A/N: Hey last time Zero lost his fight but he also lost his entire deck Gao also lost his deck or shod I say their worlds have been erased from existing by Luke and his Link World monsters.

Three hours has passed since Gao and Zero's fight with Luke, Gao had lost the match so did Zero but they also lost their deck Luke did something to them causing them to turn into blank cards but then Zero then fell into the water underneath the fighting stage. Kazane had jumped in to save Zero, he didn't wake up Star had called an ambulance to take Zero to a hospital.

~At the hospital in the waiting room~

Gao: I can't believe that he hasn't awaken yet.

Star: Your not the only one who's worried. *looks at Kazane*

Kazane: Please wake up Zero.

Then the gang come in the waiting room.

Baku: Is he ok!?

Gao: right now the doctors are trying their best to keep him stabilize.

Hanako: *almost crying* I don't want Zero to die.

Kuguru: *hugs Hanako* We all want Zero to stay alive.

Noboru: What you got there Gao?

Gao: My used to be deck.

Baku: What do you mean 'used to be'.

Kazane: Their entire decks turn into blank cards.

Kuguru: And what about Zero's deck?

Kazane: All of his cards are blank and his core case has broken.

Baku: Who could have done this!

Gao: A guy name Luke he uses Link World.

Kazane: I never heard of it.

Gao: I don't know much of it but the way he was using it ment that he makes his appointments unable to attack with any monsters.

Noboru: His world seems like Zero except that he uses it for evil.

Doctor: Are all of you friends with Zero?

Star: Yes we are.

Doctor: Do any of you where his parents are?

Gao: Sorry but his parents died in a car crash.

Nurse: Doctor the pashent some how he left the building!

Doctor: How I'm his condition he shouldn't be able to move?

Gao: Well find him doct and we'll bring him back.

The whole gang went to look for Zero in the city but came out emptied handed.

Gao: Any of you found Zero?

Kazane: No and I'm starting to get worried.

Gao: Don't be by tomorrow he'll be in the hospital getting the treatment and we'll all be playing buddyfight.

Star: Gao's right. We all should go home and get some rest.

Everyone went home to get some rest but when Gao got home he found a letter in his room.

Gao: *looks at the letter* Who left this here? *looks at the back.* It's from Zero. *starts reading the letter* No he can't quit.

~with Zero in the mountains~

Zero: This is the best thing I can do for them from getting in harms way. *walks in to the forest*

???: So your giving up that's easily?

Zero: Who's there? Show yourself!

???: Easy I only came here to talk.

Zero: Ok then.

???: Why are you going to give up on protecting your friends?

Zero: With out my deck I won't be much of help.

???: Or your afraid that you'll lose control over your powers.

Zero: How did you know?!

???: Because I was once in your place. I ran and quit buddyfight.

Zero: Are lest you still have a deck.

???: If you really think that the Gear world and the dragon dungeon worlds are gone for good?
