Saturday and Sunday went well. It was Saturday afternoon ng tumawag si Monica para sukatin ang mga bridesmaid. Kunting kwentuhan tungkol sa kanila ni Marco at ng ibang bridesmaid which really was suffocating for me.

They are two faced people so certainly they are good actors.

I wanted to asked Marco about Mario but on the second thought baka akalain pa nila na hindi pa ako nakaget-over.

Sunday, we went to the church I even met Chandler in there though he didn’t saw me. He was busy flirting wih that mean girl Stacey. Tsk.

Childhood sweetheart niya iyon, hindi ko naman pwedeng pagbawalan siya na hindi sila magkita, as if I have the rights.

Stacey was actually flirting with him I get that he likes him but can’t he see Chandler wasn’t comfortable. I don’t know why but I was kinda relieved with his reactions towards her.

Though I can discern that his only doing it for the sake of their friendship but I still don’t like it. For a moment I become territorial. Damn, what’s happening to me?

On the next day, I went to library to get some fresh ideas seeing that I’m too early. Pagkatapos ay pumunta na ako sa headquarter dahil ngayon ang meeting namin with the Headmistress.

They were already complete pagkapasok ko roon maging ang headmistress ay andoon na.

“You're new. Why are you late?” the Headmistress asked, her voice is demanding though mas nakakatakot pa rin si Uncle Ross.

“Sorry Headmistress, I was in the library” sabay ipinakita ang librong hawak ko.

“What’s your name?”

“Maureen Mariano po” I saw Erica bowed a little as if telling me to bow to the Headmistress so I did.

“Take your seat” tumango ako sa kanya at umupo tabi si Erica.

“The Holiday Crest will be different this year, not the typical amusement and other entertainment activity, because of sudden change of  schedule we are like competing with the la Villa Anniversary so this time what will happen is only within the students. No other visitor and such. The advisers of Classes were already informed with this and each Class will decide the activities. So therefore, it’s your duty to make those plans happen.”

I think the other class A is thinking the same as what I'm thinking.

“Lay already told me about the plan you decided which the Book Bazaar is. On the first day will be Tract Meet, the activities in this day is already planned out. On the second day will be the Book Bazaar which all Classes participates as well in the third day the Flea Market which you could sell anything. On the next day will be the Class Sovereign a dumbest idea of Class C, mga paganda lang alam ng mga studyante roon. So as I what they planned and agreed by their adviser, each Class must have two participant to crowned as Class King and Queen”

Prrrttttt hahaha parang Kiddie King and Queen lang bakit hindi nalang kaha iyon tas mamimigay sila ng sobre kada Class? Hahaha.

We looked at each other, maybe thinking kung sino isasali nila. Well for me, I’ll go with Rix and Everly, they look good together maganda’t gwapo kaya’t bagay na bagay sila.

“On the last day will be “The Contest” which is the idea of No Class. This competition will be as group classes so all of you will compete with other Classes. Plan your group contest first, I don’t want to humiliate myself as your Class adviser. And as always the Holiday Crest tradition, a ball will held at the Big Hall at 7:00 in the evening. I’ll call Chandler later to inform me of your plans. Start planning and making for you only have two weeks to prepare. Goodbye.” We bowed down before she went out.

Pagkalabas ng Headmistress, together they sighed heavily pagkatapos ay nagtawanan ang mga ito. Baliw! Hindi ko na rin mapigiling hindi tumawa kaya sumabay na lamang ako sa kasayahan nila. The laughter stops when Chandler stood up  from his seat.

Umalis sa upuan si Chandler at umupo sa tabi ko. Napatingin naman sila roon kaya pagtingin ko sa kanila ay nagmadaling umiwas ng tingin at inabala ang sarili na para bang walang nangyari.  I saw Paolo sigh and went to the kitchen.

“Let’s start planning The Contest first, what do you think?” Chandler said and everyone is now paying attention. “I heard the other advisers that The Contest consists only 5-15 participants so since were only eleven so we all must take part.”

“With that group of students, mostly they’ll go with dancing and that’s too boring kung lahat na lang sasayaw” Jun said.

“He’s right. So what should we do then?” Jeyan

“Awwww” Ial wince. We all look at her as she touches her cheek. Lay even stood up we looked at him in awe. Hmmm mukang may something ang dalawang ito.

Still looking puzzled, nahihiyang umupo na rin ito at bumaling sa labas.

“What happened?” Paolo, kalalabas lamang niya sa kitchen na may dalang brownies and cookies.

“It’s just a toothache I had since yesterday”

“Then why didn’t you go to a dentist. I have a good dentist I can schedule you to him today.” Abby volunteered.

“Nah! I have a good one too, it’s just that I can’t see him”

“You see that’s the problem with invisible dentist” Rix said. Natigilin ako bahadya at Hahaha,  I can’t help but to laugh with his humor and so others did. Inirapan lamang siya ni Ial.

“Why can’t you see him anyway?”

“His some thing like my jinx you know. Tuwing pupunta ako sa kanya something bad happened like I a get low score at my quizzes, then the other time I lost my assignment.” weakness of a Class A after all they are known. What kind of curse is that? May ganon ba, baka coincedental lang.

“But still if that hurts more pupunta ka na talaga, I’ll accompany you” Erica said then Ial just nodded.

“So back to the topic, what do you think?” Lay. I saw Ial glared at Lay but when she sees that I'm looking at them bumawi ito ng tingin at nagpatuloy sa pagmasahe nito sa kanyang pisngi.

My brain can’t function well. Ano ba naman ang magagawa namin aside sa dancing, well I’m not a good dancer but I’m a fast learner. If it’s a band, and spoken poetry pwede rin naman.

“What if we won’t stick with one performance? Like for example Erica will play the Cello if ever she knows, and Abby will play the harp while I carry out a spoken poetry. After, the spotlight turns to other side where six of you will perform. Chandler, Paolo, Jun, you’ll play different instruments while Rix and Everly singing. And lastly Jeyan and have a solo dance” I said. Nakita ko kasi noon si Jeyan na sumasayaw, ang galing nito. Tumungin sila lahat sa akin. They were serious and a bit stunned.

Dahil sa mahabang katahimikan na yumani sa kanila I can already hear the chirping of birds and even they’re heavy breath.

“Hehehe suggestion lang naman.”  ano ba kasing nangyayari sa kanila. Si Chandler ang unang bumawi sa katahimikan pangiti-ngiti pa itong tumingin sa akin.

“I agree to her idea.Yet, Abby will play the Cello and Jeyan will play the Harp, Erica will do the dancing and as of the band it’s well said. I’m proud of you” binulong niya lang yung huling sinabi niya.

He caresses my hair like a kid, tinampal ko ang kamay niya dahil na sa amin pa rin ang tingin nila. I even glared at him pero ang luko tumawa lang.

Everly on the other hand, who is innocent of what's happening clapped her hands repeatedly buti nalang na tauhan na rin.

Ang landi kasi ni Chandler.

“Yes! Yes! You’re so smart Maureen, pero paano si Lay at Ial bakit hindi mo sila sinali?” Everly asked. Tinignan ko si Lay na ngayon ay masamang tumitig sa akin. Hehehe wait lang hindi pa nga tapos.

Takot siguro siyang bumababa ang grade niya or baka alam niya kung anong naisip ko. Hehehe

“Ah naisipan ko lang kung pwede si Lay at Ial ay ang sasali sa Class King and Queen” pagkasabi ko roon biglang tumayo si Paolo at lumabas sa common room. Anong nangyari dun? “May nasabi ba akong hindi maganda?” mahinang bulong ko kay Chandler.

“Hmm I think Paolo has something with Ial” nakangiti na naman ito. Ang flirty naman ni Paolo kung ganon.

“Okay lang naman saiyo yun Lay diba?” may pang-aasar sa tono ni Jun kaya sinamaan niya ito ng tingin. Sabi ko na nga ba may something kina Lay at Ial. Noong first day ko rito sa headquarters parang ang awkard nilang dalawa at hindi nagpapansinan.

Ial on the other hand is blushing kaya lalo siyang inasar nina Erica at Abby, tas sinusundot-sundot pa ni Jeyan sa tagiliran.
