3rd POV a few minutes earlier

"But Tsu, whenever Midoriya uses his quirk he always ends up in recovery girls office." Kirishima protested, "All Might never get hurt when he uses his quirk."

Izuku sighed in relief.

Todoroki, Jiro, and momo heard the tapping. They all looked at the source of it. They noticed it was Kai who was tapping her foot. The thing that concerned them the most was the fact that she was hunched over with her hand and hair hiding her face, as well as an arm over her stomach.

They all gulped nervously, afraid to approach her and ask what is wrong.

Suddenly the tapping stopped. She sat there, still.

"Kai?" Todoroki asked worriedly.

She snapped her head up as if nothing had happened, and replied in a forced, cheerful tone" Yes?"

Todoroki, and the few students who were watching looked at her, confused and worried. "Are you ok?" He asked.

"Just great." She said sarcastically, pulling her legs up to her arms, so she was hugging them.

Jiro and Momo went back to looking out the large windows, rather than kai tapping her foot, but that isn't stopping them from listening to the conversation, "Your obviously not fine. No one without a problem subconsciously taps their foot in an increasing speed, starts breathing raggedly and is hunched over in... pain? Discomfort?" He asked her.

She sighed and thought, 'My head is throbbing and my stomach is empty and hurting. So yes, pain and discomfort. I still can't believe I forgot to eat for so long. I even let out bloodlust when I was setting up the chicken organs for my prank on shigaraki. I actually wanted to eat it. IT WAS CHICKEN! I guess I was just too caught up in school and work. I hate life.'

"Yeah," She sighed, trying not to show too much pain on her face. "I hate crowds and I don't do very well in vehicles in general." She responded, hiding her face with her arms that were still hugging her legs. "So, this is not my cup of coffee." She smiled at her own joke but quickly regretted it when she felt a shot of pain through her head and an urge to stab someone.

She hid her face and tried to calm herself down before she ends up blowing her cover or kill someone.

"Oh, ok, I understand. We're almost there, so hang tight." Todoroki said while looking out the window, seeing the massive dome building approach.

'No you don't understand.' Kai thought, frustrated.

Kai POV

We all entered the USJ after a little introduction from thirteen.

Others were amazed and sightseeing the different areas, fire, water, landslides , etc. I only held my stomach in hunger. Hurry up with your lecture thirteen.

"Its called the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. Or in other words, the USJ!" She said tiptoeing and pointing her finger to the sky.

"Hey, thirteen. Where is allmight?" Aizawa asked, walking towards her. She then whispered something that I couldn't hear, but she did lift up three fingers. He probably can't be here because he is getting weaker as Shiga said.

Thirteen started to explain her quirk to the others, but then brought up, "Its a power that can kill easily. Some of you also have quirks like that, right?"

I'm meant to kill humans. I mentally scoff.

"I'm sure some of you have quirks that can easily kill with one wrong step. Luckily, Aizawas fitness test gave you an idea of what your limits are and the possibility to your powers. Allmight's combat training had you experience the danger of using your quirks against others. With this, you will learn how to use your quirks to save peoples lives." Thirteen explained.

"Heros are meant to save and help society not harm them." She said.

"Killing without a lawful reason is the essence of a villain." Thirteen said in a darkened town which made most of the students pale, yet have a determined aura showing how thirteen wants to fight the evil of the world.

Heh, I guess I'm meant to be a villain, but she is wrong in some ways. Sometimes you have to kill for your own reasons. I need to eat, while, the league wants to make the world a fair and just place without heroes seeking fame and fortune to cure their own greed.

It all depends on who teaches what is right and wrong in society.

Is it wrong for a cow to eat the living grass?

Is it wrong for a lion to hunt and kill a zebra?

Is it wrong for humans to herd and massacre their livestock?

Is it wrong for ghouls to eat?

I'm only trying to live.

"This is where you will learn how to save people. Thank you for listening." Thirteen said and bowed.

I clutched my stomach in pain and anticipation. I need to eat already. My eyes became blurry and I couldn't think straight.

No, no, no, not right now. What was I thinking?! I can't even remember the last time I ate. I think it was during vacation? Crap! That was like two months ago!

3RD POV

Kai clutched her stomach in pain, hunching over slightly with her hair covering her eyes. Her ghoul's eyes flickered on and off, until, it shined a bright red, the whites turning pitch black and red veins crawling towards, around her eyes.

"What is that?" Izuku asked, staring at the black and glowing purple starting to form in the center of USJ. He took a step forward, but was yelled at by Aizawa, "GET BACK!" He held a protective arm in front of the students while putting on his yellow goggles.

Kai clutched her stomach tightly, feeling her sanity fading away, overcome by hunger.

"Who are they?" Kirishima asked, slightly worried.

"They are not apart of the lesson. Those are real villains." He stated. "Group together and don't move." He ordered then turned to face thirteen, "Protect the students." Aizawa then ran down the stairs, taking out his scarf and started taking down villains one by one.

Kai shakily brought her hand up to her choker, pressing a button on it, so it would form around her mouth, covering her mouth with steel plates.

"I can't allow you all to leave." A mist like figure appeared behind the students who were trying to run towards the exit.

Kai fell to her knees, clutching her stomach once again as she grit her teeth. She slowly lifted her head up, her eyes glowing red. She looked around, glowing red eyes landing on Kirishima. She staggered up and sprinted towards the unsuspecting boy with a wild grin on her face. Her body was covered in malice and bloodlust. Kirishima quickly felt the malice, turning to that direction with his arms hardened.

Luckily Kurogiri felt and remembered that malice. The same bloodthirst whenever kai is not in control. Whenever she becomes a predator who will kill anything in her path in order to survive. To eat.

Before Kirishima could see the person that emitted such a dark aura, kurogiri quickly enveloped her in a portal, quickly warping her away to a secluded place in the USJ. Little did they know a certain grape came along with her.

Kai breathed heavily, once in her new location. A workplace. She stood up and smelled the room. Three people. The moment her malicious gaze met the form of one of the villains, she smiled widely, bringing out her kagune. She smiled widely, stabbing both of them in the abdomen, lifting them in the air, killing them.

She laughed sadistically as she stared at their bodies which had crimson blood splattered on the carpet around them and on her face.

She dropped the bodies with a loud thud on the floor. She quickly sat next to a dead body, leaned in and took a huge bite out of their stomach making a satisfying crunch.

Mineta sat on the floor in shock of what he witnessed. His classmate just killed villain, ripping out their flesh with her teeth. "Y-y-you- YOU C-CANNIBAL!!" He yelled, backing away from her.

She kept on eating until miners became annoying with his screams of terror as he was trapped under a large piece of cement. She took one last bite of the villain who was now missing most of his stomach before sighing, "Now, now, we can't have any witnesses..." She sat up straight then turned her head to meet eye to eye with Mineta. "Can we?" She stood up, smiled and walked over to the poor boy who sat there shaking in fear.

"Y-your going to kill me a-aren't you?" He shuddered, crying.

"No, that would be too suspicious. I can't have UA or any of the heroes figuring out that I'm a villain, right?" She asked, pulling out a shiny object from her pocket.

"W-whats that?" He cried, trying to back away but was futile since he was stuck.

"I don't need to tell you. Let's just say that you will forget all of this happened soon enough." She said, tightly grabbing his arm, until, there was no circulation and almost at the point of breaking in half.

Almost...

He screamed in pain when a snap was heard. She placed the needle that glowed a dark green inside his arm. He felt drowsy and his eyes were clouded. He then slumped to the floor, unconscious.

Kai sighed, looking at the empty syringe. She placed it on one of the empty desks. She brought out her kagune and crushed it into a million small glass shards, so no one can ever tell what it previously was.

She looked at the half-eaten body then at the dead person that was only impaled. She knelt down, ate her fill, feeling satisfied.

She decided it would be best to put the body in some sort of bag then have kurogiri warp them away. No evidence.

Kai went into the bathroom which was very convenient to wash the blood off her face and hands.

'I have to thank kurogiri later for bringing me here.' Kai thought, turning off the sink faucet. She sighed and thought about what happened earlier.

Kai POV

When Kurogiri came to stop the students from escaping. I think that's when I lost control. Who did I try to eat? I remember running and wanting to eat already. Who was it?

UGGGGG! Who was it?

I remember... looking up and I saw... red? Who is red?

I thought for a minute, thinking about what each of my classmates looks like... Kirishima.

Damn it. Did he see me? Now I feel bad about almost killing him.

I'm fine with killing people I don't know or care about, but he is such a good person and friend.

I feel like a terrible friend. I sigh, upset and guilty.

Oh, well. There's nothing I can do to change what happened. I have to move on.

I shook my head and exited the bathroom.

I left the villains there and threw the unconscious Mineta over my shoulder, but not before tying his hands behind his back, so they can't go touching anything it shouldn't.

I walked out of the office building that I'm assuming is meant for saving people in a tight space with limited exits.

Well, the hero's failed already. I laughed to myself as I thought about my satisfying meal that anyone else would call villainous.

I went out of the building and looked around. I saw Aizawa in the center of the USJ fighting villains, getting tired.

I can't see much else though. I looked at the building behind me. It was several stories and on a tall hill. It's tall enough to see the entire area.

I threw Mineta on the floor and jumped up and climbed the building. Once I got to the top, I surveyed the area. It looks like Izuku and Tsu tied up the villains in the shipwreck area. Todoroki froze his attackers and it looks like Kaminari needs some help. I watched as a villain approached him from behind.

I climbed down the building by using my kagune. I landed safely on the floor, grabbed Mineta and slung his unconscious self over my shoulder like a bag of potatoes. Eww, human food.

I ran to the area where Kaminari,Momo, and Jiro were.

3rd POV

Before Kai entered their field of vision, she set Mineta down on the dirt. She jumped over the small hill to the villains back which was turned. She smirked, thinking this was way too easy. She roundhouse kicked the villain away from Kaminari who was now coughing on the floor since he was being choked. The villain flew back with a loud thud.

He grumbled and started cursing profanities in Kai's direction. He opened his eyes, to face his attacker. The moment he laid his eyes on Kai, he trembled in fear. Kai's ghoul eyes bore into his soul as if it was finding each and every insecurity he had. Her eyes were cold and deadly. "Run." She advised the villain.

The now sweat-drenched villain stumbled onto his feet and ran away, screaming, "MONSTER!"

Kai rolled her eyes, sighing in annoyance. She turned to her classmates who also had villains behind them. She 'tched' in annoyance. She quickly sprinted over to the villains. She brought out her kagune and sliced a few of them. Before she could move on to the other villains, a machine gun was heard.

A hidden villain with his 'machine guns fingers' shot at her. Her classmates watched in horror at their friend who was about to be shot with a gun. Kai saw the bullets approach her, thinking fast. She grabbed the villain that she was about to attack and used him as a shield. He screamed in terror but soon was shot countless times before falling on the floor dead.

Jiro knew she couldn't sit down and watch anymore. She plugged in her earphone jack and blasted her speakers to the gun villain.

It successfully brought down the villain who was attacking kai, but it did not stop the last bullets that flew to her. The last bullets fired and hit kai, making her lose her balance and fall. Kaminari and momo froze, horror set on their faces.

"Damn it, Get the other villains already," Kai yelled at them from where she was on the floor.

They were shocked but quickly did the job. Kaminari grabbed the metal stick that mom made. "Electric bat!" He yelled turning on his quirk and hitting the villains, making them paralyzed. Jiro used her speakers against the villains, helping Kaminari. While they were doing that momo went to go check on kai.

Momo ran and sat next to Kai who had fallen on the floor due to the impact of the close bullets. Momo frantically asked, "Kai! Can you breathe? Speak to me." She said creating Ace wrap and rags for blood.

The bullet villain groaned, lifting up his fingers. Kaminari and Jiro were too occupied with the other villains to notice and Momo was too frantic over Kai's well-being to notice him. Kai was the only one who did. She got up and ran to the villain who was now pointing his gun-like fingers, aiming to kill Jiro.

Kai tackled the man. She held the shooting arm with her hand and brought it up to point at the sky. "What is wrong with you!? I shot you! You should be dead!" The man screamed.

The machine gun fired past her face and to the sky, making holes in the USJ dome. Kai grit her teeth at the loud firing. "How are you so strong!?" The man winced at her grip which was close to breaking his wrist.

The ground suddenly shook like a massive earthquake. Smoke pulsed through the air in strong and large waves. Kai's vision spun, feeling exhausted because of the smoke.

"Freaken nomu..." She mumbled, feeling fatigued. Her grip loosened on the villain's arm which was still shooting bullets.

Jiro and Kaminari who finished off the villains struggled to look back at Kai because of the air pressure and smoke.

"Where did this wind come from?" Jiro asked no one in particular, bracing herself from the wind pressure directed towards them.

"I hear punching. Could it be from... all might?" Kaminari asked planting his feet into the ground.

Kai's eyes rolled back and she went limp, falling on the floor, with her hands loosely holding the villain's wrist.

The villain's quirk was not working anymore due to overuse. "What the hell?" He mumbled, confused while pushing off the girl who randomly fell unconscious.

"PLUS ULTRA!!!" Jiro, momo, and Kaminari faintly heard Allmight's voice in the distance.

One final, yet giant gush of wind and smoke pushed them backward.

Multiple individuals gunshots were heard but from far away this time.

The gun villain who was trying to run away from the teenagers was shot in his leg. He screamed in pain and fell on the floor with a thud.

The fog cleared. The three teens looked at who screamed. They saw the villain who was lying on the floor, crying, and holding onto his bleeding leg.

"Where is Kai!?" Momo asked, like a worried mother.

They all looked around frantically until Kaminari pointed to their far right. "Over there! He said pointing to her lying on the floor. They all ran to her concerned.

"Kai?" Momo asked sitting next to her once again. Jiro and Kaminari joined her. Momo flipped kai over, so they can see her face. Her face was pale with a pained expression. Momo placed her fingers on Kai's neck, feeling a pulse. She sighed in relief. "She is fine for now." She said to the others. "That's a relief." Kaminari sighed.

"But she is not bleeding..." Jiro said confused with a grim expression.

"What?" Momo said confused. She looked at Kai and sure enough, Jiro was right. Momo lifted kai's shirt slightly, so it only showed her stomach. There were red bullet sized marks all over her stomach, but there was also... claw marks?

"The bullet didn't go through, but it looks like she was clutching her stomach so hard that blood came out," Momo said, astonished.

"It's like it was an airsoft gun. Not a bullet. But isn't it understandable that she would be clenching her stomach when she just got shot by a gun there?" Kaminari said.

"It looks like she did more harm to herself then the steel bullets. It doesn't make any sense." Jiro asked.

Momo sighed, confused and tired. "I don't know."

"Why don't we ask that guy? He probably did something. He was the one who shot bullets at her." Jiro said pointing to the villain who was trying to crawl away.

Momo made steel handcuffs which covers the mans entire entire hand, so he can't activate his quirk to harm anyone. She handed them to Jiro, "Restrain him first."

Jiro nodded, walking over to the guy. She handcuffed him tightly then asked, "What did you do to our friend?" She snarled.

"How should I know?" He said crying, still holding his bleeding leg.

"I'll ask again," Jiro said plugging in her jack into the speaker and put her foot forward to threaten him. "What. Did. You. Do?" She asked in a darker tone.

"I don't know! I swear!" He yelled frantically.

Jiro glared at him then asked, "Since you conveniently don't know what you did, then what happened right before she fell unconscious?"

He replied, "S-she p-pinned me on the ground s-so I wouldn't shoot you. She then forced my hand upright, so it shot bullets at the sky. I swear s-she had the strength of a bear." He winced at the thought, but continued, "Once the floor started shaking, her grip loosened and she fell unconscious saying, Damned Nomu... or something. I don't know anything else! P-please don't hurt me!" He begged.

"What about the claw marks on her stomach? Did you poison her? She was so much pain she held her stomach so tightly it bled."

"I didn't know! She didn't look in any pain until the ground started shaking! I've never seen her clutch her stomach either! I'm sorry I attacked you all. I'm foolish. Please spare me!" He said bowing on the floor.

Jiro was satisfied enough with his answer, but was wondering one more thing, so she asked, "What exactly is a nomu?"

He then answered her as if it were the most obvious thing in the world, "You know, the large, muscular, purple thing with a bird beak. He was battling allmight earlier."

Jiro tched annoyed and walked away from the man. "Let's go back to the entrance," Jiro said to her classmates.

"I'll carry her, don't worry," Kaminari said, picking her up to carry her bridal style, so he wouldn't injure her stomach any further.

Jiro hummed in agreement and helped him out.

The league of villains already left, so it was simple and easy to get back to the entrance and regroup everyone.

Kirishima who was already with the rest of their class were waiting for the four students. "Oh, look Ashido. There's the rest of our class." Kirishima nudged Ashido's shoulder and pointed to the group that was walking up the stairs. "Hey bro! How did it go?!" He yelled while walking down the stairs to meet up with them.

As he jogged down the stairs he then saw their upset faces. "What's wrong?" He asked. He then saw kai's sleeping form.

"Kai?" He asked worriedly.

"She is unconscious. We don't exactly know why though." Momo explained.

"Oh... Let's take her to the ambulances parked outside. They can check her." Kirishima said saddened and worried about her.
