There has been some discussion regarding how the members of BVB feel about fanfiction.  Here I (SP) will post the evidence I have collected thus far, so that you can make your own decision.

I have collected all the solid evidence I could re: whether Andy Biersack / BVB are irritated or offended by non-hateful fanfic  (fanfic that does not villainize either them or their loved ones).   Ultimately, I think I finally found the definitive answer this year  (scroll to the bottom). Thus I will likely no longer update this  chapter.

My conclusion is that benign fanfiction is acceptable for the time being. 

Anything  that pretends  to be anything other than fiction, venues  that circulate  hateful rumors  or speculation, or fiction that is not  respectful, are  clearly sources  of irritation, at least for AB.  I  could find no sources  directly  addressing whether or not 'mature'  material is any more or  less  objectionable.  It stands to reason that  it is best not to draw the   attention of any of BVB or their loved ones  to any sort of fanfiction.

Below  the tag I will  include my collected evidence so that one my  draw their  own  conclusions.  Though I did transcribe all of the  pertinent section   where the matter is alluded to in an episode of The  Andy Show, I don't   want to repost the whole thing for copyright  reasons.  In lieu of that, I   will choose key quotes.

I have done the best I  could  to collect accurate material, be  unbiased, take nothing out of  context,  and be respectful.  But I'm  only human.

1. Livewire 'dramatic reading' video on youtube (AB and CC)

- Indirectly indicates AB takes fanfic with a grain of salt/good humor

2. Tweets (+/- in response to some blog on tumblr) on March 22nd:

3.  Reference to existence of a March 22nd fb chat on official BVB facebook group where the issue was addressed

-unable to find.  Per third party, AB talked to the tumblr poster referenced above.  Accuracy unknown.

4. Material from official BVB group on facebook.

A) March 23 at 1:42pm a post directly referencing being a fanfic writer was allowed by the official BVB FB group.

B) April 6th- I submitted question on official BVB group asking about how the group felt about non-hateful fanfic

6. Andy Black on BUILD Series NYC, March 2019:

About 25 minutes into the interview, Andy was asked whether or not he read fanfiction that had been written about him. He indicated that he does not, and that it's not really written for him so much as other fans. As he answered, he did not seem to indicate that its existence bothered him too much.

7. TAS episode from 3/17/19:

I don't have quotes at the moment, but it's about 23-24 minutes into the episode. In essence, the same topic as #6  came up, and Andy indicated (similarly) that he isn't the target audience for fanfic. Again, he seemed amenable to its existence in  general, apart from him. Here he also said that he appreciates the enthusiasm and being inspirational.
