On judge's order Laksh's parents came and stand in witness box together........ " I am sorry Mr. And Mrs. Kapoor to call you here but court wants your help to clarify few things"........ Swara said with emotions because she respect them a lot as they always treated her like their own daughter.

AP also become emotional but DP controlled on his emotions........" it's our duty to help court"........ DP indirectly mock Swara to continue her work faithfully.

" Mr. Kapoor please tell me is Laksh Kapoor your son?"......... Swara start from introduction.

" yes he is my younger son"......... DP replied.

" is it true that you were mostly upset from him because of some reason"......... Swara asked.

" yes he become little spoiled brat but in love of our son we neglect everything, then we were happy with when he took his work and business seriously, then he got engaged to you with our permission and we were happy but one day we got to know about his extra affair from news, I become angry on him but he said it was all just misunderstanding and he will clear everything but after few months we came to know that Isha is pregnant with Laksh's child, I asked him to take responsibility of his deeds and marry that girl, first he denied but when I threat him that I will abandoned him from family's property he had to agree but he become very rude with that poor girl and took her in his separate mansion, I accept it was our negligence that Isha's condition become worse, after some days Laksh's house keeper came to us for job, my wife Annu asked why she left her job from Laksh's house then she told that he fired all servant and now Isha is alone doing all house chores, Annu become tense because she was pregnant and insist me to let's go and meet her but I was busy with few work and we become one week late, the moment we entered in his house we found complete silence we didn't found anyone but after searching a little we saw Isha was lying in kitchen in a pool of blood her head was injured luckily she fell on her back not stomach, we took her to the hospital and came to know about her critical condition and baby's deteriorating health, Isha after gaining her conscious told us how badly Laksh behaved with her, if I wouldn't be his father I would kill him for being monster like this, then me and Annu forced Isha to take divorce from him and go back to family because by living with such a monster it's better to be a single mother, your baby will bring happiness in your life, then me and Annu went to drop her Delhi and since then we never talked to Laksh, just came to know that Isha is no more with her baby, my personal opinion on my son is he was neither good son nor good husband and we can't even imagine him as a father"......... DP gave his while testimony with wet eyes and AP was also crying.

" I think Mr. Chow now this testimony is enough to proof that whatever I said about Mr. Laksh was correct not any cooked up story, his own parents are against him"......... Swara said calmly.

" that was past Mrs. Maheshwari now my client is a changed man he want his daughter, he want to repent his mistake what he did his wife whom he loved so much after leaving her, he want to do justice with them and I already proved my point that baby will be safe with my client not with you Mrs. Maheshwari"......... Chow argued with her.

" how? Oh ya got it you said I didn't care about baby and gives interview in public make her uncomfortable etc etc, so your honor I want to show some proof to court regarding the real truth of that interview"......... Swara asked for permission and judge nod her head.

" your honor this is the cctv footage of Karma grand hotel of that night when I was taking dinner with my family, (video started) ma'am you can see clearly that Saanjh came out running and I came out behind her and as I took her in my arms I was surrounded by reports which proves that, that was unplanned interview, it was clearly seen me and Saanjh both were uneasy and trying best to ignore them but they were not leaving us, on my steer one guard went inside and came out with my husband who threat them to leave from his private property right now and then they left".......... Swara showed cctv footage and told them what they seen from action and expression but it don't have sounds.

Swara's this proof made stunned both Chow and Laksh, their outsmart brain didn't thought she will clean her name like this.

" now I want to call the director of the NVTV news channel on which that interview of mine had been telecast".......... Swara asked permission and a man in suit came inside and stand in witness box.

" Mr. Sharma are you the director of NVTV news channel where few days ago one of my interview had been telecast?"........ Swara asked.

" yes ma'am I am"........ Director replied.

" ok then can you please tell me the exact thing you knew about that interview".......... Swara asked.

" yes ma'am sure, actually your that interview was not planned when that interview was brought in my office it was planned by our one of the senior reporter and his team, I was not agree first to telecast this, but actually we can't reject any hard work without any reason that too of any senior employee that's why I permit but the video was shown was very different from actual one"....... Director told the court.

" so can you show me the real video?"......... Swara asked and director handover her a pendrive.

" your owner I want to show this video to the court with your permission"........ Swara asked and judge nod her head, but Laksh and Chow's face colour change.

Swara switched on the video and everybody watched it with surprise, news interview video was very different from actual......." your owner now its clearly visible from this original video that interview telecast video was beautifully edit in which I was blamed as a careless mother but in actual I was also become irritate from that unplanned interview and was trying to avoid it but wouldn't able to prove in last hearing, Mr. Sharma when you found interview was telecast in very different way didn't you do anything with that reporter who is responsible for this"........ Swara asked from director.

" yes according to rule it's a kind of cheating so I thought to ask from him but since that day he didn't show up to the office not even informed about any leave, so in short nobody from us knows about his whereabouts"......... Director's words made everybody shocked but Swara smirk towards Laksh.

" Mr. Sharma thank a lot you can go back, your honor here in court I proved that interview was properly planned to defame my image and that video which Mr. Chow shows against me was absolutely fake and now I want to call my next witness Mrs. Guha trustee of xyz orphanage whose warden gave her testimony against me in last hearing"........ Swara asked and judge nod her head in positive and Laksh and Chow started sweating.

An aged lady walked inside in radiant way and stood in witness box........" Mrs. Guha I request you please give your intro to court"............ Swara said.

" myself Nandini Guha president of Guha industries own so many ngo as well as orphanage, I am main trustee of xyz orphanage as well as I myself look after its managing in all way because it's biggest orphanage in among all, I dedicate my life to social service"......... Mrs. Guha gave her intro.

" Mrs. Guha me and my husband adopted baby Saanjh from your orphanage is it true or false?"........ Swara asked very casually.

" absolutely true, you both yourself came with baby Saanjh and met me, I helped you and your lawyer in procedure and in fact baby Saanjh's name is written in our both register, admitted kid and adopted kid at the same day, these are the register you can check".......... Mrs. Guha gave her testimony and forward register, Swara took it and gave it to judge who read it and then glare Chow angrily.

" your honour it's clearly proved that warden was lying that day, Mrs. Guha where is warden of orphanage?"......... Swara knew as like reporter she also must be flee that's why asked.

" don't know madam where she is since few days, without informing anything she didn't disappear till few days we thought she will come back but because we were facing so many difficult to look after orphanage that's why just yesterday we appointed new warden".......... Mrs. Guha replied.

" thank a lot ma'am for your valuable testimony you can go now"........ Swara said and turned towards Laksh and Chow.

" your honour I proved from my side that whatever I was blamed in last hearing that solely lie, I stolen the kid, I never adopted her, I am a careless mother, I love name fame more then my baby everything was lie and properly planned to spoil my name to take away my daughter from me"........... Swara said in rage while looking towards Laksh and Chow.

" what do want to say Mrs. Maheshwari that me or my client gathered wrong proof against you?"........ Chow stood up angrily.

" I didn't pick any name, but I think your guilt conscience speaking a lot"......... Swara said in suspicious way made others laugh in court but made Chow much more angry.

" Mrs. Maheshwari we don't need to do anything wrong because truth is beside us and the truth is baby Saanjh is my client Mr. Laksh's daughter and a father don't need any reason to keep her daughter with her and your honor I request you once again to not pay any heed on all this useless arguments of Mrs. Maheshwari and give decision on my client's favor and please let meet a helpless father to her daughter whom he was searching since very long".......... Chow said with so much fake emotions but judge also knows court preceding didn't work with emotions.

" Mr. Chow if a father really have a reason to suddenly start searching his baby whom he himself abandoned her in unborn state with her mother, then would you like to listen that reason"......... Swara asked from Chow made him and Laksh both shock again with the thought now what is she up to, she already disclose almost every card of his now what is left.

" Mrs. Maheshwari please come to the point"......... Judge warned her.

" your honour according to my sources Mr. Laksh have a very big reason why suddenly he want his daughter back to him, when he didn't ask about his wife's health or regarding baby for a once when she went to Delhi leaving him and to prove that I want to call Mr. Laksh once again in witness box".......... Swara said her statement and seek judge's permission who nod her head in positive.

Laksh came witness box......." Mr. Laksh till where I knows Isha went back Delhi when she was in end of 5th month or starting of 6th month correct (Laksh nod his head in positive in confuse state) then you tried to call her first time when she was in ends of 9th month I mean vey near from her delivery, can you tell me is there any specific reason suddenly after 4 month you started missing your one month wedded wife with whom you were never in good terms during your marriage period"........... Swara asked suspiciously took all colour from Laksh's face.

" is it written somewhere that we can't miss our wife little late, we can't realise our mistake little late".............. Laksh composed himself and replied indignantly.

" oh ho Mr. Laksh you become indignant, see relax I know one can miss any person anytime and same happened with you, but I just asked is there any specific reason with you?".......... Swara said in very casual tone.

" no, there is no specific reason".......... Laksh replied rudely.

" I think you forgot let remind you, just one week back when you called Isha you meet with an accident, am I right?"......... Swara said but look gave Laksh a devilish smirk and Laksh's face behind total pale knowing what is she up to.

" see Swara that accident is not related anywhere from this case then please no need to discuss about it here, please"......... Laksh said in very pleading way but it didn't effect Swara.
