Now that we know what scripting and reality shifting is, we will now be learning about Methods!

These methods are how you can shift! Methods help you shift realities. There are probably hundreds of different types of methods, and I will be going over all of them in different chapters. Each method has its own chapter.

It's no secret to anyone who has shifted that methods are one of the easiest ways to shift. Some of the most 'famous' methods are the Raven method, the Pillow method, Piano method, and the Estelle method.

I will probably get questions about this, so let me say this: using methods to shift is not dangerous! Shifting itself isn't dangerous either! It is COMPLETELY safe.

However, there are some methods that can probably scare you, such as the mirror method. I will go over that method far in the future.

Methods can be used during the day or during the night, just like shifting. And the very first method I will be discussing next chapter is the most popular method used in the shifting community!

Also, don't forget that you DON'T need a method in order to shift. In fact, most advice I have given on here when I first created this book has been proven false. All of this bold text you are getting is me rewriting this book so that all information you are receiving is true!
