So you already know that I go by onyx but there's quite a bit of things you don't know about me

My real name isn't onyx, but onyx is the easiest nickname I came up with. Plus it sounds cool.

I technically had three names before I was called onyx.

Some days I was Oliver, some days I was Olivia, and sometimes just olli.

It should be known that I'm genderfluid and actually have a funny story because of this. My friend, Night, didn't know I was genderfluid and at the time we met I would change my appearance when my gender changed, so he thought I was three different people with similar names. That was the time when my brother Cal and I were realm jumping so I had only briefly interacted with him, but it was still funny. He eventually found out though and is super embarrassed by thinking I was three people.

So I'm around 23 now and currently I work at the mechanic shop in town. I build robots and any limbs and whatnot that need to be built for and purposes. My parter is called nebula.

If you haven't guessed already, most of us go by nicknames.

Anyway I grew up in the realm of evilfalls. Realms are basically just different universes that you can access if you learn how to portal jump. The human realm is one of them, and that's where Jackie and Nebula were for most of their lives.

Both my parents were elements, which wasn't exactly really rare but it was really cool. And since Jackie and I were twins, and both biologically female, we both inherited a separate element from our parents. I got the element of fire, which Jackie says is fitting for me since apparently I'm driven by emotion and destructive when I want to be.

*deep breath*

Alright so basically my parents were fire and water and if you remember, they had a bond so strong they shared feelings and pain. Ya. Well when I was younger, probably about 4 at the oldest, we all lived in a small-ish town near a forest. After some time with both of our parents, fire had to leave. I was too young to understand it then but um. But there was a war and she had been called to fight. After that, bad things started to happen to people in the town. There was some type if sickness that broke out, but no one could identify it. It was really bad though, and not many people survived from it. When Water eventually developed the sickness, they were distraught. Water didn't sant us to get sick from it, because we would surely die, so she sent us to one of the powerful ultimatrixes in the town. She could not make us become immune to the sickness though, so we had had to come up with another plan. We, with Waters reluctant consent, told to travel to a different realm and meet up with Earth.

Earth was a mother and was very kind, so she would have taken care of us. However, being that Cal was a newborn and Jackie and I were four, we could not portal jump correctly. The Ultimatrix had given us a potion to help, but her efforts were in vain. For soon after we had set off to begin our journey, it appeared that I had fallen I'll. if course I know now that it was not in fact the sickness, at the time I didn't wasn't to chance it. I had given cal to Jackie and had her transport to the new realm. Unfortunately portal jumping with only a potion does not work with a newborn. After she drank the potion Jackie had disappeared but Cal was still here. I was devastated since I thought that I was unable to save him.

Time passed and I got better, glad that Cal had not caught what I had. On returning to the village though, I found that Water had died.

I didn't know what to do so I ran away again with Cal. We met a woman who agreed to help us, sonde we were so young and on our own. We lived with her until we reached the ages of 18 and 15.

Upon turning 18 I was determined to find Jackie again. Cal wouldn't let me go alone, so we went together. The women had explained portal jumping, but never taught us how, so it was shakey at first. After many many many tries, we managed to do it successfully.

We had found the realm that Jackie should have been, only to find that she was not there. After that we both went across many realms in search of her. It took two years, but her had found her in the human realm.

We then got her to come back to see her home. There wasn't much left of it. We were saddened, but discovered there was a bigger problem. The group of people who had fought against us long ago were still here and still evil.

To make a long story short, we had to figure out a way to stop them, which was extremely difficult. Along our adventure we met others, both element born and not. Eventually we defeated the leader abd group of the most vicious enemies, but by that time only Jackie and I were still alive. After the battle however, I was alone.

There is a rule that if an element holder dies before passing on the element, the element will still exist and can be contained. I had done that when our friends with elements had died, but I couldn't save the others.

But I came back here, to this very house and I did some magic.

Oh of course you can't just bring someone back to life, but you can allow the elements back to their owners. Basically, it's a loophole.

But it was costly. I had to give up my element as well as my ability to become an ultimatrix. I may have also lost a few limbs, but that's ok since I build those all the time.

Either way, we exist here now.

Author's note: onyx's appearance is as follows: dark-ish skin and white hair---which occurred when they gave up their element. Before they had a light brown hair color---- very light greyish blue eyes and lots of freckles
