didn't expect was for the to get faster and faster as sparks flew through the air.

Ryu: 'SHIT THAT'S MORE SPEED THAN I IMAGINED!!'

His attacks only seemed to get fiercer and faster as soon Ryu was blown back allowing Muzan's to set his sights on the others.

Ruby: 'DAMNIT!!'

Ruby used petal burst as she flew around faster than she ever had attempting to protect as many people as she could. Though she couldn't stop other Slayers from using theirselves as human shields to protect the Hashira as lives were lost right in front of her eyes. Not only that, but Tanjiro had been infected with Muzan's blood as he had to be taken away to not be killed then and there.

Ruby: 'I thought we would be going on an actual fun adventure, I never thought there'd be someone who'd make me want to deal with Salem again!!!'

Ruby's heart rate began to increase as her silver aura returned once more. Ryu burst forth furious in Wolf Emperor form.

Ryu: YOU'RE SO DEAD!!!

He went in attacking Muzan but this tie the exact opposite thing happened.

Muzan: 'HE'S GETTING FASTER!! WAS HE HOLDING BACK?!!!'

Ryu overwhelmed Muzan for a bit before he began to stand his ground once again. Muzan knew that it would inevitably lead to Ryu overwhelming him as he thought of what would be a way for him to prevail. That's when he realized Ruby was slowing down grinning evilly.

Muzan: YOU SHOULD WATCH OUT FOR THAT FRIEND OF YOURS!!!

One of his tentacles grabbed Ruby by the leg terrifying everyone. Another was going right in to pierce Ruby's heart.

Shojo: She can't handle attacks like that from close!!

Ryu teleported just short of Ruby as his hand couldn't get to the tendril in time. For Ruby everything slowed in that moment as she thought it was the end. That's when a voice yelled out.

???: NINTH FORM: RENGOKU!!!!!

In a burst of speed no one would have thought possible, Rengoku had gotten in front of Ruby as the tentacle stabbed him through the heart. Ryu's eyes went wide as tears began to fall from both his and Ruby's eyes. Mitsuri couldn't believe what she had seen as Iguro had froze himself.

Ryu: KYOJURO!!!!!

Ryu grabbed the tentacle ripping it out while setting it on fire making Muzan ignite in white flames as well.

Ruby: Kyojuro, why'd you do it?!!! Why'd you take the blow that was meant for me?!!!

She held his shaking hand as Rengoku seemed to smile.

Rengoku: Y-You still have so much more to live for, Ruby... I couldn't stand and watch one of my precious students fall before my eyes.

Ryu started pressing on his chest trying to heal him as best as he could.

Ryu: You're gonna be okay!!! I can help you pull through!!!!

Kyojuro grabbed him with his other hand ceasing his healing.

Rengoku: Even you can't bring my h-heart back... It's simply my time you two.

He smiled brightly looking at the two.

Rengoku: I've trained three Slayers to be Hashira, and to die as I lived is what I always wished for.

His hands went limp before his eyes closed and the life from his body faded. Mitsuri and Iguro were both enraged as they started fighting against Muzan's tentacles. The aura around Ruby glowed brighter as soon the mark of a rose appeared on her neck he she looked up furious.

Shojo: Ryu-

Ryu: I know.

Ryu&Shojo: No Mercy for Evil.

Ryu's pupils glowed purple as he let out a powerful roar that echoed through the skies and even shattered the ground around them. His form began to change as he grew wings on his back.

He looked to Muzan with a glare filled with so much hate it terrified him. What scared him even more though was that neither Ryu or Ruby said a word and just blinked out of existence. He felt two of this hearts getting stabbed. Before they could regenerate another one was stabbed. This was revealed to be Tanjiro who had gotten back up furious as well.

Ryu: You look like shit kid.

Tanjiro: That does matter.

Ruby: He's right. All that matters is that we send this bastard straight to hell.

They all got away as Tanjiro looked at Ryu and then his blades.

Tanjiro: Ryu, you can replicate anything you see, can't you?

Ryu: You're a pretty smart kid. Not many could figure that out.

Tanjiro: I have a theory. The 13th Form.

Ryu: 13th?

Tanjiro: You've seen me use all 12 of my forms haven't you?

Ryu: Wait, do you think that-

Ruby: It's too risky. Ryu's never done the Breath of the Sun before and attempting all 12 consecutively might end up being our deaths.

Ryu: How about an alternative then?

Tanjiro: What do you have in mind?

Ryu: There are 12 internal organs Muzan has, and I still have one form of my Magma Breathing I haven't used yet. Happens to be 12 strikes too. Can you both buy me enough time to do it?

Ruby: How much?

Ryu: 30 seconds.

Tanjiro: ... That's enough.

They both dashed in and surprisingly both where easily able to move out of the way of Muzan's attacks.

Muzan: 'WHAT?!! How is this happening?! They shouldn't be able to dodge me like this!!'

He searched for the remainder of Tamayo's cells and scoured through her memories before finding the answer.

Muzan: 'SHE'S AGED ME!! If 4-5 hours have passed, then... I've aged over 9000 Years!!!'

Ruby's scythed turned bright red as she cut of tentacles as Tanjiro followed her league using Sun Breathing in consecutive order. Ruby's attacks were relentless as it seemed she began to make her own scars on the Demon's body before more popped up.

Ryu: 'Man, if I ever see that Yoriichi guy in the afterlife, I should thank him. He actually just gave me an idea of all his weak points.'

His blade began to glow as blue purple and orange lava surrounded the blade. At one point the Demon King tried to run away out uncharacteristically of Ruby, she had straight up punched through him and dragged him with petal burst in front of Ryu.

Ruby: 30 SECONDS ARE UP!!!

Ryu: GET OUT OF THE FUCKING WAY!!!

Ruby burst into petals getting far away as she could.

Ryu: I MEANT FUCKING EVERYONE!!!!!

Everyone besides Muzan got farther back as Ryu appeared in front of him. Ryu saw Rengoku's body before he heard familiar words echo in his mind.

Ryu: 'Rengoku: Set Your Heart Ablaze!!!'

A tear fell from his eye as the multicolored lava on his blade raged even more.

Ryu: Magma Breathing, FINAL FORM: PURGATORY VOLCANIC!!!!

Ryu first started off by slashing off both of Muzan's arms off along with the two hearts there. Soon he thrusted the giant blade at his sides getting another two hearts. That's when he aimed for his legs getting out another 2.

Muzan: 'DAMNIT!! HE'S FAR TOO FAST!!! I-I'D RATHER DEAL WITH YORIICHI AGAIN!!!'

Ryu slashed out the remaining three hearts not letting up in his attacks. He stabbed his chest removing the two brains there before the final one was left with Ryu putting his whole heart and soul into the final strike. Right before he did Muzan stuck his claws into Ryu's arm in one final attempt to survive. He entered Ryu's mind scape as he saw nothing but darkness.

Muzan: This is his mind scape? Well it doesn't matter. He'll become what I couldn't. Perfection.

???: I don't think so.

A black and white flame formed in front of Muzan as from it came Shojo grabbing Muzan by the neck chocking him.

Muzan: ACK!! *GASP* WH-WHAT IS HAPPENING?!!

Shojo looked him dead in the the eyes as she grinned almost evilly.

Shojo: I'm not gonna be forced to share both mine and Ryu's eternity with you. No outsiders we don't know allowed.

He stabbed through Muzan's head removing the last brain as the Demon Kings Regeneration had finally come to a complete stop.

Ryu: THIS ENDS FOR GOOD!!!!

With all of his might he chopped off Muzan's head as he burned until there was nothing left. Right on cue, the sun began to rise. He stabbed his sword into the ground for support.

Ryu: Shit, that might've been the dumbest thing I've ever done.

He walked to the others hauling his sword over his back and returning to base form.

Ryu: It's over...

Ruby looked over the dead body of Rengoku as tears fell from her eyes.

Ryu: I know.

Tears slid down Ryu's face as well.

Ryu: It's never easy to watch a loved one die.

Ryu took a breath before letting himself fall down. He looked around and saw Nezuko was there but she seemed different.

Ryu: Looks like the drug worked.

Nezuko looked around for Tanjiro seeing his eye was still messed up.

Ryu: -_- Oh right, that.

Begrudgingly Ryu got up walking towards Tanjiro. Nezuko had seen him before smiling.

Nezuko: Ryu.

He patted her on the head before kneeling down to Tanjiro.

Ryu: You get into more trouble than you should Tanjiro.

He snapped his fingers as Tanjiro seemed to be back to normal.

Tanjiro: H-How do you keep going that?!

Ryu: Healing that works as long as someone still has a heart.

Nezuko hugged Ryu's arm smiling and seemingly crying a bit too.

Nezuko: Thank you so much Ryu. You stood up for my brother and me a lot.

Ryu slightly sighed before hugging her back.

Ryu: You're welcome.

They let go of each other as the now former Hashira stretched and went over to Ruby who seemed to finally stop crying.

Ryu: Who knew things were gonna be like this?

Ruby: Yeah, didn't see it coming from a mile away.

They both let themselves fall backwards as the adrenaline rush subsided.

Shojo: You gonna be alright?

Ryu: '... I'm just tired.'

Shojo: Well, as a wise man once said, a man needs his rest.

Ryu closed his eyes peacefully sleeping.

Ryu and Ruby were at the tombstone of not only Rengoku, but Gyomei as well.

Ryu: Gyomei, you were a great man. Kind, honest, and gentle for your size. Even though I probably only openly admitted it once, I'm glad I met you. You were even a partial inspiration for Magma Breathing too.

He looked to the picture of Kyojuro.

Ryu: Kyojuro, I don't even know where to start. There isn't enough time in the day for how much I can praise ya. You lived your life the way you wanted to. I'm proud to have called you my master.

Ruby: I hope we all meet again one day.

They stood up walking away seeing everyone else ready to send the off.

Tengen: Never lose your flare you two!!

Ryu: Wouldn't dream of it.

Nezuko: You've helped all of us so much, I hope you both can live your lives happily!

Inosuke: You guys better not get killed! You're both too strong for that!!

Giyu: Take care.

Mitsuri: We'll miss you!

Sanemi: You two are gonna be able to handle whatever the world throws at you!!

For a moment Ryu could've swore he had seen the spirits of Kyojuro and Gyomei smiling. He held his hand out readying the portal gun.

Ruby: Love you guys!!!

Ryu: Bye guys!

Ryu gave a two finger salute before shooting the gun as the left.
