Jason's P.O.V

Jason wipes the sweat and the ink on his face. Next to him, Goldia looks toughtfully at the scoreboard. She seems happy and surprised in the same time. Jason looks also. His friend has seven deads. And TWO kills. A miracle.
They keep silence for a moment, the time to know if their eyes don't lie to them. Goldia finally says :

-I... I can't believe it... I did it... I really did it...

Then she looks at Jason with a sincerly gratitude.

-It's thanks to your training if it was possible... Thank you so much, Jason...
-It's nothing. Hey, I've an idea ! If we take a shellfie to celebrate it ?
-Sh...Shellfie ???

He doesn't wait her approval. He already takes off his Squid-Phone of his pocket, puts his arm around Goldia's neck, making her blush, and takes a picture of them a bit like that :

She moves away right after the shellfie, red as a tomato.

-J... Jason ! You'd have been able to ask my opinion...
-This picture is not so bad, this one says without listening to her. But you don't smile... I want to see you smile. Let's take another one !
-What ?

Once again, Jason puts himself next to her and takes a shellfie. There, Goldia is surprised and makes a curious face. Imagine them like that :

Goldia is more red than earlier and hides her figure. Jason examines the picture. He seems dissatisfied.

-Hmm... The smile is always missing...
-Please, Jason ! Stop it...
-OK, OK... Hey, you like Squid Sisters ?
-Of course. Why ?
-Let's strike their poses, then !
-Huh ?
-Yeah ! Like that...

Jason tries to copy Marie. Unfortunately, he has not gift for it, so the effect doesn't make sense. But Goldia is too polite for say it to him.

-You can copy Callie, and I make Marie, right ?
-Just promise me it's the last shellfie !
-I promise you.

They try to look like the Squid Sisters, and Jason takes his shellfie by smiling. Now imagine them like that :

Goldia's begging :

-Please, Jason...

When he sees the picture, purple Inkling sighs and shakes the head, discouraged.

-Goldia... Tell me... Why don't you smile ? There's a problem with your mouth ? I want to know...

She hesitates but, by seeing the green eyes imploring her, she decides to tell him the truth.

-I... I wear a brace. I'm really ashamed about it, and that's really bad on me.

Jason bites himself the lips.

-I understand... But, please, in the name of our friendship... try for me. Just one picture.
-O...OK.
-Thank you.

He raises one more time his Squid-Phone. Inktoling get prepared and.. smiles. A little, very little smile. But she does it. Imagine them like that  :

Purple Inkling looks and shouts with joy :

-OMG ! This one is perfect ! And look ! Your brace is not ugly ! Even, it's really cute on you !

Goldia blushes once again. Jason says again, seriously :

-You're very adorable when you smile. Promise me you'll do it more.
-I'll... I'll do it.
-It's good, you progress. And not only in Turf Wars.

Jason puts back his Squid-Phone in his pocket, and both start walking to their rexpective homes.

(Heya, CerulanSweet is back ! Congratulations, Jason ! Thanks to you, Goldia is not scared of pictures anymore (I think). Can I take a shellfie with you, me too ?
