Chapter 15- It Doesn't Even Matter

"With you, it doesn't even matter what you are. Its who you are." He smiled, hugging me. I laughed, and there was that nice moment when everything was perfect.

Until we fell back into the bushes.

I spat leaves out of my mouth, and rubbed my head. "Dang it! That hurt Earth!"
Sting stifled a laugh, and I glared. "Don't even start."

He helped me up, because somehow he landed on his feet from falling backwards, and then we walked along the fence. The white cement was crunching beneath our feet, they hadn't redone it in a while.

"So...what now?" I asked, and he shrugged. "I dunno."
"I-I'm sorry.. I should have told you sooner." I said, hugging his arm. He shook his head, smiling. "It's alright. Here, let's go on a job."

He pulled a crumpled Fairy Tail Job Request, and it was stamped by both guilds. "And where did you get that?" I asked, narrowing my eyes. "The guild." Sighing, I took it.

"Involves...blah blah blah.... blaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh.... ah here we go! Thanks again for the help, I hope you are up to fighting a dark mage and other people!" It said, and the note literally disintegrated in my hand. "Its in the mountains where we fought the Oracion Seis members.. I remember! Dang it, I thought we finished them off." I said angrily, running in that direction

We were climbing up the mountain, and I had suggested Sting go above me so he wasn't looking up at my skirt.
We climbed, and I was a little dizzy when I got to the top. I stood on the edge, shaking my head to clear it.

However, I lost my footing, and started to fall backwards.
Sting grabbed my hand, and pulled me close to him. "Be careful. I don't want to lose you." He murmured in my ear.

Looking up at him, I noticed he had a worried look in his eyes, and I hugged him. "I know, I understand." We set off again, towards the mountains that held our fate.

********
'If those people are there.... Ami and Kumo. You're going down.' Those thought raced through my head, and my heart pounded with fear and excitement.

Sting raced ahead, and the first thing I heard out of his mouth was, "Those Bas-" I sighed, running to catch up with him.

The two individuals I thought of appeared in view.
"Looks like those little Bugs came back." Kumo sneered.
"Yeah looks like the girl is ready to die just like her mother." Ami laughed, and I growled.

"Don't let them get to you." Sting wispered, and I nodded. We got into a battle position, our hands blazing with light. My appearance flickered, but I shoved the will to transform down. 'Not today. I need to avenge my mother.' Blanc nodded.

Ami smiled, her fingers becoming long black claws. They were bloodstained with crimson red. She licked them hungrily. "I suppose it's time to fight." She purred, and Kumo's fingers did the same, and they both charged.

Slashing, they were going for our chests. We blocked them, but it was difficult for us both, more for Sting than me. I pushed Ami back, and attacked.

"LIGHT DRAGONS ROAR!!!" I yelled, and it hit her full on. She flew into the rock face, but when I turned she was right next to me. "Now watch as your beloved dies!" She shoved me into the ground, and stood on top of me. Kumo came from behind Sting, and started slashing him multiple times. He let out a scream of pain, but fell onto the ground. A blood pool was around him.

"STING!"

I seethed, angry. "You ******* ******!!" I yelled, pushing Ami off of me. "We've played enough. Let's fight." A dark purple aura surrounded me as I transformed. My white hair and tail was shocking to them, apparently. "What the heck happened to you!" One yelled. It was Kumo. I remember. He charged at me with suprising force. He went down with one swipe of my hand, and so did Ami. "Accept your fate." I growled.

Walking over to Sting, I picked him up, and began jumping to my home, which was closest. Since it was in the trees, it was particularly easy to get to. Blood dripped from his wound, and I resisted my true form, one of lust and hunger.

Stepping on the deck, I turned back. I bit my lip, scared as I gingerly put Sting on my bed. Retrieving medical supplies, I got to work. Stopping the bleeding, and putting a bandage over his chest, I sighed in relief. His breathing wasn't rough anymore, it was smooth and steady.

"Reckless..." I sighed, and sat next to the bed, wiping sweat off my forehead. "Honestly, I don't know what I am gonna do with you."

I rested my head on the bed, closing my eyes.

"Sting..."
