Sakura's POV

Bouquet: Dark can you tell what gender that pup is?"

Dark: yes I can, It's a boy"

Jinn: how the?"

Dark: I can just tell"

Garroth: we need to heal her"

Me and Bouquet started to work on the potion for Dawn and the wolf pup. Dark shifted into his wolf form and laid down next to her. I never saw Dark so calm before.

Dark's POV

I have to stay calm or my powers will be out of control. Sakura and Bouquet were making a healing potion for Dawn and the wolf pup. I looked up at Dawn and gently licked her arm. The wolf pup opened his eyes and looked at me.

??: who are you?"

: my name is Dark, do you have a name?"

He nodded no. I gently licked his paw. I could he was scared and upset he is only a pup maybe 1 or 2 months old. 

Jinn: Dark is that you?"

I looked up at Jinn and nodded.

Jinn: how is Dawn?"

: weak due to the blood loss but she will be ok"

Jinn: Sakura and Bouquet will help our lord and the wolf pup... Sakura how is the potion coming along?"

Sakura: we just waiting on the barriers to cook and then it will be done"

Bouquet: Sakura we are missing a berry"

Sakura: which one?"

Bouquet: White Mulberry"

I walked over to Sakura and Bouquet.

: can we find the berry here?"

Bouquet: yes it should be near the riverbank"

I ran in the woods. I was not ready to lose my lord in one day. I stopped to get a drink of water at a river when I spotted the berries. I grabbed a few of them and ran back to the camp. Bouquet held out her hand and I placed the berries in her hand. I shifted out of my wolf form and sat down on the ground. Jinn sat down next to me. Garroth was looking at a map.

Jinn: how many forms do you have?"

: 11"

Jinn: which ones are your favorites?"

: wolf"

Jinn: wow, do you have a weapon when you are in human form?"

: scythe"

I keep my eyes on the wolf pup seeing if he would move from Dawn or not. So far he was not moving. It was like he thinks Dawn is his mother.

Garroth: SolarCity is 3 miles away from here, if we keep coming we can make by nightfall"

Jinn: Garroth! We are not leaving this camp until Dawn is healed!"

Jinn walked over to Garroth and punched him in the jaw. I quickly grabbed Jinn's arms to hold him back.

Bouquet: ENOUGH ALL OF YOU! OUR LORD IS DOWN AND ALL YOU CAN THINK OF DOING IS FIGHTING ONE ANOTHER. I SWEAR YOU BOYS ARE ACTING LIKE LITTLE KIDS!!"

Jinn and Garroth looked down at the ground ashamed.

Jinn and Garroth: we're sorry"

Sakura poured the potion into a bowl and went over to Dawn. I walked over to Dawn and Sakura.

Sakura: Dark can you help me?"

I gently left Dawn up to where she was closer to Sakura. Sakura gently poured the potion in her mouth. Dawn moved her hand a little.

Sakura moved the bowl away from Dawn's lips.

Dawn: Dark... Sakura"

Sakura: we're here, same with Jinn, Bouquet and Garroth"

Jinn walked over to us and gently hugged Dawn, the wolf pup was still in her arms.

Jinn: Dawn have you figured out what back what you are calling the wolf pup?"

Dawn: Dusty"

Me and Jinn smiled at the name for the wolf pup. Bouquet walked over to us and handed Dawn a water bottle. I gently picked Dusty up from Dawn's arms.

Sakura: Dawn you need to rest for a little bit and the rest of us will get more food and campfire wood, one of the boys will watch you"

Jinn: it should be Dark"

: me?"

Dusty: Daddy?"

My face turned bright red. I was a guard to my village and not a father well not yet at least. I gently pet Dusty.

Jinn: Dark will you be ok watching Dawn and Dusty?"

: I will be ok, if not I was howl for you guys"

Jinn, Garroth, Sakura, and Bouquet went into the woods. I sat down next to Dawn and smiled.

Dawn's POV

Dark was sitting next to me and holding Dusty in his arms.

Dark: how are you feeling my lord?"

: a weak still but I think I will be ok"

Dark: you can rest my lord, I won't let no harm come to you or Dusty"

: it's ok I can stay awake"

Dusty: mommy please rest"

My face turned deep red. I felt my heart started to race. Dusty came over to me and laid on my lap. I closed my eyes and fell asleep. I felt a jacket bringing placed on me and Dusty

Bouquet's POV

I was carrying a lot of sticks to the campsite.

Sakura: Bouquet are you sure you can carry that much wood?"

: yep. I may be 13 but I'm really strong"

Jinn: is it just me does Dark like Dawn?"

Garroth: he is overprotective of her and Dusty"

Sakura: we can't just say they like each other, we need to get back to the campsite".

We went back to the campsite, Dark was laying near the fire with Dusty near him. Jinn walked over to Dark and tapped on his nose.

Dark: I'm awake, just listening to the wind and fire"

Garroth: how can you listen to the fire?"

Dark: some wolves are connected with fire wolf spirit"

Sakura: how is she?"

Dark: good, she resting right now"

: and Dusty?"

Dark looked down at Dusty who was fast asleep. I placed the sticks on the fire and gently petted Dusty. Dusty rolled over onto his back and I started to rub his stomach gently.

Dark: Dusty likes you Bouquet"

Jinn smiled and sat down next to Dark.

The Next Day Dawn's POV

I woke up and saw everyone still sleeping. Dark was in his human form holding Dusty in his arms.

: Genics"

The book appeared and opened to a new page.

" Solar City was once my ally but turned on Lunar after the great trade route was closed and thieves started to appear on that trail. Shadow Wind is taking any and all werewolves and Neko's to jail I hate that about Shadow Wind. their new lord son is a human but has an evil aura around him like his father. I don't know much about the reader but I heard of a walking castle. Well it's real but I don't know much about it"

Dusty: mommy?"

I looked on my lap and saw Dusty looking at me. I smiled and gently picked Dusty up.

: Dusty what are you doing up?"

Dusty: I saw mommy up and wanted to see if you are ok?"

: I'm fine Dusty, I was just reading a book"

Jinn: morning my lord"

: morning Jinn"

Jinn walked over to me and Dusty. Dusty walked over to Jinn and sat down on his lap.

Jinn: how are you Dusty?"

Dusty: I'm doing good you?"

Jinn: I'm good too"

Sakura: how are you feeling my lord?"

: I'm doing good Sakura how are you doing?"

Sakura: I'm good too"

Everyone woke up and we had started eating breakfast. Sakura keeps looking at Dusty.

: Sakura are you ok?"

Sakura: I'm just worried at Dusty"

Dusty: I'm right here"

Sakura: I don't know how old you are and if you can shapeshift like Dark and Y..."

Dark: don't say his name!"

Dusty hide behind Jinn.

Dark: Dusty I'm sorry for yelling I just can't stand his name"

Bouquet: are you telling about Yin?"

Sakura: yes we are"

Garroth: we need to get to Solar City"

We cleaned the camp up and headed to Solar City. there were guards near the gate. I saw a river running at the gate.

: guys, please follow me"

We went over to the river and went into the city.

Jinn: follow me"

We followed Jinn to a house near the docks. Jinn and Sakura moved one of the wood planks and we went in.

Jinn: this is my old house, we can stay here until we meet the lord"

I sat down on the floor. Sakura walked over to me and sat down next to me.

Bouquet: Jinn what are we going to do for food?"

Jinn: shoot, I forgot about that... There is a cafe near the city center but I don't know if it's still open"

: I can go look"

Dusty: mommy please stay with us"

I looked at Dusty and looked down at the ground. I want to keep my friends safe and happy. I stood up and walked outside of the house. It was night time. I have to protect my friends and Dusty from harm. I saw a light coming from a house. I was about to walk towards the house but I was grabbed and pulled into the shadows.

??: are you crazy?!"

: I'm helping my friends live"

The person grabbed my hand and pulled me to an underground cave where what looked like a small village.

??: my name is Savannah and you are?"

: Dawn... look I have to get back to my friends"

Savannah started to laugh. I rubbed my right arm.

Savannah: you are not going anywhere once mama Olive sees you, she will make you a thief".

: I'm not a thief!"

Savannah: starting of tonight you are"

Savannah took me to a small house. I laid down on the bed and fell asleep.

I saw a huge cherry blossom tree. There someone sitting under the tree. I walked closer to the tree and saw a man.

: who are you?"

??: it does not matter who I'm, I'm willing to help you in your time of need. I'll let you know this there is a book you need to steal from Olive"

: why?"

Before he could speak bells started to ring. The dream ended

Savannah was shaking me.

: Savannah stop!"

Savannah: oh sorry, but your body was gone and Olive tried to find you"

: sorry"

Savannah dragged me out of bed and into a room with a throne. 

Dark's POV

Dawn has been gone since lost night. I was getting worried about her. I heard a whimper. I looked down at Dusty who was looking at the wood.

Jinn: where is Dawn?"

: I don't know"

Sakura and Bouquet walked back the house with two baskets filled with food.
