So this is the hero family he was assigned...

Looks like I bothered them.

Gosh how stupid of me.

They also seemed to have quite fun just looking at how they are dressed.

Maybe they went out?

And here I am destroying all this.

Not gonna lie after this run I felt like shit. I knew that the fever wasn't gone at all and here I was sprinting like a maniac through the damn city. Could you blame me tho, I just wanted to get out and escape from there. I wanted to be free and be in a place where people wouldn't hate me like Hawks was right about now.

Toko: Ah yes!

I am so glad you found some nice heroes...

I couldn't tell who that demon was but that right next to him was Present Mic. So I was kinda really sured that he was living nice. Now the thing was that I didn't want to even bother them at all. Toko finally found a great home and I felt really happy for him.

Mic: Are you okay, little listener. You are sweating a lot?

Me: I am fine... *cough* Just ran too much.

This coughing of mine was my doom. It was over but now it came back to me. I was sure that Jasper told me he healed me a bit but it was all for nothing seeing how I was running barefoot through the city. Not gonna lie, it wasn't the best time to be this naked. Even Toko had a light jaket on him.

Mic: Are you sure?

Me: Yeah....

Toko: Don't lie Izu!

But Toko...

I don't want to bother you plus you would send me back to that hero...

He is too busy to take care of a child...

I don't want to go back...

He won't even bother with me...

The streets might be even better....

I was about to turn around and continue my walk but you know that demon who had Tokoyami in his grip, had me in his damn scarf now and it didn't felt good at all. My wings were sensitive so it hurt soo much that I screamed out which made him immediately drop the scarf.

Me: AAAAAHHH!!!!

Toko: CAREFUL WITH HIS SKIN!

Toko was the one running directly at my side. The moment I was dropped, I fell to my knees hugging myself and carefully touching my skin which was covered by my wings. Whatever this scarf was made from, was not soft but really really stong and felt like cutting metal on my skin. Never did I want to be in that thing again.

???: Sorry. Are you okay?

Me: Yeah... just got some sensitive skin.

Toko: Izu... Why are you even out here like this?

Me: Got out for a stroll....?

Toko: You serious?

Me: Yeah...

This hero and the other one were around me and before I knew it, that demon laid his cooling hand on my forehead. It really felt soo cooling and nice but the fact that he did this was kinda bad because even Toko could tell that I was kinda hot. So that only meant that this hero would know it for sure.

???: You have a fever kid.

Me: ...

Toko: Izu, what's wrong?

Me: Nothing. I just want *cough* to get out for a bit...

Toko: Why do you even have a fever?

Me: I was stupid...

???: Mhm....

Mic: Sho, let's bring him with us for now.

???: *sigh*

Toko: Get ready for the cult cats.

Me: Huh?

Did he really just said a cult filled with cats?

No. I for sure didn't have a single word to say in this matter since I was sick and everything but I would still have loved to have some. This really felt kinda like a kidnapping only that these were heroes and Toko was there as well so I stopped talking and from time to time only let out a small cough. Not even walking was allowed since this hero was carrying me all the way to their car. It was also only now that I realized why... I must have ran over glass bottle shards at some point without realizing because I was bleeding. Oh how I must have looked for them.. This was definitely bad. Not a bit but really really bad for me!
