Name: The River of Fate

Harmful/Safe?: Depends.

Location: Typically flows through everywhere, but mainly found at the center of Pyrantaln. The difference is that it's usually surrounded by plants wherever the river goes, even in deserts where it's impossible for vibrant and green plants/flowers to grow.

Description: It looks like a normal river, except it glows at night while having thin, long lines of colorful colors.

Other: Tribes Typically use the river as a way of punishment for criminals or for anyone who has done something bad. The reason for this is that there are a couple of ways it could go. One common way is that the dragon who has done something bad would most likely die a brutal death depending on what they've done. Another way of what could happen is that they would either be cursed or blessed. The reason for why many, if not, all tribes use this river is because they see it as a gift from the Gods due to the river being there long before anyone else has. They call it The River of Fate because it also determines your fate by either curse, punishment, or blessing.
