" I told you before only back out from this case otherwise you will not able to show your face to anybody"........ Swara said in very baritone that only Laksh can hear her.

" of course it is related Mr. Laksh because after that accident this baby become much more important for you that's why you started missing your ex wife and would be child, because in that accident your leg and back injured and you lost ability to become father again, you become infertile and at that moment only Isha's baby was your last hope and since then that was the only reason you are searching for the baby like mad as per your lawyer"......... Swara said and Laksh froze on his place, according to him his biggest disability was disclose in front of court.

Swara's words made everybody shocked other then Sanskar who knows this already, Laksh's parents were also unaware from this, AP suddenly stood up and asked "Laksh is this true", but didn't got any reply, seeing her state for a second Swara felt bad for his parents but he compel her to do this.

Laksh with tedious step came out from witness box, but Chow couldn't able to take his this defeat.

" Mrs. Maheshwari this accident only made him realise his responsibly towards his child, his wife, made him realise how much he loves his baby, how much he carve to meet his baby to take her in his arms to give her love and everything which she deserves, each and everything proves here that my client is a biological father of this baby and deserves custody of baby Saanjh".......... Chow tried to turn everything in their favor just by his argument, just then Sanskar got a call and he went out of the court room with his mobile by mumbling Kabir to take care of Swara he is coming in few minuets.

" Mr. Chow please stop using this fake emotions of biological father, yes he is a father, a father who made baby's  mother pregnant without marriage, then in his ego he refuse to accept her and baby, then got married in parent's pressure but made his pregnant wife's life hell, who pushed both mother and unborn baby near to death, just because of him this baby's biological mother had been died after giving birth to baby, she herself never wanted her father will take this baby that's why gave me her responsibility, then everything was going good when suddenly one day few reporter framed me to prove careless mother and suddenly disappeared, orphanage with whose help we adopted baby gave wrong testimony against us and suddenly she also disappeared, it's all proof that only person will get benefit of that is Mr. Laksh, this kind of father is highly harmful for baby's future, who neither care for her health or her safety or her future, that's all your honour"......... Swara replied in rage after proving everything against Laksh still Chow shamelessly demanding decision on his favor by using fake emotions.

" Mrs. Maheshwari you are still fail to prove anything how Mr. Laksh is not a good father until and unless he gets chance to prove himself, yes he did mistake in past he accepted it with fully and trying rectify it and regarding reporters and warden what can he do if any person could run away it doesn't proof anything wrong about him, the truth is he is biological father of baby and his rights on baby are much more then you and if you have any valuable proof to prove that he can't be a responsible father in future then give it otherwise leave it on ma'am".......... Chow didn't left his same tune of biological father.

Swara become tensed now that what she should do, after doing everything she don't have any more solid thing to proof Laksh is not a good human being, good father is a far most thing.

" yes we have proof to show that Mr. Laksh was, is and will not be a good father and can be harmful for this little baby".......... Sanskar suddenly entered inside and says in rage.

Anger was clearly visible from his face which made Swara, Kabir and Naina confuse but Laksh and Chow scare from his anger and judge look towards him.

" what is this Mr and Mrs. Maheshwari? this is court proceeding you can't disturb it like this, Mrs. Maheshwari you tell me"......... Judge asked from Swara.

" I am sorry your hnour but she don't know about this new development and just now I came to know a very important information which will give a new direction to this case, so if you permit shall I proceed"......... Sanskar interrupt judge and Swara and said little sternly.

" objection your honour, this can't be happen sometimes before Mrs. Maheshwari were proceeding instead of their lawyer and now Mr. SM wants to proceed this can't be happen"......... Chow did that in what he is good, interrupting.

" Mr. Chow I think I am here to decide what is right and what is wrong and Mr. Maheshwari right now I am permitting you but further I will not allow this kind of disturbance in court proceeding".......... Judge warn Chow and spoke sternly with Sanskar.

" Mr. Luthra please come in"......... Sanskar called a man who came inside suited person stood in witness box and Laksh become highly tense seeing him, now he was sure nothing is left.

" your honour he is Mr. Luthra a business investor from London, Mr. Luthra please tell the court since when and how do you know Mr. Laksh Kapoor"......... Sanskar asked sincerely.

" actually few months ago I accidentally met Mr. Kapoor in London and came to know about his fashion house in Mumbai, exactly that time I was searching a business partner to start my new business in India and Mr. Kapoor came to know about this, he offered me partnership but I refused because I came to know his fashion house is in big loss and debits, but he again came to convince me that he is going shut his fashion house and going to start latest kids fashion house, I found it pretty interesting and unique then he show me his baby's pic I found her perfect model for our new business and I put condition in front of him that this baby will be our model then I am ready to invest otherwise not and this is the pic of baby".......... Mr. Luthra said and shows a pic.

" thanks a lot Mr. Luthra you can go now"....... Sanskar said and Mr. Luthra went out.

" your honour now everything is absolutely clear which fatherhood was calling Mr. Laksh suddenly after so many days for his baby whom he never wanted to see when she was in her mother's womb whom he never cared when she was about to die with her mother, reading whom he was blaming my wife that he is planning to push her in modeling industry now what he himself was planning? Now Mr. Chow do you have words to say that everything was past what Mr. Laksh did he is changed in present? Do you think your honour, do you think Mr. Chow or any person sitting in court can think Mr. Laksh is a changed man? He can ever be a good father who can't even a good human being, then what is the problem with me and my wife? Why can't we take care of baby whom we are taking care since she born, we did so much to hide her from her biological father because he don't deserve her, why can't adopted parents can be a good parents rather then biological parents, what more proof this court wants from us that we love our daughter our angel a lot more then anything my whole family loves her consider her elder child of Maheshwari family, tell me your honour what else proof you want from us?"........ Sanskar said in rage and at last sentence his eyes become wet and Swara instantly stood up and hugged him.

" you honour"........ Mr. Chow stood up to say something but judge stopped him.

" no more proceeding and this court came to the right conclusion before only still now everything is crystal clear that Mr and Mrs Maheshwari is only good and suitable parents for baby Saanjh and selfish human like Mr. Laksh Kapoor can be dangerous for baby that's why court is granting baby Saanjh's permanent custody to Mr and Mrs. Maheshwari and baby Saanjh will be called Saanjh Maheshwari, the court is adjourn"......... Judge announced her decision and went out of the court room.

SwaSan hugged each other then Saanjh who was sitting peacefully in Naina's lap, Swara met Laksh's parents formally and apologise to them but they said she is not at fault and went from there.

SwaSan reached GM mansion and Sudha was standing at the door with aarti plate, she did aarti and SwaSan become shocked as they entered inside whole hall was decorated beautifully like a party is going on and Bose family was also present there with Karan and Siya's seven months old son.

They told that it was all Rey Naina and Nisha's plan they all were sure that SwaSan will win the case that's why already called Bose family to surprise them and prepared this to celebrate their victory party.

Everybody enjoyed a lot and in them most was Saanjh who got lots of sweets to eat........" mumma joll (doll), mumma joll (doll)".......... Saanjh saw a pretty doll decorated on big cake and started shouting for it.

" oh yes my baby saw the cake and doll, I will bring it"........ Nisha said and brought cake which was cut by Saanjh holding hands by SwaSan.

Everybody shared cake but Saanjh wants only doll that's why Rey hurriedly brought a doll for her which he brought to give her as a welcome back gift like this everybody gave her gift and celebrate party till late evening Naina Kabir told everybody about court hearing and everybody become proud on SwaSan.

Swara made Saanjh sleep in her cot and herself lay beside Sanskar who was doing something on mobile, Swara moved towards Sanskar kept head on his chest and snatch mobile from his hand and kept it aside.

" arry Swara what are you doing?"......... Sanskar frown.

" nothing just taking my place on you, this is my time nobody else"........ Swara said in a naughty way.

" hmmm I know that but I know my sweetheart would be tired of today's hectic day"........ Sanskar took her completely in his embrace.

" till you are with me nothing could make me tired, thanks a lot Sanskar you brought such a valuable witness at right time"........ Swara said genuinely.

" I think my darling sweetheart forgot how to thank her husband"........ Sanskar said in teasing way.

" what do you mean?"........ Swara didn't understand and asked in confusion and next moment Sanskar turned and came on her and without wasting a second captured her lips in a wild kiss.

" we should thank each other like this"........ After breaking the kiss Sanskar said in husky voice.

Next moment Swara took his lips in a wild passionate kiss while mumbling thanks and once again beautiful night become passionate one.

Next morning

Swara woke up lazily and look around saw Saanjh is still sleeping but Sanskar is not beside her, through shower sound she got that he is in bathroom, she stood up arranged bed rolls, went towards Saanjh and plant a soft kiss on her forehead making him giggle in sleep, she too smile seeing her then once again sat on bed and started waiting for Sanskar to come out, she casually pick her phone and started checking message just then her eyes caught a whatsapp message from Laksh, she was about to open it when she heard door opening sound and Sanskar came out being ready, she kept phone aside and stood up to go to bathroom. Swara totally forgot about Laksh's message

After sometimes whole family came down being ready, Bose  family was still present they are going to leave in evening, everybody wished each other and started having breakfast when suddenly Sanskar become shocked while reading news on his tab.

" what the shit? How this can happen?"....... Sanskar literally stood up from his chair everybody also become shock from his sudden shout.

" what happened Sanskar"........ Rajiv asked first.

" dad it's a news last night Laksh Kapoor commit suicide by hanging himself"........ Sanskar dropped bomb on everybody's head.

" what?"........ Everybody said together, Laksh was never good with them specially Swara still this news was very much shocking for everybody specially Swara who was froze on her place.

First Sanskar then everyone turned and look towards Swara, Naina hurriedly stood up and took Saanjh from her arms, Swara came in her sense and ran towards her room, behind her Sanskar also ran and everybody left them alone thinking Sanskar will handle her.

Swara reached her room took her phone and open Laksh's message.

Swara, I know I was the worst person on this earth, most selfish person whom you ever made, I made your and Isha both's life hell, because of me Isha died and I am such an inhuman who tried to use her innocent daughter for his benefit, I haven't got enough punishment of those deeds that's why giving myself my own punishment, I don't have guts to come to your face and say this that's why messaging you not to say sorry but to say don't ever forgive me and let me rot in hell, I don't need to say because I know you will give best upbringing to Saanjh but don't ever tell her that how her father was just last thing please do this for me I can't see hatred in her eyes for me,
Bye bye already left this world forever.

She saw this message and burst in to tears and Sanskar took mobile from her hands who also read this message sitting beside her.

" Swara shhh I know it's really shocking but what will you get by crying like this, I think you should talk to Mr and Mrs. Kapoor they need condolence or if you want I will take you to them"......... Sanskar said but Swara denied by saying that I can't be able to face them feeling somewhere responsible for this.

Swara spoke to Laksh's parents and gave them heartily condolence and apologise feeling guilty but they said they don't found her guilty as she did what was correct and its bitter truth that their son was wrong and his own guilt eat him alive that's why he took such drastic step, they request her that they are going to London forever to their elder son and before going they just want to meet Saanjh for ones who is last souvenir of their son for them, Swara agreed wholeheartedly and took Saanjh to them and they happily met her.

Swara came back from there and suddenly felt everything become calm in her life, from where her journey starts, because of whom she met with Sanskar today they both left this world with their guilt, is this her win which she wants, no she never wants this but once upon a time they are important part of her life but before going they indirectly gave her very important person of her life, her Sanskar which is her strength, her love, her life and what another thing they left with her is their souvenir her daughter Saanjh.

Whatever it is but today her heart is feeling so calm and she heartily prayed for Isha and Laksh soul rest in peace, Sanskar saw her so calm and asked her what happened and as always she shared her feelings from him and he hugged her while saying just one line......." past is over, look ahead for future, don't worry I am always there in your present".

Ayush -" to present the category award of best actress I would like to call on the stage Mr. SM, production head from karma production, please give him a round of applauds.

Sanskar came on stage with a sealed envelope printed filmfare best actress, he was about to open the envelope......." and the best actress award goes to, goes to, any guesses (mixed sound from public) yes my sweetheart wife Swara Bose Maheshwari for FATED LOVE".

Swara moved towards the stage between large applauds and Sanskar was going to give awards but host interrupt them.

" Mr. and Mrs. Maheshwari, first tell us, Swara you got your first award from Sanskar only?"....... Hritesh asked.

" yes"........ Swara replied.

" and Sanskar from SM, you were known as SM since long suddenly your real name Sanskar, that we never knew (both laughs) came how this happen is it after marriage?"........ Ayush asked.

" well yes, one day my wife suddenly thought that SM means talking about some buildings name and we should change this then what to do I had to do it"................ Sanskar replied playfully making others also laughs.

" means Swara change you with love?"........ Ayush asked.

" of course from her love that's is why she is my fated love"......... Means you completely believe she is your fated love?"......... Hrithesh asked.

" oh well yes, she is, in fact we both are each other's, you know Hrithesh when two successful person married specially in our B-town then we usually heard one become successful and other's success hide somewhere in his/ her partner's success but we are still successful, same like before"......... Sanskar said and including Swara they both also nod head.

" yes you both are still getting same successes meeting on the same stage every year"....... Ayush said.

" and Swara you too believe?"........ Hritesh asked.

" of course me too believe, because the fated love movie was inspired by my real life incidents and in story and at last I got my fated love in that and here in real I got my fated love that's why I am here"........ Swara replied and once again hall echoed with applauds.

" so once again huge round of applauds to take best actress award Swara Bose Maheshwari for a FATED LOVE from her fated love"......... Ayush announced and Sanskar forward trophy and took it by crouching a little in applaud sound.

Sanskar side hugged Swara and both came down from stage together.
