M-My n-name is...is.......

Just then before Kyubi could get in a word, Whipser comes rushing in with great concern yelling. " OH MY GOODNESS NATE ARE YOU ALRIGHT!!!!!!!!"

Being suddenly startled by Whisper's abrupt entrance, Kyubi clings to Nate's shirt as if he didn't want to let go. 

Nate then responds to Whisper in a hast, trying to hide as best he could to hide the fact that he was talking to someone else. So he then quietly says. " Calm down Whisper, I'm fine."

Kyubi did hear this, but pretended he could not in order to keep his plans from being ruined. So he then gives Nate a questioning look to hide that fact.

Nate sees this, and then responds by saying. " Oh um, sorry uh, w-we should probably get up now." 

Just then Nate rises up with Kyubi in arms, until he is fully standing still with Kyubi in arms. Kyubi, seeing Nate's surprising amount of strength, starts to blush heavily. So much to the point where his ears start to show. He then leaps out of Nate's arms and shoos them away before he could see.

Seeing this Nate says with concern. " Um, are you ok." 

Kyubi was still extremely flustered, so he then quickly staggers out. " W-Why y-yes I'm c-completely fine c-couldn't be b-better!" 

Nate then says with slight relief. " oh a-alright then."

Kyubi was concerned about Nate also, so he then decides to ask, with a bit of shyness. " Um h-how about you." 

Nate not wanting to concern Kyubi he then says. " Oh um I'm fine, but I guess I did scrape up my knees a little bit."

Kyubi with an unknown feeling of concern he quickly says. " O-Oh dear, I'm so sorry."

Nate filled with the same intentions as before he quickly says. " N-No it's totally fine."

Whisper then swoops in not believing Nate's words. " Are you sure about that Nate, you seem to be in quite some pain."

Nate startled by Whisper's sudden presence says, once again trying his best to hide it. " I said I'm fine Whisper!"

Kyubi decides to keep up his act and look at Nate with an confused expression once again. 

Seeing this Nate finallybdecides to reply. " Oh, uh, l-like I was saying, it's nothing really."

Slightly realieved Kyubi then says. " Oh, a-alright then." Kyubi then remembers that he should thank Nate for catching him. " Um, I would like to th-thank you for c-catching me." At that moment he slowly looks up towards Nate.

Nate then responds. " I-It's r-really no problem." Nate then looks towards Kyubi.

They once again meet each others gaze and stare into each other's eyes as they did before. Their magical stare lasted for a moment, until Whisper decided to cut in.

" Are you alright Nate you seem a bit.....distracted."

Once again startled by Whisper's sudden presence, Nate is shocked out of their long winded stare. Kyubi continuing his act looks at Nate slightly confused, but also slightly concerned at the same time.

Seeing this Nate straightens up and then says. " Um well I g-guess since your fine, I-I'll just be going." Nate then starts to walk away. 

Kyubi was then filled with a sudden rush of panick. He didn't want Nate to leave just yet, he couldn't let him leave just yet. He knew he had to stick to his mission, but there was another emotion welling up inside of him. It was so strange he couldn't even describe it. But all he knew right now is that he couldn't let Nate leave, just not yet.

So then in a panicked hast he yells out. " W-WAIT!"

Suprised, Nate turns around quickly and says. " Oh, ah what is it?"

Kyubi is then frozen, he didn't think this far he doesn't know what to say. " Um, I-I.."

Nate trying to sooth Kyubi's nerves by explaining the situation says. " Um, well, I just was just thinking it was about time we go home now, ya know."

Kyubi, completely flustered in not knowing what to say staggered out. " I-I j-just, I-I." He was completely toungtied, he just didn't know what to say. At this point, he was so embarrassed that he started to blush very heavily. 

Seeing this Nate decides to walk over th Kyubi and say. " H-Hey, how about we walk home together."

Kyubi, with slight suprise looks up at Nate. He knew he didn't have a home they could walk to, but he just couldn't let him leave yet. He didn't know why but he just couldn't.

Kyubi then just decides to agree by saying. " Uh, s-sure."

Nate with slight enthusiasm says. " A-Alright then, come on we'll walk to your house first."

Kyubi nods in agreement, and they start their walk. After a moment or two, as they're walking they start to think to themselves.

*Kyubi's thoughts*

" This isn't good, I have finally found a persons heart that would be so easy to get. But this feeling, this awfully strange feeling that I get, just by looking at this boy! I just don't understand, what is it! What is this feeling? Ugh, I must keep my composure, and focus on the mission at hand. I will not fail again just because of this.....feeling."

*Nate's thoughts*

" Geez this is kinda weird. Who is this kid, and why was he in that tree?" Man, I'm walking him home and I don't even know his name!" I guess I don't mind, it's just that."

Just then Nate look over at Kyubi. In his eyes Kyubi is suddenly surrounded by a beautiful, glowing aurora. Seeing this Nate blushes and turns away before Kyubi could see. Utterly flustered Nate continues to think to himself.

" W-What is this, I mean it feels really weird but at the same time. Kind of.....nice."

Finally outside of thought, Nate decides to ask Kyubi a question that has been bothering him for quit some time.

" So um, I have a quick question if you don't mind me asking."

Unsure of what to do, but at the same time still curious, Kyubi responds by saying. " W-What is it?"

" I was just wondering, if I can know what your name is again?"

Panicked and shocked by the question, Kyubi hastily thinks to himself. " T-This isn't good, I can't tell him what my name is he might discover that I'm a yokai with that watch of his. B-But...."

Kyubi then slowly looks up at Nate, then quickly looks away before he could see and continues to think to himself.

" I-I just don't think I can lie to him, let alone even think of a different name. No it's fine, if he ever tries to question me I can always deny it, plus if he ever tries to detect me with that watch I can always skillfully evade it with no trouble."

With this kyubi them decides to tell Nate. With a quick breathe and a motivating "ok" to himself he then says. " M-My n-name is Kyubi." He mumbles the last part.

Not fully hearing Nate says. " Oh, sorry what was that?"

Kyubi gathers all his confidence and repeats his answer once more, speaking clearly. " M-My n-name is K-Kyubi."

Finally being able to hear what he had said Nate replies by happily saying. " Kyubi huh, that's a really nice name." 

Being slightly flattered by the compliment Kyubi blushes.

Nate see this and thinks to himself. " Awe, he's blushing. W-Wait what am I thinking?"

Soon enough after walking for another moment of two, Kyubi decides to stop where they were and claim that this was the area where he lived. 

He then shyly says. " Um, I live around here so we don't have to go any further."

Hearing this Nate says. " O-Oh ok, are you sure."

Kyubi once again shyly replies. " Y-Yes"

After hearing this Nate says. " W-Well ok, I guess I'll see you around then?"

Kyubi replies. " Y-Yeah."

Not sure whether he should leave or not Nate says. " So, ummm....."

After a second of two Kyubi decides to end the awkward moment by finally saying. " B-Bye."

Nate then says. " O-Ok, see ya." 

Nate then hesitantly walks off. As Kyubi is watching him walking for a moment, Nate then turns around and gives Kyubi one last wave. Shyly, waves back, while obtaining a small blush afterwards. After that nate then continues to walk off until he is out of sight, and then Kyubi soon does the same.

As Nate was walking, Whisper the finally decides to speak up by saying. " Well that was interesting, anything you'd like to say?"

Shocked and slightly flustered by knowing what he was referring to, Nate quickly denies in a panicked fashion. " U-Um, n-no not really!!"

Hearing this Whisper then says. " Oh, come on Nate, you know you can hide anything from me. Plus it seems to be pretty obvious."

Hearing Whisper's previous statement Nate panicks by saying. " R-Really!!!!!"

Whisper then says. " Really. Well come on spill it, the more you do the better you'll feel."

Becoming annoyed by Whisper's constant hounding, he then spits out. " A-Alright already!!!!! I g-guess I kinda....."

Just then as Nate was thinking about his response, he then suddenly imagines Kyubi surrounded by a glowing pinkish aurora, filled with a glittered background and shinning bubble figures. Kyubi has his back turned, until he then slowly whips around. Once he does his face is filled with biggest and widest smile, and at the same time he was giggling. It was an adorable sight. 

After imagining this Nate becomes extremely flustered, and once he snaps out of it he lets out a loud, and slightly frustrated groan. " UUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

Shocked and surprised by Nate's sudden action, Whisper then says. " GOODNESS GRACIOUS NATE, WHAT WAS THAT!?!?"

Embarrassed by his sudden outburst Nate replies. " S-Sorry i-it's just t-that....." 

Seeing this Whisper says with a smirk. " Hmmm, it seems my assumptions were correct. Why, your practically head over heals."

Trying to deny it as best as he could Nate says. " W-What, n-no way man, your way off."

Not believing a single word Nate was saying, Whisper replies. " Oh please Nate don't lie to me, I saw everything."

Surprised, and shocked by this fact Nate then says. " R-Really! I-I mean *clears throat* w-whatever that doesn't mean anything."

Whisper then replies. " Oh yes it does. Why I bet even if I say his name you'll become all flustered."

Thinking that was slightly ridiculous he then says. " Pssh, no way."

Accepting the challenge Whisper then says. " Alright then, I warned you."

He takes a quick pause, and then gets very close to Nate's face. " Kyubi."

After hearing his name once again, Nate face becomes completely powdered in a large blush. He then turns away guickly before Whisper could see, but it was a little to late.

" AHA! I knew it! Although I do have to say that name does sound familiar."

Completely flustered and not paying much attention to Whisper's last comment, he the storms off saying. " Wh-Whatever dude."

He then starts to walk off, with Whisper trailing behind him. As they do Whisper starts to hound him with some very annoying comments.

" Oh come on Nate, you like him you really do like him."

" Be quiet!"

" Oh you so do, you may even love him!"

" I said, LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!"

They finally walk out of sight, but little did they know that Kyubi decided to follow them and was trailing behind the entire time. He was very shocked and flustered hearing what was said.

And so he thinks to himself. " W-Well it seems this just may be easier than I thought." 

He then remembers the previous conversation, and once again becomes extremely flustered.

He then says to himself, slightly frustrated. " Just as long as these.....feelings don't get in the way."

This time more specifically he remembers Nate, and how heroic he was when they first meet when he caught him from falling. Becoming completely flustered, he then snaps out of his daze and says.

" I MUST STAY FOCUSED!"

He then looks to where Nate and Whisper previously were walking, stands, and then declares to himself. 

" Mark my words, I shall have your heart! N-Nate Adams."
