Skarlet's POV:

Skarlet was searching around Inkopolis for Mikel, trying to call him on the phone she got from Isa. But her call always got denied immediately. "Seems like he turned it off.... Damn where could he have gone to? ..... Maybe he went to Mr. Grizz?", Skarlet then headed over to Grizzco near the Deka-Tower, to see if Mikel was there.

As she headed to the back entrance, she saw Mr. Grizz just opening the door.

"Hey there Mr. Grizz!", Skarlet yelled.

Mr. Grizz turned around: "Hmpf, well if it isn't Skarlet. What are you doing here?"

"I'm currently searching for Mikel, have you seen him around here?"

"Nah, it's not time for his shift, so of course he wouldn't be here............ Wait, isn't he normally with you?", the face of Mr. Grizz became darker as he asked.

"Uhm well, my sweet darling had some trouble with my friends and stormed off, so I thought he might come here." "Well, more like huge trouble......"

"You're still calling him that? Well, whatever he's not here."

"Oh........"

"But let me tell ya, if something bad has happened to him, Mikel always searched for a place to be alone, so he could cool down his head. He did that a lot in the past."

"A place for being alone....", Skarlet's face immediately brightened up. "That's it! Thanks a bunch, old Grizzlo!", she turned around and stormed through Inkopolis. "See ya!"

Mr. Grizz POV:

"IT'S MR. GRIZZ FOR YOU!", he shouted in her direction, but she was already gone.

He then went inside his shop. "Well, I hope nothing has happened to him. It would be a shame if he came late to work."

Skarlet's POV:

Skarlet just came out of Inkopolis, running towards the outskirts. "If he wants to be alone, there should be no better place, than his home."

She ran towards the shack and started yelling as she got to it: "Mikel you buckedhead, come out! Leon is a really nice person, once you get to know him.!", but no answer came from the inside, when she was standing in front of the door.

Skarlet then took out the spare key, she received from him and opened the door.

"Miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikeeeeeeeel, I'm home, where are you~?", still no answer. "Let's try something different.", her face had her signature smirk: "If you don't come out now, you'll own me a sweet kiss!"

As the interior remained still silent Skarlet got worried and started looking around the shack.

After a while Skarlet sat down on the bed, not knowing what should be her next move. She searched everywhere, the kitchen, the bathroom, under the bed, every bit of the interior and she even looked outside of the shack, but still couldn't find him.

"Seems like he's not here............", her face had a worried expression.

"Mikel..... Where did you go?"

Skarlet looked once more around the shack. Maybe she was able to find some clues about his whereabouts. As she just wanted to give up, she came by the bookshelf, where he hid the picture of him and his ex inside the small chest along with the wedding ring Skarlet discovered back then.

Out of curiosity she went down on her knees, to see if the contains of it could tell her something.

Then she looked at the chest. "Please, don't get mad again....", last time she lockpicked it and saw the picture along together with a small box containing a wedding ring inside, that he bought for Lena, Mikel got furious. Strangely this time it wasn't locked.

As she opened the chest her eyes widened. Instead of the old one there was now the picture she took when they were at Wahoo World eating cotton candy.

"No way.... He switched them out?" Skarlet picked up the picture, looking at it with a smile. "This was one of the best days in my life.", a small smile came upon her face as she put the picture back at its place.

She saw two small tickets lying next to the picture. They looked like fresh entrance tickets to Wahoo World and on the side was a small note which read:

Hi Skarlet,

If you read this, then that means you've been sniffing around again.

Baaaaaaad Girl!

But still, since you were so brave again you deserve a little reward. Let's go to Wahoo World another time and have a lot of fun together.

Skarlet had to chuckle at Mikel's note, but then she realized something, while observing the box.

"I KNOW WHERE HE IS!", she shouted and stormed out of the shack, not noticing two shadows hiding next to the entrance.

"Damn, how could I forget such an important place! Stupid Skarlet you better hurry, or it might be too late.", Skarlet pushed herself to her limits as she ran into the direction of her goal.

The place where she had such a beautiful birthday. Wahoo World.

Pearl and Marina's POV:

"Did you just see that Reena?", Pearl couldn't believe how fast that octoling was running.

"Yeah Pearlie.... But stop staring we need to hurry after her, or we're going to lose her." Marina stood up and started sprinting.

"Hey wait for me!", Pearl immediately dashed after her.
