My first attempt at "Fluff" [A fun, happy story :]

Jimin had been asking Yoongi for weeks to go to the new amusement park with him. It was called Pride-Land Park, and Jimin had heard about all of the fun rides from the other members who had previously went. He really wanted to go with Yoongi because it'd been a while since the two of them had spent quality time together, and sometimes Jimin liked to simply have the attention of one of his hyungs all to himself.

Finally Yoongi agreed to go when the two of them ended up with the same day off. Jimin lifted Yoongi up and spun him around jokingly, cheering throughout the house that they were finally going.

"Before I leave to the studio, do you want me to pack you guys lunches to bring?" Hobi asked.

Yoongi nodded, saying it would save them money, but Jimin insisted that he'd rather buy all the "delicious and fun food" from the amusement park.

"Hyung, they have fried dough and chicken tenders. Oh you could even get a burger! Or cotton candy!" Jimin smiled at Yoongi. He started daydreaming about all of the food he was going to buy. Not only the food, but also all of the souvenirs.

Yoongi told Hobi he could pack him something light, as Jimin was a good spokesperson and persuaded him to just buy food there. Hobi nodded and started making his hyung a snack.

"We should all go together sometime," Jungkook suggested. He'd actually already been to the amusement park with Namjoon and Jin and he had a blast when they had went. He was excited for his hyungs to be going and looked forward to them all going and having fun together at some point.

"We will, maknae," Jin replied as he ruffled Jungkook's hair.

Taehyung walked over to Jimin and squeezed his shoulder. "Jimin-ahh...buy me something cool!" Taehyung smiled. Jimin patted Taehyung's head and said he promised he would.

"Do you two know which ride you're going to go on first?" Namjoon asked as he poured himself some morning tea. He thought of all of his favorite rides he'd gone on last time he went. His absolute favorite was a roller coaster called Lake-Track and it was the biggest, scariest coaster there. Well the scariest according to Jin, not to me!

"All of them." Yoongi chuckled.

"That doesn't make sense, you can't go on all of the rides first," Jin stated.

"Oh yeah? Says who?" Yoongi asked sarcastically as he crossed his arms.

"That's like...basic science or whatever! You can't go on every ride at the exact same time!" Jin playfully yelled.

"Watch me!" Yoongi yelled back through a laugh.

Jimin interrupted the conversation. "You know what I was thinking? Instead of naming the place Pride-Land Park, they should have named it Jimin Park. Get it? Because my name is Park Jimin?"

The rest of the members stared blankly at Jimin. Taehyung walked over and playfully grabbed him and Yoongi and pushed them towards the door. "Please just go," Taehyung laughed. Hobi threw Yoongi the small snack he'd packed.

"Wait! Do you get it though? Jimin PARK? Like my name?!" Jimin giggled as he was being shoved out the door. The rest of the members fake laughed and said the joke was hilarious as they closed the door behind Jimin and Yoongi. Once they were out of earshot the members burst into tears of laughter over how bad the joke was.

While they were driving to the park, Yoongi asked Jimin if he'd like to stop anywhere first.

"I could go for some Iced Americano," Yoongi mentioned.

"I'd watch it if I were you. You don't want to throw that back up on the rides," Jimin warned.

Yoongi smiled. "Good point."

They decided not to stop anywhere and head straight to their destination so the fun could start.

To make the day even better, they discovered they were showing up on a discount day where ticket prices were half off.

"No way," Jimin said to the receptionist with disbelief. "Half off?"

The receptionist nodded and told him it was part of a promotional campaign because the park was still so new and they needed more people to come.

"Well with discounts like this I can promise you we will be back," Yoongi said.

The two walked through the gates and stood there, jaws open and wide-eyed. It was the biggest amusement park either of them had ever seen. They could see the tops of roller-coasters for what felt like miles. They heard laughter and saw kids playing and running around. The smell of Fried Dough filled their noses. From where they had entered they could even hear the sound of splashing from the water park.

"I forgot a swimsuit." Jimin turned to Yoongi wondering what his hyung would say.

"Like I just said, we will be back." Yoongi was quite preoccupied with taking in his surroundings.

Jimin nudged him. "Where to first?!"

Yoongi said it was all up to Jimin, since it was initially his idea to come. The younger didn't protest, he immediately ran to the first ride he saw which resembled a ferris wheel but went much faster and turned you upside down and backwards. Thankfully the two weren't afraid of the big and scary rides.

"This will really suck for Hobi when we all come together." Yoongi chuckled at the thought. He imagined the hilarious faces Hobi would make at the mere sight of some of these rides.

"I'm sure they have kids rides somewhere. We can drop him off at those," Jimin joked.

Thankfully, even though it was a sunny and gorgeous day out, the lines weren't too long for the rides. Yoongi and Jimin were on a coaster rather quickly. They could see the entire park at the top of the hill and couldn't believe how the place kept going for miles. The two were having light conversation when the coaster dropped. They put their arms in the air but someone behind them was screaming so obnoxiously that they had to clutch their stomachs because they were laughing so hard.

After that ride was done, Yoongi said he wanted to do it again.

"Hyung! Have you seen the size of this place?! It will take all day just to go on half these rides once!" Jimin protested.

"Fine, fine, fine," Yoongi agreed, "Where to now? Just lead the way."

Jimin grabbed Yoongi's hand and dragged him all over the place going to this ride and that ride. After every "That one was my favorite" from both of them, the next ride then turned into "That one was my favorite." It was becoming way too hard to choose.

After hours on rides, they realized they were both pretty hungry and thirsty. Yoongi lead them to one of the cafe's that was next to a performance stage.

"I dare you to go up there and dance," Yoongi teased.

Jimin smiled. "Only if you do it with me."

"I retract my previous statement," Yoongi chuckled. No way was he going to do that.

While looking at the food menu in the cafe, Jimin couldn't decide what he wanted to eat.

"Just order anything, Jimin-ah. I'll cover it," Yoongi said as he pulled out his credit card.

"Wait, really?!" Jimin asked. "Coming from the man who was going to have Hobi pack him an entire lunch to save some money?"

"Yeah, well, I'm a sucker for my maknae's," Yoongi shrugged. "Everybody knows this."

Jimin hugged him and decided to get a simple order of chicken tenders and fries. Yoongi got some fried dough and a coke. They sat down outside the cafe so they could watch the stage performers. Someone was currently up on stage doing magic tricks to a small audience.

"Hyung?" Jimin started while staring at his hyung.

"Hmm?" Yoongi replied while sipping his coke.

"Thank you for agreeing to come with me. I've wanted to come here for a while." Jimin felt a little shy actually admitting the next part. "And I wanted to spend some time with you. It's hard spending quality time alone with everyone. Considering we're always together as the group and all."

"Yeah, I agree it is hard. But that's what makes it even more special when we do get to hang out like this."

"Yes, it is special. I always feel closer to the members after spending time together like this, so thanks again, hyungie."

Yoongi leaned over the table and ruffled Jimin's hair. "Of course, Jiminie."

The two turned to watch the magician again. Once they finished their meals they decided to spend time playing games and shopping while they digested before getting back to rides. They battled in a treasure hunt game and Yoongi won a small stuffed owl. He had no idea what to do with it so he gave it to Jimin to keep.

"Taehyung told me to buy him something cool but I'd rather win him something. I want to put my heart into it!" Jimin looked around at the games until he found one where the prizes were little brown stuffed bear animals.

"This! I need to win him this because he's our winter bear!" Jimin said. He had to shoot a certain amount of rubber ducks in a certain amount of time in order to win the bears. While he played, Yoongi stood beside him cheering him on the whole time. Jimin ended up getting such a high score that he won two of the bears.

"Yes!" Jimin screamed as he high fived his hyung. "One for Taehyungie and one for...hmm..."

"Give it to Hobi, he loves stuffed animals," Yoongi mentioned.

Jimin agreed to do that. Seeing Jimin win all these prizes for the members made Yoongi want to start winning stuff for the members too. They split up and went around playing a ton more games and when they met back up their arms were completely filled with dozens of small prizes.

"Oh man," Yoongi started, "What are we supposed to do with all this? Can we put them in the car and come back in?"

They found out that they could, so they dropped off their prizes at the car and ran back in ready for more rides. They spent the next few hours going on rides they hadn't been to. At this point it was already getting dark out, but Yoongi said he wanted to stay late because he loved the look of the lights on the rides at night.

"I have no problem with that," Jimin smiled.

They attended some of the nighttime shows on the small performance stage and then grabbed a few more snacks to eat while they watched, which Yoongi paid for once again. Jimins heart melted at his hyungs gesture to always pay for the food because he loved the soft soul that Yoongi had for all of his members. When a small musical performer got up on stage, the two couldn't help but get up and start dancing together.

Yoongi couldn't resist and ended up pulling Jimin into a tight hug as they continued to dance. They were having a great time. Once the dancing was over, Jimin decided he wanted to go on even more rides but then overheard others talking about a firework show happening in 10 minutes.

"Where?" Jimin asked the other person.

"By the lakeside."

"Thanks!" Jimin said as he grabbed Yoongi's hand and dragged him to it. "I love fireworks hyung!"

"Ahhh, me too, me too. This place really has everything, huh?" Yoongi asked.

Jimin nodded. "I wish we could live here."

"You should open up your own park and name it Jimin Park." Yoongi teased Jimin as his dongsaeng nudged him so hard that he almost fell over.

Jimin grabbed Yoongi and pulled him into a back hug while they watched the fireworks. He also took videos and pictures to show the rest of the members.

Jimin sent one of the videos of the fireworks exploding to the group chat and captioned it "this is what you do to my heart." Hobi replied back with the emoji of a smiling face surrounded by hearts.

Once the fireworks were over Yoongi said they should get going, they clearly lost track of time because it had gotten pretty late. On their way out they had gotten some complimentary stickers as a "thank you" for coming.

Driving home, the two talked about how this was the best amusement park they'd ever been to and they were both so glad it was built so close to home. It was only an hour drive.

"And thanks again for coming hyungie," Jimin said as he yawned.

"Of course." Yoongi offered him some water. "Also, drink up. It was a hot day."

"Thanks." Jimin took a sip and gave the water bottle back, then he curled up and rested his head on the window as he drifted to sleep. All the fun had exhausted him.

Yoongi looked over at his sleeping dongsaeng and was reminded of just how much he really did love each of his members both as not just a group but also as individuals. He was glad to have spent the quality time with Jimin. He gently patted Jimin's shoulder while he slept.

When they got home, they gathered up all of their little treasures out of the backseat. They could barely open the door because their hands were so full. They dumped everything onto the couch as the members immediately went for what they wanted.

"But Taehyungie and Hobi hyung are both getting a little brown bear!" Jimin informed.

"We won all of these you know," Yoongi boasted.

"You mean you didn't just buy them? You actually won all this stuff?!" Jin asked surprised. "Yoongi you barely ever play those games!"

Yoongi looked at Jimin. "Let's just say I was feeling inspired."

"So how was the amusement park? It was cool right? Did you guys have fun?" Jungkook asked.

Yoongi wrapped his arm around Jimin's shoulders and started to playfully tickle him.

"Yes, it was a fun day."
