Katie's POV
Katie quickly walked out of  the school. As she walked she checked her phone again and gasped. She couldn't be late when her friends finally all gathered up.

Fortunately it was a short walk and Katie made it with 5 minutes to spare. Katie opened the doors and headed to the kitchen. She then grabbed a croissant and ate it. So what if it ate up her profits, she was hungry. After she ate, she headed towards the counter. Katie stood next to Emily and started filling up the orders. Once things started to slow down Katie and Emily started to talk.

"Soooooo, when will the girls be arriving?" drawled Emily
"They should be arriving soon" trailed off Katie
"Well, knowing Alexis she'll be here early." commented Emily
"Yep, I'm surprised she's not here already." agreed Katie
"I'm here!" shouted a voice from the other end of the room. It was Alexis.
"Hi Alexis! You're the first one here!" exclaimed Katie
"Hey Alexis, Katie I have to leave now. Is that okay?" asked Emily
"Sure, of course! When will you be back?" contemplated Katie
"An hour or so I think." thought Emily
"Bye!" said Alexis and Katie

After Emily left the rest of the cupcake club arrived.
