~Mystique's POV~

I approached the tent where two soldiers were guarding the door. 'They have to be here'  I thought. When I tried to enter, one of the soldiers stopped me. "This place is quarantined," he says, "we have orders."

"Stand aside, soldier." I tell him, "That's an order." 

When they let me in, everyone stood at attention. "At ease." I say, my voice almost revealing my disguise. I looked at the mutants in the tent, and I recognized Alex. I winked at him, but he gave me a weird look, not recognizing it was me. 

Continuing to the end of the room, I saw some men putting something into padded cases, along with some files. "What's this?" I ask.

"Samples from tests," one responded, not looking up.

"Where's it going?" I ask.

"Same place they are: Trask Industries." he responds.

'No, they're not.' I thought, picking up a file with Alex's name on it. "These guys are going home." I tell them, when someone behind me tries to say otherwise. I turned to him and looked at is dog tags. William Stryker  they read. I would need to remember that. 

I shifted back to my blue self and attacked him and the others, some of the other mutants joining. I had Stryker by the neck when I hear Alex behind me. " Raven," he says, to which I reply "That's not my name." Alex then blasted Stryker in the face, knocking him out.

"I had that," I say, turning to him, but he just laughs a bit. "All right, let's go." I say to the mutants, shifting back into my disguise. After getting them on a plane,  Alex turned to me. "You're not coming with us?"

"My war's not finished yet." I respond before walking away, turning into "Raven" in a military uniform. I met up with Tsunami outside the area and she leads us out by moving underwater.

"Find them?" she asks, and I nod. "They'll be safe, I hope. They were going to be sent to Trask." 

"I say it's time we infiltrate Trask Industries." Tsunami says, "Hopefully we're not too late."

A/N: Short Chapter, I know, but it's just getting set up! Chapter 2 of A Future For Us All should be up next weekend, if I'm not to busy.
