Hello everyone and this is the end of tangled now some people have been asking me have I decided what Dragon partners the new Dragon riders will have? And I can happily say yes and for those of you who are asking what they are?

Well I have a simple answer for you... what a dragon could sing with Rapunzel...

And in terms of aerial... I feel like that should be obvious... but here's a hint Ariel is going to be in some hot water when she finds them

As for the other characters, I'd rather not see what their dragon is going to be until I actually introduced them into the story because I might change my mind or a better idea might come into my head so I'll keep the dragons a secret for now

Hiccup point of view

The next day

I wake up to the feeling of toothless licking me! Eyes open wide as I hug my Dragon so happy to see him and in one piece as well but how did he fin-

I didn't hear Eugene screaming and being dragged away by that fairy creature again wow this thing really hates him, Rapunzel then get the creature to calm down and that's when I get the actual name of the animal before me it's a horse apparently people around them

Eventually Rapunzel managed to get Eugene and Maximus the name of the horse to agree not to chase each other for the rest of her birthday and that's when I introduced them to toothless and which Pascal as expected took a liking to and so did Rapunzel she seem to be good with animals

Anyway the reunion was short lived because we couldn't take toothless with us into the castle he would drag too much to attention and Eugene didn't wanna come along because of his reputation no he gave us some money to spend of course Maximus wasn't thrilled about Eugene all by am self but I promised him that toothless would a keep eye on him.

With everything sorted Rapunzel ran off to the entrance of the castle I followed quickly behind her and she was immediately mesmerised by everything she saw

(okay so just imagine that hiccup takes the place of Eugene in this video. I wanted to write but I didn't have time)

While everyone was heading to the boat I came up with an idea to give Rapunzel the best day of her life we headed back to where toothless was and I helped her on board and as the lanterns were let up in the sky she was given the best seat in the house as we flew above them and below majestically in the sky

Rapunzel squeezing me tightly: thank you for this you were right The world is a fun place

I smile at her: well actually I said the world is a much funnier place with we better land soon toothless is probably tired

We land back on the ground where we were supposed to meet Eugene but to a surprise it's the two men from earlier and in the distance Eugene is floating away with a satchel in his hands oh no he sold us out I've Gotta get Rapun-

I'm hit on the back of the head again and everything fades to black final thing I hear is toothless grabbing me and the rustling of the trees. No we forgot Rapunzel. That was the last thing I could think of before I fell into unconsciousness

Narrators point of view

Hiccup shot awake and immediately took in his surroundings all he could see was toothless in front of him licking him happy that his rider was okay. Memories of what happened the previous thanks still fancy to the young dragon rider but eventually he remembered the full story how Eugene betrayed Rapunzel and now she's who knows where with the two thugs that will probably with dagger

Hiccup knowing that he couldn't let Rapunzel's gift fall into the wrong hands: come on we Gotta find Rapunzel maybe if we find Eugene will be able to get some information out of that of the two tiny doublecrossing son of-

Toothless look at his rider and placed his paws up over his mouth to stop him from swearing, hiccup Took that as a sign of toothless saying they don't have time for it and so instead he just immediately got back onto plus and they flew off into the direction that he saw
Eugene sail off to only to find that he was on the right path of the prison

Hiccups thoughts: why would Eugene sell us out get the crown and then sail straight into the prison that doesn't make any sense

Meanwhile with Rapunzel

Back with hic up who has now broken into the prison and sneakily searching for Eugene with toothless waiting outside

Eventually he found Eugene and his broke into a fury as he grabbed a thief by his collar and slammed him against the bars

Hiccup angry: why did you betray Rapunzel where did those guys take her!

Eugene frightened out of his mind: I... Didn't those guys stepped up on me while you were off on your dragon I woke up and I was on the boat I was tied up I don't know how I got there. I swear! I will never betray Rapunzel or you I promise!

Hiccup still furious and didn't believe Eugene: give me one good reason why I should trust you!?

Eugene panics but comes up with evidence: okay okay if I betrayed Rapunzel and got the crown why would I sailed straight to the prison I mean I like to gloatbut I'm not stupid

The Dragon Riders thought about it for a moment, he agreed that Eugene wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer but he definitely wasn't dumb enough to sail straight into the prison which means it's only lead is now gone. He lets go of Eugene who readjust his collar on the other side of the bars

hiccup still being careful that no one else saw him: alright but where would those guys take her?

Eugene: You tell me they were with that crazy guy dagger you talked about how he said that he was going to see how much someone would pay to have hair that would make them live forever and then he started babbling on about getting an army to destroy you and your friends

hiccup thought about it for a moment and then it hit him: wait a minute how would I even know about Rapunzel, I mean yes a girl with incredibly long hair wouldn't be hard to miss but how did they know about her healing powers even if they saw her using it the other night daggers not the type of guy to watch and he's the type of guy to take action they would've attacked us then and there

Eugene picking up what is Dragon riding friend was stepping in: so you're saying someone else has been running the scenes at least for awhile

Hiccup nodded: yeah, but who in their right mind would work with dagger the arranged?

Suddenly the door burst it open and hiccup barely had enough time turnaround before he was pinned against the wall by some armed guards

The head guard walked in and unlocked Eugenes cell door: it's time rider

Eugene confused: Time for what?

The guard just looked at him and Eugene understood without him saying a word he hold his neck realising that he was going to be hanged: oh

One of the guards that was holding hiccup up to the wall: Sir, what should we do with this one?

The guard looked at hiccup: Will hang him too, he's clearly here to break out Flynn Rider we're lucky we caught him in the act

Eugene argues and comes up with a Lie to get hiccup out of trouble : wait no, this kid was after me for revenge I kind of....well.... Ruined his relationship with his girlfriend please let him go he's got nothing to do with this

The head guard raises an eyebrow at the thief: you'd really think I would believe you put him in chains or take them and they'll be hanged together

Hiccup and Eugene were then taken out of the room and being dragged to the pending death, Hic up trying to struggle and tell them they have to go save Rapunzel but they weren't listening eventually he gave up trying to convince them but then he noticed The two responsible for kidnapping Rapunzel

Confused and angry hiccup tugged Eugene on the sleeves and gestured towards them a thief nodded in agreement. Eugene regards they were holding them and jumped up to get his arms relatively free and did the same for hiccup. The Dragon rider then grabbed dagger through the bars

Hiccup as angry as he's ever been before: how did you know about her?! Tell me now!!!!

The big strong brother was actually intimidated by the screaming, breaking and started to spill his guts: it... Wasn't usit was the old lady

Hiccup repeated what is enemy said: Old lady....

And then it hit him, hiccups thoughts: old lady Rapunzel's mother but why would she do all this to get her daughter to come back she could've just waited a couple of days... Unless she didn't want to wait or risk the chance of Rapunzel never coming back but why would she... she's been using Rapunzel to keep herself young that's why she never let her leave the tower she was afraid that she would lose her eternal youth Which means she set this whole thing up she used a dagger and the other 2 to scare Rapunzel and in attempt to break her trust with the world she framed Eugene and I'm making him out to be the monster that she always told Rapunzel existed she couldn't do it with me because I was out with her. I need to get to Rapunzel and warn her

The guards had overpowered Eugene and now drag hiccup back as he tried to tell them the truth but again they weren't listening.

Back at the tower

Back with the Dragon rider and the thief

had given up trying to fight it and it had accepted their fate however I noticed something at the corner of the eye, it was the small horse that one of the ruffians carried with him. Suddenly The corridor doors slammed shut and were locked

The head guard slammed on the door: Open the door immediately!

To hiccup surprise the small hatch on the door opened revealed to be his girlfriend Astrid: I would but I don't want to

She slammed the miniature door hiccups smiled leaving Eugene confused as much as the guards

The head guard getting angry slammed on the door once more : open this door immediately!

The mini door opened again and Astrid with a sarcastic look on her face : let me think about that... should I open the door?... This is a difficult decision... Maybe I know... Possibly OK I've decided...nope I am not opening the door

Mini door once again slammed in the guards face and now he was furious he started pounding on the door threatening to break it down. Astrid didn't open it however he was so focused on the door. He didn't realise that his two guards were taken out by the barbarians who snuck into the castle The rescue Eugene and hiccup

When the head guard finally turned around all he saw was the thief and the Dragon rider cocky smiling at him as they waved at him through their chain the door then opened and Astrid came in and hit the guard on the back of the head with a frying pan

Astrid: you know what I never knew that frying pan could be such a good weapon

Hiccup: yeah frying pan who knew right?

Astrid came over to her boyfriend and hugged him tightly. Ariel jumped out of nowhere and hugging them too.

The female warrior : why did you wander off? And what the heck have you got yourself into?... When I came across these barbarians they told me that they met you when you were travelling with a long haired blonde girl and a thief and you were being chased by the Royal guard what the heck happened?

Hiccup: well long story short I went to go relieve myself and I got lost in the woods. I nearly got trampled by what I now know as horses and ended up chasing after Lugene who at the time I thought was Flynn Rider

Astrid looked towards the thief who was getting his chains removed by the barbarians: hi

She turned her attention back to her boyfriend who continued to explain the story: then we came across a giant tower that only had an entrance through the window so I climbed up that's where I meant Rapunzel a girl that's been trapped inside of the tower since she was a child she wanted the chance to go see the lights in the sky so I agreed to take her with Eugene admittedly with Eugene it was more like a bride and I just agreed to it in the hopes of finding you along the way... Make this even shorter things happen we got separated Rapunzel's probably back in the tower and we need to rescue her because the person that's got her in the tower is not her mother and it also turns out that Rapunzel is the lost princess as well as has the ability of the magic flower that can heal an injury and the woman that's been kept her is been using her power to... Probably stay young did I miss anything Eugene?

Eugene: no... No, that probably sums up everything we need to go save-

The conversation was cut short, when the other door was Busted, in by a bunch of guards, not wasting any more time the fees and the Dragon rider followed the ruffians through the prism, trying to find a way out until they ended up in the courtyard where it looked like it was a dead end, but thankfully, toothless and storm fly aarrived with his plasma blast and her fire breath and spiky tail grading a perimeter of fire around the barbarians as the dragons picked up their riders and aerial

Eugene was also sent in the air but not by a dragon. The barbarians had used a wagon to create a makeshift seesaw that one of them jumped on and the weight distribution sent Eugene flying right onto the saddle of Maximus the very horse that led the barbarians to rescue the thief that he wants tried to catch

Eugene surprise to see the horse that had been hunting him for days: Max, you put them here

The horse nodded, Eugene continued : thank you, I need that

Max appreciated Thank you, but Eugenes thank you went on for a little too long: oh no, I really mean it, I just feel like we've been-

hiccup was lying next to the door then listening in rolled his eyes and interrupted: guys, I truly hate to interrupt this beautiful moment of enemies becoming friends, but can we please hurry and get to Rapunzel she needs to know the truth

Eugene finally, snapping out of his gratitude stage : you're right, you're right okay here's the plan me and Max will lead them away you and your lizard can get to Rapunzel faster... Go!

The leader of the Dragon Riders nodded, and then zoomed off on toothless faster than they've ever gone before Astrid and storm fly along with Ariel tried to go with them but toothless was too fast and they eventually lost them, but they weren't that far behind

Toothless and hiccup eventually reach the tower in less than five minutes because he couldn't jump into the window without hurting toothless toothless landed close by and then ran to the tower

Hiccup yelling at the top of his lungs: Rapunzel!!!!

She didn't respond, hiccup: oh I can't believe I'm gonna say this, Rapunzel! Let down your hair!

A few seconds went by, and eventually Rapunzel's golden hair flew down and hiccup did his best to climate it took a while mainly because he was missing a leg and it was the first time he ever climbed someone's hair before But eventually he got to the top and climbed in the window only to find Rapunzel chained to the wall and gagged before he could even say anything he was stabbed in the back by mother Goffle

Rapunzel screamed in despair, his mother Gothel removed her blade and cleaned it from the blood, she looked at the boy: you weren't the one I was expecting but it doesn't matter we are going to a place no one else will ever find I'll do anything to protect my daughter

Even through the pain hiccups spoke: don't make me laugh, you're not her mother you stole her didn't you

Mother Gothel surprised: well you're certainly more clever than I gave you credit for, yes I did steal her so I could forever have my youth

Hiccup leaning against the wall and holding his wound to stop himself from bleeding out: so you trapped her in this tower for 18 years just for your own selfish benefit and stole her away from the family that she was supposed to have

Mother Gothel laughed: oh no no no no that family stole something from the first floor of Eternal youth that fell from the Sun and they used it to give birth to her in doing so they gave her The ability to heal I found the flower first it was mine

Hiccup working through the pain: it never belonged to you in the first place it was a gift from the heavens supposed to help humanity and you kept to yourself so you could stay young. Don't try to sell yourself off the victim you're a selfish evil woman and I won't let you get away with this

Mother Gothel unlocking Rapunzel from the wall but she still had a change on she tried to fight against her stepmother but she was being dragged to the stairwell: I don't think you can because you're going to die in A few seconds what could you possibly do to stop me now now come along, Rapunzel was going somewhere far far away where you will never escape again

Rapunzel struggled against the pool of mother Gothal, but she was able to get her gag free: no, please just let me heal him... Let me heal him, and I'll stay with you. Everything will go back to the Wait, it was just let me heal him.

The evil woman was beginning to think about that request. She agreed to it, but before that, she changed the Viking up to the wall: just in case you have any plans about the following house

Hiccup through his dying breath gave a snarky remark: doesn't matter, you're not gonna get out of this tower... One way or the other

Gartel : oh really? And why is that? I have you chained up in the minute Rapunzel heals you up we will be out of here and we will go far away where you will never find us

Hiccup: yeah that's not going to happen... Do you want to know why? Because I didn't come here alone

The evil woman's eyes widened as she heard footsteps coming up from her escape route she got ready with a knife ready to stab whoever came up however what did not expect was a dragon to come bursting through the roof shattering the ceiling and pinning her to the floor

Gothel struggling to breathe: get this beast off me!

Astrid, who came up from the escape hatch with her act ready: never take a toy from a dragon... Don't you know anything?

Storm fly kept golf for pinned to the ground as Astrid went over and freed Rapunzel who immediately ran over to hiccup and used her magic hair to heal his injury. Once that was done. Astrid read him from his chain and using whatever was left of them they use them to tie up the witch behind all of it

They walked down the stairs they walked in relative silence partly because Gothel was gagged so she couldn't scream out and get off to be let go

Rapunzel was the first one to speak : I can't believe it it's over... And I can't believe I'm the lost princess

Hiccup: yeah today certainly been interesting... This was a heck of a first adventure

Astrid sounding a little upset : which you did without me or aerial

Hiccup: alright I'm sorry I promise I won't walk off like that again

Astrid : you better... Alright we haven't been formally introduced. Hi, I'm Astrid hiccups

Rapunzel seemed surprised by this : your hiccups girlfriend... He didn't mention you wait are you the one that can control ice?

Hiccup rubbed at the back of his head: actually Rapunzel don't hate me but that was a lie the truth is that ability was something I read in the book of magic I don't know anyone that can control ice

Rapunzel : oh... Wait so why do you lie?

Hiccup: well in my defence we were travelling with a thief who had a fake name... And I didn't know that much about you Rapunzel I didn't know if I could trust you with the real secret. The truth is I do know someone with magical powers but it's not someone that can control ice... It's something a bit more amazing than that and I didn't know if I could trust you or Eugene with that kind of information, and I've certainly can't trust the woman that we are currently taking to face justice for her crimes

The last princess was hurt by the fact she was lied to by a...."really close friend" but she understood his reservations after all they only knew each other for a couple of days and it isn't like she wasn't keeping secrets from him. The magic hair was a prime example.

Rapunzel: it's okay, I understand, but I hope one day that you'll tell me

Astrid: well we could... If you want to become a dragon rider

Rapunzel's eyes widen and so did hiccups as they left the tower storm fly flew down from the top and hiccup was immediately tackled by both toothless and Ariel who are both worried about him

It wasn't long before Eugene and some of the other barbarians caught up with them outside the tower

Eugene: wow seems like we missed... A lot

Hiccup: yeah you did... Good news is I think this might get you off the execution list turning in the woman that kidnapped the lost princess and the lost princess when you won't be hailed as a hero but you're definitely have the king and queens gratitude provided that you know don't go back to stealing and you return what you stole

Eugene: I guess you're right... This could be like a new start for me to be honest after the past few days I'm kind of done with stealing a chance to make a new start... That sounds great

Rapunzel stepped forward: actually I don't wanna go to my parents just yet

This surprised everyone Rapunzel was so close to getting her happily ever after, and she wanted to delay it

Hiccup: but Rapunzel, why?

Rapunzel: I'm finally free I'm out of the tower and I'm not chained by the responsibility that mother... I mean Gothel made me believe and believe me I wanna go see my parents but I think if I go see them now they'll just lock me away in another tower and I don't want that I want to be free... So maybe I don't know we could pull off the family reunion at least for a while at least let me see some of the world first

Hiccup: Rapunzel, are you saying what I think you're saying?

The lost princess nodded: yeah I wanna be a dragon rider
