Merlin woke up and walked to the studio, he was asked to play 'Prince Edward' in Disney's vary first Gay 'Princess' movie. He was asked for being an Out Gay actor and all of the internet was requesting it. Merlin had voice acted many characters and when he walked the red carpet with his boyfriend (at the time and current best friend) Will and told the world of his sexual orientation the world then told Disney to make a Gay Prince and have him Star. Will and Merlin broke up mutually but continued to be good friends and today he'd be going to Disney and become the gay prince everyone saw in him.

Merlin walked into the studio and saw a whole bunch of actors sitting around a table.

"Hey guys." He said shyly and walked to a chair that was empty, it was next to a cute blonde guy with gorgeous blue eyes. Today was the day they'd all meet each other and today was the day they read the scripts for the first time. The Directors PA passed out scripts and pencils, Merlin wrote his name and character on the top right corner and everyone else did the same. They were instructed to introduce themselves and did so.

"Hello, I'm Merlin Emrys play Prince Edward." Merlin said and put a smile on.

"Hi, Arthur Pendragon play Monroe Moore." Merlin blushed. The cute blonde would play his love interest? That was the best news he'd heard all day. The cute blonde boy smiled a smile that could start global warming and the quintets most caring eyes looked to Merlin with hope and then looked around the room at the rest of the actors. Merlin barely listened for the rest of the people this kid Mordred played the witch than this girl Morgana played the princess and than Gwen played the 21st century chick Monroe was supposed to marry.

The day continued and then they were released for the rest of the lasting hours of light. Merlin choked up the courage to ask Arthur if he wanted to go out for lunch tomorrow to get to know each other. Arthur agreed to the outing saying that 'It'd be good to get to know you so we can build up character chemistry.' Merlin returned to his house and plopped on his bed.

"Wiiiillll!" Merlin wined and called him up. Will picked up and Merlin groaned into the phone upset.

"How'd the day go?" He asked.

"The day went wonderful but there's this really hot guy who plays my characters lover and I really want it to be real." Merlin complained.

"Alright Disney." Will Joked. "Merlin, I know you and I know how you can romance a guy so all you need to do is take your romance-inator and crank it up to 100% because you'll need all the romance you can get." Merlin laughed then continued to feel sorry for himself.

"Thanks will you've been a great help." Merlin smiled. "Good night." Merlin went to end the call when.

"Bye, good night." Will Said and Merlin pressed the red 'end call button' and plugged his phone in then set it on his bedside table. Merlin started to nod off to sleep into a dream of him and Arthur falling in love.

The next morning Merlin's alarm went off playing 'once upon a dream' and he hit the button on the top to turn it off. He got up and walked to his dresser groggy. He grabbed a blue shirt and black jeans. He grabbed his red thin scarf that hung on the side of the dresser and put his brown jacket over his body while he slipped his socked feet into short boots that were covered in an unnecessary amount of buckles.

Merlin made his way to the studio and they began to practice the blocking of the first live seen. In this seen Merlin's character tried to figure out where he was and Arthur's character came to the rescue and made sassy remarks. They practiced for a while then it was lunch time. Merlin grabbed his things and walked to the door.

"Hey Arthur was it?" Merlin called seeing Arthur waiting by the door.

"Yeah."

"Where you wanna go?" Merlin asked like he was verbalizing a text message.

"Uh, What about a sandwich joint? I could really go for a foot long." Arthur smiled and Merlin nodded in agreement. "So Sam's?" He suggested the local sandwich joint.

"Yeah, sure." Merlin Said and they walked to Arthur's car. It was a bit janky but worked well even if Arthur's driving was iffy. After a few close calls they finally made it to 'Sam's Sandwiches' and walked into the place. There were a few people at the tables waiting for food and some were already eating. They walked to the counter and ordered two sandwiches and sat down at a table in the corner.

"So Merlin, you have experience with Disney right?" Arthur asked, Merlin hadn't seen him in any mainstream media but a friend talked about an indie movie he'd seen and Arthur was on the cover. "You got any tips?"

"Ha, Basically just do your best and follow their directions." Merlin chuckled and gave Arthur a smile. They locked eyes and just smiled for a moment then Arthur's phone rang.

"I should probably take this." He said after looking at the caller ID. He answered the call and mostly just assured the person that he was getting the information. "Sorry about that." He said and put his phone face down on the table.

"So, Who was that?" Merlin asked.

"My girlfriend." Arthur started. The word girlfriend hit Merlin like a truck, he didn't want to hear the guy he likes say he's in a relationship and especially didn't want him to say he had a Girlfriend. That one word ruined all hope Merlin could have had for their future. "She was complaining that I don't spend enough time with her." Arthur Said in an annoyed tone. There was silence.

"Oof." Merlin said realizing he needed to respond to Arthur's distress. "So how'd you get the roll for the Monroe ?" Merlin asked. He felt a little lied to. Disney promised an LGBTQ movie and Merlin thought that extended to the cast.

"Oh I auditioned and they liked me." Arthur said nervously like he felt as if he shouldnt be there. "What about you?"

"The internet." He said like he was talking about the weather. Arthur chuckled confused.

"What?" He asked bursting into laughter.

"The internet basically forced Disney to make me a gay prince in a Disney movie so I guess they did as asked." Merlin laughed at how ridiculous it was.

"Wait, you got the part because the internet willed it so?" Arthur laughed and Merlin nodded holding back a storm of laughter. Merlin and Arthur continued their lunch then returned to finish the scene.

It'd been a few months into filming and Merlin and Arthur had become vary close friends. They'd joined each other for lunch brakes and spent most of the time they weren't filming with each other. Merlin and Arthur had made some good progress filming before they became good friends but then they just had lots and lots of unusable bloopers. Today was the first day of month five into the filming process and they were filming the first kiss scene in the movie.

"Hey Monroe, can I tell you something." Prince Edward Said looking over the bay.

"Yeah, shoot." Monroe Said and smiled a little ice cream dripping onto his hand.

"I think... I think I may like you." Prince Edward spat out his face squeezed shut scared of rejection. Monroe licked the ice cream from his hand and looked deep into Eddies eyes.

"Shit!" Arthur said braking character. He didn't laugh or anything he was just super serious, like he was struck with realization. They restarted the scene and got back to Arthur's line.

"That's nice to know." Monroe looked down to his hand and chuckled a bit. "Because I think I might like you too." He looked up and Edward was confused and Happy and strangely a little disappointed.

"Would you mind if I?" Monroe leaned into kiss Edward and he had a face of surprise he filled with happy chemicals. Merlin felt warmth and happiness and had to contain how much he actually enjoyed the kiss. But what Merlin didn't know was how much Arthur enjoyed it too. They were left kissing until the director signaled for it to stop and they sadly separated.

"What was that for?" Merlin asked slipping back into character. Monroe smiled bigger and happier and raised his eye brows a few times. Monroe got up and put his hand out to Edward.

"Come on." Edward took his hand and they walked off the screen.

"CUT!" The director called and Merlin and Arthur looked at each other with big smiles. "That was perfect, wonderful! Let's brake for snacks!" He called and Merlin and Arthur walked to the snack table and grabbed some food. They stepped outside the studio to eat.

"Hows it goin'?" Merlin asked and sipped his juice box. Arthur was looking down at a plate with some snacks as he contemplated how he felt about Merlin.

"Oh, I'm fine." Arthur Said looking up from the plate on the picnic table.

"Arthur?" Merlin said knowing Arthur was lying.

"I'm, thinking." Arthur sighed. Merlin raised his eyebrows.

"About..." Merlin added.

"About my girlfriend." Merlin rolled his eyes he didn't know anything about her but what he did know he hated. "I'm thinking, I need to brake up with her." Arthur Said and looked at Merlin who was super happy but trying to hide it. "What do you think Merlin?" Arthur asked.

"Well why do you want to brake it off?" Merlin inquired.

"Well me and her, we've been starting to drift apart, I just feel me and her should see other people." Arthur said making sure Merlin knew he was talking about him and his girlfriend not him and Merlin.

"Well that sounds like viable reasoning, I support you." Merlin smiled and nodded at Arthur who smiled back. That was only part of what Arthur was thinking about. He was also thinking about Merlin and all his beautiful and wonderful features, all the reason's he'd become friends with Merlin were all the things he'd wanted in a girlfriend.

"Thanks." He smiled. Merlin tapered off and drifted over to the restrooms he left Arthur to his own devices. Arthur looked through his contacts and saw his girlfriend and clicked the phone button. The phone began to ring waiting fo her to pick up. After about one ring Arthur's girlfriend picked up.

"ARTHUR POOOO!" She screeched from the other side.

"Hey." He said.

"What you callin about sweet pea?" She asked.

"We should brake up." Arthur Said with confidence knowing this was the right thing.

"What?"

"We need to brake up."

"Why? I thought we were fine." She was pretty sad on the other side.

"It's just, I think we should see other people."

"I betcha already have someone in mind." She added. "How are you sure he will feel the same way?" She asked.

"I don't but that what makes love a risk." Merlin made His was back from the restrooms.

"So What's his Name?" She asked Arthur smiled at Merlin. "The guy who took my place."

"Merlin." Arthur Said and realized he needed to make a reason why he just said Merlin's name. "Hi." He finished and Merlin waved to him.

"I hope Merlin treats you well." She said and ended the call.

"So Arthur Who was that?" Merlin asked.

"My girlfriend, I was braking up with her."

"How'd she react?"

"She was a bit surprised but took it quite well."

"Oh? well that's good." Merlin Said and smiled. They finished their snacks and went back inside.

A few months later when they're about 75% done with filming, Merlin and Arthur's feelings towards each other grew, they both found that they'd fallen for the other but neither of them found a way to tell the other.

"Merlin, Hey!" Arthur called. He was ready to tell Merlin his feelings, ready for the chemistry on screen to happen off screen.

      "Arthur, makeup!" His makeup artist pulled him to the side before he could talk to Merlin.

        "But. I- Merlin-!" Arthur trailed as he's been tarred from his spot.

      "Arthur?" Merlin looked around confused and walked to get his face princeified. Arthur got his light makeup, covering blemishes and such then was placed into the shot for filming.

       "Hey, Ed... will you be" Monroe sighed. "Will you be going back and marrying her?" Edward looked at Monroe with a bit of sadness filling his system.

      "Monroe I" Ed started looking him in the eyes. "I can't, I can't stay with you, Monroe. Because.... well because I love you." Ed rationalized his thoughts.

      "Ed, how does that make any sense at all." Monroe asked upset.

      "I have duties to my kingdom to my whole world! I can't just leave it all behind me for you it's... it's irresponsible!" Ed turned.

      "But you can! Why should, they get to benefit from you? Why should your happiness be set aside as unimportant? Why should my happiness be tossed in the gutter just because you need to marry a woman? I love you Ed, I love you so much but you-you can't do that to someone, make them fall in love then through them aside like a piece of garbage! I'm a person too Edward. I'm not just a side bro I'm a full time job and I'm not sure if you can keep it. Edward I love you, I really truly love you... but I need  you to do the same. I need you to love me if this thing is gonna work. Why can't we be irresponsible?" Monroe said with such passion.

       "Monroe I- I- I don't know what to say, it's just I found a choice in the matter. I have to do this, I have to tell you something ,something that I think you really need to hear. Monroe Moore, I love you. I'll love you till the day I die, I'll still love you in the After-life but I need to share this one, the rest of my whole life with you. Monroe Moore, of Manhattan Cabbage street in apartment A113, will you marry me?" Edward asked taking out a cute flower ring.

      "Eddie." Monroe started in aw. "Yes!" He screeched and put the flower ring on his finger, he hugged Ed real close and tears of joy sprung down his face. They shared a cute fast kiss and filming ended.

      "Merlin, before we start the next scene I need to talk to you." Arthur Said. Merlin looked over to see Arthur standing off scene and begun to walk over to him.

      "I've something I want to tell you too." He said as he walked over to Arthur, he was pulled aside to costume and taken away from Arthur. He came back and they started their next scene.

      They came out of the scene and the first thing they did was rush to the others side.

      "Arthur," Merlin started.

      "Merlin." Arthur Said looking into his beautiful eyes. They both began to talk and say the exact same words. "I love you." They both Said, leaving happy shocked faces. Arthur pulled Merlin close, he rested his lips on Merlin's lightly only for Merlin to hold him to a stronger kiss. Their arms around each other like a safety net to keep the kiss going. They stood there, off set with a camera pointed at them the whole team and all the actors crowded around watching them.

       The two boys slowly separated and smiled looking into each other's eyes. They left their arms on each other's shoulders looking deeply into their eyes. For a second Merlin's eyes darted around the room seeing the whole cast and crew watching this... and the phones and cameras taking pictures and videos. He chuckled a bit.

      "Arthur, check the room." He whispered.

       The filming was done and they got all nice and dressy to go to the red carpet. Merlin brought his best friend Will with him. This was Arthur's first big red carpet and he stayed quite close with Merlin.

      "Excuse me Merlin, do you currently have a romantic partner?" Merlin's eyes drifted at Arthur who was pounded with his own questions.

      "Yes." Merlin answered simply.

      "Would you tell us?" She urged. Merlin smiled and leaned into the microphone.

      "I'm not sure I can disclose that information." Merlin said sadly. "But you'll find out when you watch the blooper real." Merlin advertised and continued walking. Merlin and Arthur has gotten pretty serious over the last few mounts of filming, I mean the relationship they're still goof balls. Merlin and Arthur shared a house, and slept in the same bed, and went out to dinner and lunch together, and made breakfast for each other, basically they were inseparable.

      "Merlin!" Arthur shouted. "Merlin help I don't know what to say!" He had a bunch of reporters surrounding him. "Merlin!" Merlin looked back and walked over to him.

       "Sorry, he's got to go." Merlin said and dragged Arthur out of the grasp of the photographers and reporters and news anchors.

       "Merlin! I love you Merlin!" A girl from the audience shouted.

      "Me too." Arthur jokes and smiled. He gave Merlin a small peck on the cheek and they reached the questioner reporters.

      "Hello, would you mind if we asked you a few questions?" She said. They nodded and she begun her questioning. She held up a piece of paper and showed it to them. It had a picture that was blocked out and showed just the feet. They were a creamy pale color crossed over each other. "Who's feet are these?"

      "Umm." Merlin wasn't quite sure but Arthur has an immediate answer.

      "Those are Merlin's." He said and smiled quietly at Merlin a little blush dusted his pale cheeks. They continued the questions then continued walking the carpet.

      They made it to the end and entered the building, they sat a few rows back from the front and saw the whole hug screen. They begun the movie and with great joy all the actors and crew members watched a most enjoyable Disney prince movie. They stayed for the credits and watched the end credit scene, then a few beats later. The kiss between Merlin and Arthur, the little I love you before, the seconds of surprise before the kiss, and all the faces of the Cast and Crew  when their OTP became canon.
      They all left happy. They all couldn't wait for the public to see. And they all were stoked about Merlin and Arthur. (AN: The kiss wasn't put in the final cut of the movie to keep Merlin and Arthurs privet life privet)

      "Will, I'm thinking of proposing." Merlin said on his call outside while Arthur slept.

       "That's great!" Will said with much excitement.

       "But I don't know where, when, or how."

        "Where's Arthur's favorite place to go?" Will asked, obviously eating something.

        "Well, he loved when we went up to the Hollywood sign for picnics." Merlin admitted. Merlin had enjoyed them too but people started to find out that they went there and trying to join them.

       "Then go there and propose." Will Said and took a crunchy bite of something.

        "That's a great idea, thanks will." Merlin smiled, Arthur started to groan and wake up. "Sorry got to go. He's waking up." Merlin hung up the phone and walked into the bedroom.

"Merlin?" Arthur asked turning over in bed sleeping and confused.

"'Morning Princess." Merlin walked up to Arthur and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "You gunna wake up baby?" He asked and Arthur got up slowly and leaned on Merlin.

"Merlin, I love you." He said, shaky a few tears slipping from his eyes.

"Hey, baby. I love you too. Are—are you ok?" Merlin asked as Arthur grabbed his shirt and tugged on it like a five year old.

"Are you cheating on me?" Arthur asked.

"What?" Merlin asked confused. "No? Why would I cheat on the sweetest kindest sexiest boyfriend you could have?" Merlin tried to lightened the mood only to realize it wasn't helping. "Why do you ask."

"You cheated on me." Arthur's tears got more intense. "With a girl." He grasped tighter on Merlin's shirt and snuggled closer.

"Oh, I see what happened. It was a dream. Just a dream baby." Arthur looked up at Merlin and smiled.

"It felt so... real." Arthur let go of Merlin and stood up. "But after I woke up in bed and saw you standing there on the phone, There was a split where I thought my dream was trying to tell me something."

"It's was just Will. I was thinking about taking you on a romantic outing but I didn't know where." Merlin answered truthfully. "But I know now." Merlin smiled and they got onto their bed and turned on the tv to watch Supernatural. They had only just started and we're on season four.

"He's hot." Arthur Said as Castiel walked into the barn. Castiel and Dean began to communicate. "I ship." Arthur Said simply making Merlin chuckle.

      "Me too buckeroo." They laughed and snuggled close together. They watched a whole bunch and it was nearing lunch time. "Arthur you stay here and I'll prepare food for our romantic outing, watch Sherlock or something." Merlin said, they had already watched Sherlock but both enjoyed it enough to watch it again. Arthur smiled and turned on the first episode of Sherlock.

      Merlin went into the kitchen and begun to make Arthur's favorite picnic foods.

      Merlin finished making the foods and walked into the bedroom where Arthur was rewatching a few episodes of Buzzfeed Unsolved: Supernatural.

     "Hay baby." Merlin smiled. "Get dresses were going out." Merlin said. And exited the room to pack the food into the picnic basket and put it in the car.

      "Merlin, What should I wear?" Arthur asked knowing Merlin was better at the clothings thing and knew what the Romantic outing would be. Merlin came into the room and tossed a few clothes at Arthur who put them on and followed Merlin into the car.

Merlin started up his car and begun to drive to the Hollywood sign. He made his way through the residential neighborhoods and arrived at the Hollywood sign... after a bit of fence climbing and possibly illegal behavior.

      "The Hollywood sign?" Arthur Said looking up at the big towering letters. "I can't believe you got us back here." Arthur twirled around and said in awe of the large letters. No matter how many Times they'd gone there it's was Arthur's favorite (and probably most illegal) picnic spot. Merlin laid out the picnic blanket and placed the basket down. It's was certainly passed lunch and midway to dinner but still time enough to eat something.

       The boys sat down and talk a while about things they liked; about the food, about the view, about each other and most importantly about their futures. Merlin fiddled with the small box in his pocket debating when the perfect time to do it would be, deciding on sunset. When the sky shows colors like a Bob Ross painting and beautifully colors Arthur's hair with a light pink and purple light.

       The sun began to fall, leaving only beautiful colors in its place. Like if a bi person died and bled out the bisexual flag on the floor... and the sun the the bisexual person... and the sky was the floor... and the color was the blood. Arthur's hair perfectly reflected the colors and gave him a more innocent look.

     "Arthur," Merlin began leading Arthur to the edge of the hill. "We've been together, seen each other every day when we wake up, held strong through thick and thin." Merlin started his long speech and began to kneel down. He took out the small box and held it in his hands ready to open it. "And you may be a Clotpole, a Doliphead, an ass, a cabbage head, a royal prat, a turnip head and a bone idle toad and I may be an idiot. But Arthur, will you take this idiots hand in marriage?" Merlin asked he opened the ring box it held thing ring with a few red gems placed into a crown like shape. Merlin looked up into Arthur's eyes hopeful, the sunset dusting a purple glow onto his hair and skin.

       "Merlin." Arthur Said he was in shock, tears of joy spreading down his face. "You complete girl. I thought you'd never ask." Arthur's voice thick with tears, his joy obvious from a million million miles away.

      "So is that a—"

      "Yes!" Arthur shouted and placed the ring onto his finger. He lifted Merlin up and they hugged tight, Merlin and Arthur shared an in-the-moment kiss of joy and separated both with tears of joy. Merlin and Arthur cuddled up on the blanket and snuggled close as they watched the sun set, they had pulled. Secondary blanket over there body's as they leaned on the letter lightly.

After a few days Merlin and Arthur had an interview. They walked into the studio holding hands and sat backstage waiting for their cue to come out.

"Lady's and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, people of all gender specifications please welcome Merlin Emrys and Arthur Pendragon!" The Interviewer announced like a game show host. Merlin and Arthur walked in waving there hands and smiling at the camera and live audience.

"Wow, there's lots of people here. Wasn't expecting that." Arthur commented unused to the fame Disney had given him.

"You'll never get used to it." Merlin patted Arthurs shoulder and they sat down on the interview couch.

"Hello, welcome." Said the interviewer (Leon Young). "Glad to see you actually showed up."

"Glad to be here." Arthur smiled.

"So Arthur, Merlin tell me. There are lots of fangirls and fanboys," he started. "That believe you two are uh more than friends. What take do you have on that?" Asked Leon. Merlin and Arthur hadn't really kept their relationship secret but didn't shout about it to the roof tops.

"Well, that statement I have to say is true. And in fact Arthur and I are getting married next month." Merlin smiled and the whole audience screeched and clapped vigorously. The claps and screeches died down and the interview continued.

"Congratulations, while the room was clapping and screeching I was checking Twitter for questions and it seems that the most commented thing is 'kiss beautiful bois!' With and exclamation point." Merlin and Arthur chuckled and looked at each other with a smile. Merlin gave Arthur a peck on the cheek and Arthur placed his hands on Merlin's face and placed a sweet kiss on his plush lips. The audience 'woo'd' with excitement and calmed quickly with distend 'aw's' as the boys smiled at each other.

The interview continued, it was mostly personal questions and some memes they were asked about. The people were wondering a lot about the wedding, Will the general public be invited? Will they share the pictures, or videos? Merlin and Arthur decided they'd film some parts of it and share the videos and pictures with the general public but the wedding would be friends and family only.

      "Arthur." Merlin started in the car back to there house. "Do you want kids?" Merlin asked.

      "I think I do. Have a few little rascals running around the house, take 'em to school, you'd make them breakfast, and then we'd watch them grow up. Don't you think that'd just be the life." Arthur smiled. "Simple, homely." Merlin hasn't seen this side of Arthur much. He hadn't seen him much as a 'stay at home dad' type character but he did kinda fit the bill.

      "What'd you name them?" Merlin asked.

      "I've always Liked the name Colin for a boy, and maybe Angel for a girl." Arthur Said. "I also like Bradley and Katie for names." Arthur seemed to put lots of thought into their future. "But the names don't matter to me as long as I'm raising them with you." Arthur Said and put his hand on Merlin's thigh while he drove them home.

       "Bradley, Angel, Colin don't forget your lunch!" Arthur called, Three rascals 12, 10, and 6 ran through the house and gave their father a hug.

      "Papa, where's dad?" Colin asked.

      "Dad's at his job, he's acting in a movie." Arthur Said to his youngest child Colin M Pendragon.

      "Will he be back for dinner?" Asked Colin slipping on his coat.

        "Dad's always back for dinner Colin, why do you always ask?" Bradley, the eldest, pestered and gave innocent little Colin a smile.

        "Come on kiddos it time to get in the car." Arthur Said and led his three munchkins into their mini van.

       "Angel come on!" Bradley said to Angel who was falling behind.

        "Bloody Hell Bradley, give me a break!" She called straightening her crown. She was getting ready to present her project to the class and wanted to look like a queen.

       The little Pendragon's all shoveled into the car with three bags and lunches and Arthur begun to drive to school. His phone began to ring and he connected it to the car.

        "Hey baby." Merlin said on the other side. "Hey Colin, Bradley, Angel. Sorry I couldn't make you breakfast but we're filming. Love you all." Merlin Said and the kids were dropped off at the K-8th school and talked with there friends who were there waiting for the bell.

      "So Merlin, are you ready for angels 11th birthday?" Arthur asked.

       "I can't wait." Merlin Said. Arthur popped over to his friends house and Merlin hung up needing to continue filming.

       "Arthur, Hey." Gwaine smiled.

       "Hey Gwaine, how's Ben?" Arthur asked and walked into the house. He saw Percy looming over Benedict their little toddler 3 years old, you've never seen such joy on the face of such a large man.
