We never really left the island for a long time. Only sometimes we'd drive to the main land to get a snack of human. Jasper also had a hybrid diet now. He mostly fed off animals but sometimes he had human blood as well.

Alice and Esme called us a few times and informed us about Edward or Bella.

Bella was depressed to no end and Edward was moping around, more then usuall.

It was a nice sunny day when Alice rang, telling us that Edward thaught Bella was dead and now he wanted to go to the Volturi to die.

Alice saw us in Volterra in her vision so she asked us to go there too. So we paked our bags and left go Italy.

At the airport we met up with Alice and a terrible looking Bella. She looked thinner and like she hadn't been sleeping, also she was driving Jasper nuts with the waves of panic  rolling off her.

We saw the Volturi castle ahead and I felt like I had been here before. It looked so familiar. I never met the Volturi so I was more then confused, as I had also never been to Italy.

Carlisle explained who the Volturi are so I knew the important members.

The three kings were Caius, Marcus and Aro.

Caius was always angry and had a bad temper.

Aro was a little wierd.

And Marcus was the depressed one. Carlisle had said that he used to be full of happiness. His mate Dydime had the power to have childern but they would be human. They had a little girl named Saphire. That was almost 225 years ago. The little girl was a princess and all the guards loved her, Carlisle said. But then the Volturi got attacked by the Romanian coven and they kidnapped Saphire and beheaded Dydime. She survived but the little girl was never found again. No matter how hard the Volturi searched they couldn't track down Saphire. After a hundred years of search they gave up as she had to be dead. If not by the hands of a vampire then because of old age.

(I know that is not what  really happens but I changed it for this book. So Dydime is still alive , Aro didn't kill her, and Marcus is depressed because of his daughter)

I was pulled out of my thaughts by Alice who opened the doors and stepped inside the castle. Jasper and I followed.

We saw two guards, I think is was Felix and Demitri, standing there talking to a shirtless Edward who held an afraid Bella.

A small blonde girl, Jane, came and demanded that we all see the kings.

As we walked down the corridors Jasper and I walked at the front. I turned left and then noticed I had never been here before. How did I know the way to the throne room.

The others also seemed to wonder as Demetri kept looking at me with a consentrated look.

We all pilled in a lift, where we had to listen to a woman singing an Opra which was very akward.

Demtiri suddenly spoke

"Excuse the question miss, but may I perhaps know how old you are and what your name is?" He looked me directly in the eyes.

"My name is Silver I am 224" I said slightly confused about the question.

Demetri nodded and we all walked out of the elevator.
