Hiccup point of view

I'm lost and I mean that in a literal sense I'm completely lost when I first woke up this morning. I looked over to Astrid who was hugging me in her sleep as the memories of what happened last night flooded through my mind.

It was amazing no it was... There's not even a word for how good it was

But I need to wash up and I didn't want to disturb aerial in her pond so I try to find another source of water. I did eventually without waking anyone else up not even the dragons but it was deeper into the forest and I kind of got turned around.

I look around at my surroundings: well this is great only one day into the great beyond and I'm already lost.

I wonder around for a bit calling out for toothless Astrid and aerial even storm fly but no one answers I must've gotten further than I thought

I continue walking in the direction I think I came from until I hear a rumble in the ground... I placed my hand on the ground trying to figure out what it is it's too loud to be a whispering death and it seems to be in a rhythm, so it's not a dragon at all maybe it's a bunch of dragons no it can't be...

I'm not sure what it is

(okay just so we are clear technically I don't think hiccup or any of his friends have ever seen a horse before so it's obvious that he wouldn't know what a horse is right?)

Regardless they were coming towards me and I take cover, they stumble along right past me and straight over a cliff. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't follow them but I need to know where I am and that person fighting with that four-legged creature might be my best chance to find where I am

I slide it down the cliff as carefully as I can and I noticed do you have separated and the guy is going into a secret cave behind some vines I quickly follow him not letting the animal spot me in fear that it might attack me instead.

I tried chasing the man but I'm taking a back by this building that in the middle of nowhere it's just a tall tower

The guy is climbing it which gives me the impression that there is no door only the small window at the top. I follow his lead partly because I want to know where I am and also because I think the towel would give me a good tactical advantage to get the lay of the land so I climb up after him after I get to the top I find the guy passed out on the floor and a girl with long blonde hair looking rather sheepishly at me

I climb in and wave: hel-

Everything goes black after I hear a sudden scream

Narrators point of view

(This scene was really funny to me so I couldn't write it with a straight face I kept messing it up so instead just imagine that hiccup it's being thrown in the closet with Flynn)

Rapunzel hid the satchel as she heard a mother calling, she rushed over after hiding it in a pot and helped her mother's into our castle really excited to show her that she can handle herself outside in the big world. She let her mother in who was ecstatic as well because she made her daughter's favourite food hazelnut soup for dinner

of course Rapunzel wanted to show her mother the two strangers that she had knocked out in her closet. But unfortunately like always her mother was going on and on days the world's and how she knew her daughter wasn't strong enough to handle herself out there

Rapunzel tried to argue: mother you think are not strong enough to-

mother Garbo interrupted her "daughter": Rapunzel that is it! You are never leaving this tower! Ever!!

Rapunzel realised she made her mother upset so instead of arguing on or showing her the proof that she can handle herself she came up with an excuse to get rid of her mother for a few days while she was coming up with their own little scheme. She would use the two men she has captured to take her to the strange lights that appeared on her birthday which was two days away.

After her mother left for the three-day long trip, Rapunzel crazily opened the closet where Flynn and hiccup fell out on top of each other still unconscious, Rapunzel grabbing two chairs very carefully wrapped them around in the only rope like substance she had around her own hair.

After she was absolutely sure that the two were restrained enough Pascal her lizard friend woke up by sticking his tongue in their ear

Flynn shot up awake soon followed by hiccup both completely confused about how they ended up here, Flynn started looking around frantically tried the chair: is this...

Hiccup finish the sentence equally if not more confused: hair??

Rapunzel from the ceiling hiding in the shadows trying to self-confident: I know why the two if you are here and I'm not afraid of either of you

hiccup is confused as Flynn looks around and sees the shadow figure on the ceiling: hey....mmmmm listen I don't know what's going on here but I just came here because I need some directions

Flynn spoke up: wait that's why you were follow he he wanted some directions?

Hiccup: well yeah I kinda well I got separated from my friend and I got lost I saw you running from something and I thought that maybe you give me some idea where I am

Rapunzel jumped down from the ceiling and came out of the shadows revealing her beauty which captivated both the young men: who are the two of you and how did you find me?

Flynn and hiccup didn't respond they were too busy looking at all at the long haired blonde before them. Hiccup was used to seeing people with very long hair one of the usual things you would see with Vikings but he never saw growth like this it was bizarre to him yet somehow this stranger to him seemed to make the look work.

Hiccup finally snapped out of his trance: uh hi my name is hiccup-

it was interrupted by Flynn snickering a little: hold on hold on, that's your actual name might your birth name your parents called you hiccup like they actually looked at you when you were a baby and decided in older than a really good name for him hiccup ah ah aha ah ah

hiccup it rolled his eyes it was just a baby making fun of his name so he didn't really care, it was more concerned about getting out of this girls hair literally and finding toothless and warning these people about the range lunatic that was possibly already on the lands: ha ha very funny okay okay I get my name, listen I don't know who you are or where this place is I just came here because I want ask some directions from that guy over there

Rapunzel then looked at Flynn who clearly throat and said rather dramatically: I know not who you are nor how I found you, but may I just say hi~

Rapunzel looked at the man really confused by his expression, pick up had a similar expression as well. But it was more along the lines of this feels vaguely familiar

Flynn trying again noticing that his flirting isn't charming: hi names Flynn Rider has today going

Rapunzel getting really close and threatening to hit him with a pan again: who else knows my location Flynn Rider and hiccup/

Flynn finally realising that his flirting methods weren't working: all right, blondie-

Rapunzel introducing herself while threatening to hit the man again: it's Rapunzel

Flynn who didn't really care: gesundheit. Here's the deal I was in a situation going through the forest I saw your tower and I-

Flynn stop yourself as he noticed that he was missing his satchel as a friendly chat room trying to find his treasure, when he was absolutely sure it was not around him looked at Rapunzel again with a desperate expression: where is my satchel!?

Rapunzel looking rather smug as she crossed her arms: I've hidden it in a place you'll never find it

Flynn then took a more detailed look around the room and he noticed a pot that was clearly out of place in to do it with is finger; it's in that part is it?

Upon realising her hiding place has been exposed as a panic Rapunzel smacked Flynn around the head with a frying pan again she was about to do the same to hiccup but he begged her not to: wait wait wait hold up just a second I got no interest in whatever satchel is I don't even know that is!!

Rapunzel lowering her pan down seem to believe the young man's story: all right then why are you here hiccup what do you want with my hair?

it got completely confused by what she asked: I'm sorry what?

Rapunzel circling around him: cut it to sell it to use it

hiccup completely lost at this point: no I don't want anything to do with your hair all I want is to get out of it literally I came here to warn people

Rapunzel over his shoulder: wait really you don't want anything to do with my hair

hiccup finally getting to the point: yes exactly why would I want to your hair?

Rapunzel looking rather sheepish decided to change this subject before she revealed anything she didn't need to: you said you can warn people or people about what?

Hiccup began to explain: okay listen this is gonna sound a little crazy but bear with me I came in from a faraway land. Hoping to warn your people about the range lunatic of dagger the ranged from coming here

Rapunzel and Pascal looking at the boy suspiciously: and why pray tell do you need to warn anyone about him?

Hiccup: well you see he found these ancient markings in a cave that foretell a story about a flower power from the sun that has magical properties now I know that sounds crazy is probably not true but dagger believes it's true and let me tell you even get the name that arranged for no reason. If dagger believes for sacking that this flower is real he'll will do anything to get. That's why I came here to warn you people because dagger is crazy will do anything to get this mythical flower whether it's real or not

Rapunzel forward her frying pan so that Pascal get a closer look at the young man who was slightly terrified by the small lizard despite having one much bigger and that could breathe fire as friend, Pascal then looked deep into his eyes and then using his tail pointed to Rapunzel the retreat so they have a little bit of a meeting

Rapunzel then spoke to her lizard friend: I think he's telling the truth

Pascal rumbled a bit which only Rapunzel can understand: but what she says is true and there is a lunatic try find a flower it would be safer to go with someone who knows him

Pascal rumbles again: he doesn't seem to have thanks and he doesn't know about... You know

Pascal rambling again which Rapunzel answered: I think is a safer option than the other guy

hiccup looked at her while leaning to the side with his chair, he was generally concerned that he was captured by crazy girl, he knew what was like at the close with an ankle that couldn't answer back but he didn't try having a conversation with toothless at least not to the level at Rapunzel and Pascal appear to be doing

Rapunzel then turned back and moved hiccup's chair so that he was facing the painting that she made that morning: okay listen up hiccup I have a deal for you you take me to see these lights in the sky that happen on my birthday which is only a day away and you'll get to warn people about dagger

hiccup for about four months it wasn't a bad deal and he was willing to go through anything to get out of his predicament: okay that seems reasonable however there is a problem I don't know where those are and also I've got to look for my friend toothless so I think you'll need Flynn to guide us

Rapunzel thinking about it for a moment: this friend of yours is dangerous

hiccup didn't really know how to respond toothless with dangerous only when you are on his bad side: well that depends on what you do to me because he's really overprotective sometimes I mean he's not a person is....

The young Viking didn't know about how to tell the young girl's best friend was a dragon so we came up with the next best thing: he's a giant lizard so maybe Pascal can get along.

Rapunzel looked at him questionably but decided that he was trustworthy so she untangled him from hair let him stand up: all right so do we have a deal

Rapunzel placed her hand for a handshake with hiccup gratefully accepted: yeah it's fine just so long as I'm able to get back home in the next few days otherwise my friends are gonna to be so worried looking for me

with one helping hand down Pascal woke up Flynn again in the same method he did before, and after some begging for him to give him back is satchel he finally agreed to help Rapunzel and hiccup get to the lights which were now found out to be lanterns
