Arohi packed her bags while Ru was fast asleep ...

She packed all things in one go.....and sat down in the bed with a sigh....

Waise it was about you then now it's ru!!! Her bade papa's words lingered in her head...making it pain....

Aahhhh Arohi held her head.....

What is it now akshu?? Why has bade papa called me all of a sudden???urrrrgh...I told you to sort it yourself na akshu...then why??? She fell back on the bed all tired and frustrated....

Arohi turned and faced Ru...who was still sleeping....and suddenly Arohi remembered..that she has prepare Ri to meet abhir as her poppy's son...not as some friend but as her cousin brother....

How will Ru react?? Will she accept the fact that easily?? What if she needs time?? Will abhi give her the time without hurting her ?? 

So many questions just flooded her mind ...

Arohi quickly dragged herself up and took a sleeping Ru in her arms ...

The comings days.. may be difficult ru ..Arohi choked....but you have your mumma na...she will take care....Arohi wiped her tears...

Arohi took out Neil's photo and smiled while weeping ...papa bhi toh hai....We both will protect you.....she cried and kissed Ru's hair....

Arohi's phone buzzed....

The next day.....

Arohi had slept holding her Ru...when the rays hit her eyes she woke up holding her neck out of pain....

She put Ru back to bed and went to get ready....

She came back in a while..after...
And Ru too woke up....

Ru stretched her hands full..and yawned big ....

Arohi smiled at her antics....

Yo matashri gummorning.... Ru said rubbing her eyes ...

Yo.. good morning...Arohi said cupping her cheeks....

Chalo....saying this she lifted ru in her arms and too her to the bathroom....

She made Ru stand near the washbasin and took some paste on her brush....

Ru finally opened her eyes.. and saw her brush....

Matashri itni Kam vootpaste....yeh tasty hai....

Arohi bit her lips...and knelt down to her height....

It's toothpaste....Arohi corrected..

Tskk...haa..wahi wahi matashri...ru said all sleepy ....

Wahi wahi ki bachi...and toothpaste is not for you to eat....you have to spot....

Ru sighed ..kitni vulum karti ho na tum!!!saying this she bent her body like they do in karate infront of their masters...and showed a thumbsup....

Ru took her brush and put it in her mouth....

A little while later .....

Aarohi asked her to spit....but by that time Ru had already swallowed it....

Ru saw her mother in corner of her eyes....and smiled...

Aru understood and tickled her all over....

After a well 10 mins of giggles and laughter...the mother and daughter duo came out ....

Ru drank her milk....and started jumping on her bed ....

Aaj kaha Jaa rahe matashri?? Ru asked still jumping.....

Arohi smiled and took Ru and made her sit on her lap....

Sorry beta we are going back.... Arohi said slowly in Ru's ears....

Yaay...poppy and vo bhir ko bhi milenge!!! Ru yelped in excitement....

How naive are kids Arohi wondered.... One moment she was excited about trip nd the next going to her house....

You remember na...mumma told you at the zoo that she wanted to speak....

Ru nodded an yes like the doll...still wiggling and giggling on her lap....

You know abhir ....he...he is not just your friend...he ..he is your cousin brother....

Colour brother...?!? What is that???ru questioned ....

Arohi silghtly pushed Ru's head...colour nahi cousin....

Haa....wahi wahi....

Uska kya matlab hai???Ru asked....

Arohi sighed a little nd calmed herself a bit....

You na poppy is your papa's brother.....Ru nodded a vigorous yes.....

Abhir is poppy's son...and that makes him your cousin.....

Ru looked at Arohi in her eyes....

Kya tablab??? Ru asked....

Matlab yeh ki abhir na poppy ka beta hai....and suddenly Ru wiggling her leg ....and stared blatantly at Arohi....

And Ru eyes slowly welled up...Ru twisted her lips not wanting to cry...

Isliye poppy mujse baat nahi kar rahe hain?? ( That's why Poppy had not talked to me??) Ru asked in a low tone...

Arohi nodded a slow yes....Ru dragged herself in her mom's lap just leaned over her chest....

Arohi....got more concerned now.... Ru...say something na baby....Ru..... Arohi called her....while Ru just laid her chin on her chest....

Toh poppy ko share karna padega.....( So do I need to share poppy with him??) A feeble voice came from her Ru all disappointed and sad....

Tum kar paogi na...(will you be able to??)))  Arohi asked with all care....

Ru immediately swung her arms around Arohi's neck...And hugged her....

Arohi ruffled Ru's hair... And wiped her tears...

Whatever the situation...you want to share poppy with him or not...your mumma is always with you....

And I promise you will never have to share your mumma with someone in your life....and now we even have ur papa...

Ru gently lifted her head and saw her mumma.... Her cheeks had traces of tears from her eyes...

Arohi immediately wiped her Ru's tears....and kissed her cheeks....

Ru...tell na what are you thinking.....

ru too wiped her tears... Wahi ki agar abhir Mera color brother hai toh...poppy mujse door jayenge na????

Tere mummy aur papa bhi toh saath mein haina...?? Arohi wanted to console her Ru somehow....

Par hospital main toh koi aur uski papa the... Ru slowly asked....

Uska pass do papa aur mera pass ek bhi nahi... Aisa kyun ( he has two father's while I have none...why so???)

Sometimes kids asks thee darnest of all questions...and we have nothing to answer ...

Arohi was sure she could handle Ru...but this one came out of the blue shocking nd paining her....showing how broke her daughter was....

Arohi immediately hugged her....

Some kids na are special .....Some kids have both mumma and papa..some have two mamas and two papas like abhir....

But my Ru na is very special ...and that's exactly why Her papa went directly to God to protect her ....

You are special Ru...always remember that.... Arohi cried hugging her....

Ru had cried and cried and had gotten tried and slept on her shoulders....

Arohi realised it and quickly grabbed her phone and made some calls....
