You were currently dragging the poor man named Auruo behind you as you made your way towards the training field.
Once there, you let go of him and stood a few feet away.
Soon enough, the whole team, including Levi, Farlan, and Isabel were there.
"Hey (F/N)!" Isabel called out.
"Yes?" You respond.
"Try not to break any of his bones." Farlan says while chuckling.
"I can't promise you anything, but I'll try." You say.
You then return your attention on the poor guy who is now your opponent.
"Are you ready, Auruo?" You ask as you get into your fighting stance.
"Tch, bring it." He says.
You and Auruo begin to circle each other, you made the first move.
You straightened yourself out, and pointed behind Auruo while shouting "OH MY GOD! LOOK A DISTRACTION!!!"
He turned around, and you took the opportunity to kick his legs out from underneath him, and resulting in you pinning him down.
You sighed as you got off of him.
"Your an idiot." You say as you heard laughing behind you.
Go turn to see that the rest of Levi's squad is trying to hold back laughter.
"Tch, you cheated."Auruo said.
" I didn't cheat, you just happened to be a dumbass that fell for a stupid trick." You shoot back.
He was about to say something else, but he bit his tongue in mid-sentence.
"Well, since your no fun, let's get on with the real fight." You say as you signal for Levi to come over.
"You ready to get your ass handed to you, yet again?" You ask.
"Tch, I'd like to see you try." He says, and you could've sworn that you saw him smirk, but you quickly dismissed the thought as you and Levi got into your stances.
You and Levi circled each other. After a few minutes of doing this, Levi was the first to move. He brought his leg up, trying to kick your side, but you caught his leg. He then tried to pull his leg back, but you had a strong grip on it. He then tried to punch you, but you pulled his leg forward, causing him to lose balance. You then took the opportunity to push his leg back while he was trying to regain his balance. This resulted in him landing in his back. However, before you got the chance to pin him down, he quickly got back up. Levi then tried to punch you, but you caught his fist. He then brought his other fist up to punch you, but you caught that one. You knew what was going to happen next, so you brought your head back, along with Levi. This resulted in you both headbutting each other. Levi and you both let go of each other and stumbled back, blood was dripping down both of your foreheads.
"I see you tried using my old trick." You say.
"I learn to pick up a few things." He said in his usual bored tone, but when he said this you smiled.
"How about we end this quickly." You say.
"Fine." Was all Levi said before attacking you once more.
You dodged his attacks, but suddenly you tripped as you were walking backwards, and soon enough Levi was standing in front of you. When he went to pin you down, however, you took the chance to hook your foot around his leg, causing him to fall back. You then quickly got up, and pinned him down.
"You fell for the same trick again, Levi." You said smirking.
Levi just clicked cked his tongue as you helped him up.
You turned back around to see a that everybody, except for Isabel and Farlan, are just staring at you with open mouths.
"I suggest you close your mouths instead of looking like your trying to catch flies." You say as you walk up.towards them.
"T-That was amazing, I've never seen anyone beat Captain before!" The one named Gunther exclaims.
"Yeah, where did you learn to fight like that?" Eld asks.
This question must've caught Levi's interest, because as soon as Eld asked this, he had tuned all of his attention to you.
"Well, when your a bounty hunter, you must always have an open mind." You say.
"What does that mean?" Petra asks.
"It means you must consider every single possibility, and be prepared for all of them." You explain.
"That sounds difficult." Eld says.
"It sounds difficult, but once you get used to it, it's really easy." You say.
"For example, Gunther come over here for a minute." You say and Gunther walks over to you.
"I want you to focus on this hand." You say as you bring one of your hands up.
"Okay." He says as he stares intently on your hand, you then bring your other hand up and hit him in the back of the head.
"Ow! What was that for?" He asks while rubbing the back of his head.
"You see that's the problem, you didn't consider that I was going to hit you, now I want you to try again, but this time be ready for anything." You say.
"O-Okay." You raise your hand again, and he stares at it. You then go to hit the back of his head again, but he blocks it. But, you then take the hand that was raised, and hit the back of his head.
"Ow!" He shouts.
"Your focusing on only two possibilities, one is if I hit you with one hand, or two if I don't hit you. Like I said, focus on one thing, but keep every possibility in mind, and be prepared for anything." You say.
"Okay, I think I'm ready." He says.
You raise your hand and he once again focuses on that hand, you bring your other hand up to smack him, by he blocks it. You them go to hit him with your raised hand, but you blocks it. You then raise you leg to kick him, but he blocks it.
"See, its quite easy once you get the concept of it." You say smirking at the look Gunther has.
"I see, you just focus on one thing, while considering what each outcome could happen, and once one of those outcome happens, you are already prepared for it." He says in astonishment.
"Congratulations, you have officially learned how to properly fight." You say.
"Oh, and by the way, even though that's what I think during a fight, I would still recommend, on studying the person's movements as well." You say as you walk over to Levi.
"That was a good fight Levi, I hope we could do it again sometime." You say.
"Tch, whatever, let's just go get cleaned up before the blood stains our uniform." He says as he walks away, you soon follow with a smile gracing your lips.
