Akansha's PoV

With Alex and Lee leaving the room, kieara is crying and I don't know what to do. I look at her, John moves forward to console her.

"Babe, it's ok. We will prove that you are not behind this." John assured Ki.

"I promise Akansha I never spoke to him about work. We had this rule that we won't let work get in between." Ki said in between her tears.

I know she will never jeopardize her work but I need to get her and myself out of this mess. There is definitely someone leaking stuff.

"Ki, I trust you. If you trust even 1% than let me handle this. We went through so much to stand in this position and I ain't letting it go." I said with utmost calm voice and walked out of the room.

Taking deep breaths, I was slowly walking to my cabin when Sid rushed me to my cabin and held me dangerously close.

"Pagal ho gayi ho?" He literally shouted, never this side of him. I mean we had our fair share of arguments but..

I stared blankly at him...

"Inta kya hero bana hein? Uski problem woh handle karti, terko kya tha beech mein." His grip on my shoulder was getting harder and I'm pretty much sure it left marks.

"Sid-" I was about to say something when John shouted making us turn towards him.

"Mr.Rajput leave Akansha right now and stay away from her." Hearing John's word he left me.

John called out Ria.. hearing John, Ria came running.

" Make sure Mr.Rajput does not step a foot in this cabin till the time he is working here, And you Mr. Rajput if I ever see you near Akanksha again I'll have to show you my other side which I'm pretty much sure u don't want that. Now leave. Ria close the goddamn door while leaving." John shouted making me flinch I have John angry only during those effed up cases.

I stand there not knowing what to do.

John offers me water, I take that and go back to my seat.

"Love, what are you going to do? If you couldn't prove ki's innocence?" John asked straight to the point.

"I guess it's time I'll execute my actual plan, I anyway wanted to talk to Alex about it." I said now that I calmed down.

I sit down and get through my work for the next few hours. But then I realised I haven't spoken to Alex about Friday's meeting.

I walk towards the lift and go to Alex 's cabin when I see Sid coming out of Lee's room we have breif eye contact before I head into Alex's room

I enter and only I could hear was his shouting, he was pissed off and I don't think I can talk now.

"Akansha what now?" Alex spoke turning towards me

"You are not in a good mood, I'll come back later." I said not knowing how he will react.

"If it's about the Friday meeting fuck up  then I already know, because he is the client we almost lost, I am literally trying to get him back, I didn't expect a fuck up from your team. I trusted you on this case. " He sounded more rude, being under him for than 2 years he never was this upset.

I sighed.

" Since you already know everything, I guess I'll take my leave. It's high time you actually sign those papers for my project. I wouldn't care if you won't sign since you already broke that part of your promise. But I'll prove Kieara innocent and I'll take my decision. I am removing few people from the team, next time you add someone to my team make sure I'm informed before." I left from there. 

Only to find Sid waiting for me.

"I don't want to talk to you right now, not after you pulled that stunt on me infront of everyone." I didn't care about him, I have other things to handle

He just stared at me and I left from there.

I texted Ria to get my team to the meeting as I have something important to discuss.

I made my way towards the meeting room and sat there slowly everyone came. I just sat in silence till the last person.

"Close the door please." I asked the intern.

"Now, that everyone is hear let's talk business. You guys messed big time last Friday and I don't accept mistakes." I tried saying without loosing my control

"Excuse me Miss. Whatever your name is, we heard that you are fired and leaving in a week, so I don't think anyone of us should report you anymore, or listen to you for that matter of fact." The guy that I'm firing from my team spoke. I smiled.

Oh boy, how I wish I can smack his face to the wall.

" You Fucker, come here" I asked no more being calm. He walked as if he runs this office.

"Listen you little arse, you are the reason why my meeting got fucked up last Friday, I thought I would just give you warning and leave, since you don't respect me. I don't think you deserve a warning. So yeah you are removed from my team, let me get this one thing in your head, I'll make sure no one I repeat no one takes you in their team. You joined two - three days back but I have been here longer than that. Coming to me getting fired that's none of your business, so take this arrogant ass of yours and leave." I shouted.

He was about to leave when I snapped my fingers and made him look at me.

" My name is AKANSHA VARMA, I hope you remember that because I will make sure to make  your life a living hell here, no one disrespects me. Now LEAVE." I shouted and everyone flinched.

He left my room. I turned towards everyone else.

" Try double crossing me, you won't be getting a job anywhere else." I warned everyone else in the room.

"Get back to your work, I need all my cases updated manually in hour, leave." The moment those words left, everyone just ran from the room like school children when they hear lunch bell.

I sat there to calm myself down and something struck my head. And that was enough for me to rush towards my cabin.

I had to get back to work immediately, this can be proof that Ki is Innocent.
