Laksh became tense from Swara and Sanskar's threat, he called his lawyer instantly and told him about meeting, but he assured him that he has handled everything those plotted readers are already under ground and SM can't be able to reach to them and that warden of orphanage is also ran away and after getting DNA positive reports judge's decision will be in his favor only.

Laksh asked him to keep close eye on DNA reports they will not try to change it but he assured him that he will take care of it and Laksh released  a deep sigh.

Laksh (monologue) -" Swara you don't have any other thing to do do you are just trying to threat me, I won't let you win this time, I want that baby anyhow".

" hmmm DNA reports are positive and adoption papers are also correct,....... There is no doubt that Mr. Laksh Kapoor is biological father of baby Saanjh but we can't ignore that she has been legally adopted by Mr and Mrs. Maheshwari one year ago and since then they took good care of baby, so court once again wants to hear one last time both the parties and their arguments then only court will give it's final decision".......... Judge after reading both the ordered documents gave her view on case.

" ma'am before starting the case proceeding I want to request something from court".......... Kabir interrupt the starting of the proceeding and request from judge and she just nod her head steering him to say.

" ma'am my client Mrs. Swara Maheshwari wants to do proceeding by herself"......... Kabir said masking judge surprise and Laksh and his lawyer shocked looking at each other in suspicion that what they are up to.

" and why they wants to do this when they have a lawyer like you"....... Judge interrupt them.

" ma'am I want to reply regarding this"........ Before Kabir Sanskar said and judge again just nod her head with steer him to say.

" your honour Saanjh is not only our adopted baby but a piece of our heart a very important part of our life, we want to protect her life long and we promised this to her late mother also and a mother's pain only a mother can understand, my wife is her mother none of us can understand her pain on this case that's why she wants to try to protect her baby by herself so that after this whatever the decision will be we will not have any regret".......... Sanskar placed a best argument and judge once again nod her head.

" ok Mr. Maheshwari Mrs. Maheshwari can proceed"....... Judge gave her permission.

" but your honor she is not having license how can she do this it's against law"........ Mr. Chowdhury wants to interrupt but judge replied him calmly.

" Mr. Chowdhury I think I know law better then you so don't try to teach me what I already knew and regarding case proceeding then  law permit each and every citizen in putt country to fight for their case in certain situation if they can"......... Judge said sternly making him shut his mouth.

" Mrs. Maheshwari you can start proceeding"........ Judge ordered and Swara stood up hesitantly.

Mr. Chowdhury and Laksh thought she is not confident and naive in this so that will be easy for them, wide grin appear on their faces, judge shook her head in disbelief thinking they didn't took wise decision she is looking so uneasy how will she handle this proceeding and this wicked lawyer.

" your honor in last hearing lawyer Mr. Chowdhury proved me a careless mother and liar so I want to start from their"........ Swara start her proceeding in a very simple way.

" objection your honor Mrs. Maheshwari can't bring old proceeding's point"........ Chow unnecessary said.

" and why not?"........ Before Swara judge only said because she finds his objection unnecessary.

" objection overruled Mrs. Maheshwari you can proceed"......... Judge permit her.

" your honor I want to ask few things from Mr. Laksh Kapoor please grant me permission to call him in witness box"........ Swara asked politely and judge nod her head.

Laksh himself stood up and came to witness box thinking she can't do anything.

" Mr. Laksh can you please tell this court how we both knows each other and since when".......... Swara asked.

" objection your honor completely irevelant question"............ Chow once again meddle court proceeding.

" Mr. Chow don't you think the exact past between both the parties related to this case is relevant for this case"........ Swara said with frown making him shut his mouth.

" objection overruled"......... Judge said and Swara continued her questions.

" so answer my question Mr. Laksh"......... Swara asked again.

" we were in relationship as a boyfriend and girlfriend, then we got engaged and then we broke up"............ Laksh replied hesitantly.

" why did we broke up?"......... Swara continued her question.

" I came to know that you decided to come back on Bollywood and signed a movie without informing me that's why I broke up with you"........ Laksh replied.

" didn't any of us tried to patch up again?"......... Swara asked again.

" you didn't tried but I did from my side tried a lot but you didn't even took my call, but when I reached to you, you kicked me out by saying you moved on with Mr. SM"......... Laksh tried his best to become victim.

" and after that you moved on with my cousin Isha Roy, correct?"........ Swara asked.

Laksh become little startled by her this question thinking what is she up to........" yes then I also moved on"....... Laksh replied with confidence.

" can you tell the court your marriage date?"....... Swara asked.

" 00/00/0000"........ Laksh said with not so interested mood.

" and this is Saanjh baby's date of birth".......... Swara shows Saanjh's birth certificate to everybody and passed it to judge.

" 00/00/0000 the date when Saanjh born, means around after 5 months of Mr. Laksh's marriage"......... Swara said and smartly trapped Laksh who mentally beat his forehead and his lawyer literally hold his head.

Sanskar, Kabir and Naina's lips turned in to big smile.

" so Mr. Laksh now would you like to clarify that still you are sure baby Saanjh is your daughter only"......... Swara asked and Laksh got now literally trapped if he says no then it means he will lose custody case and if he will say yes then he will be proved deceiver and characterless.

" yes, she is my daughter before marriage from Isha"........ Laksh thought a little and accepted his wrong deeds.

" it means when we were engaged you were in illegal relationship hiding from me?"............ Swara was asking the same thing deeply.

" yes this mistake happened by me"........ Laksh said meekly with bows head while his face colour already drained.

" that means you are accepting you deceive me?"........ Swara asked same thing from another side.

" objection your honor, why Mrs. Maheshwari asking sane question from different angels"......... Chow objected again.

" because I want to prove this to the court that Mr. Laksh is a deceiver  cheater and liar as you proved me in last hearing"......... Swara suddenly replied in loud voice making everybody stunned.

" but my client already accepted it was done by him by mistake and from his face he is already looking embarrassed, and you can't change 2 years old past, or still have any feelings reading this deceive that you are pointing out in this court"........ Chow said shamelessly to make Swara embarrass, Sanskar felt his vein will burst in anger, if they were somewhere out then he would have show him the consequences of talking ill with his wife.

" Mr. Chow court is warning you for this behavior"......." I am sorry"........Chow said......" and Mrs. Maheshwari court noted the point of Mr. Laksh's deceive and lie no need to ask same question from different ways".......... Judge warned Chow and asked Swara to proceed further.

" so Mr. Laksh when you and Isha were in such long affair and were comfortable with each other or I guess loves each other then why you both divorced in just one month of your marriage"......... Now Swara asked her main question.

" because with in month we both realised we are not meant for each other and to despite of dragging unwanted relationship we decided to be separated peacefully".......... Laksh lied very smoothly making Swara highly indignant.

" again lie Mr. Laksh, lie, lie and lie reach and every statement of yours is a sheer lie, the truth is you never loved Isha neither you loved me or nor anyone else, you were just using me for your company and Isha for your satisfaction, and that is why you were just delaying our marriage date because you want me your company's model forever and Isha for your secret affair, but after breaking up from me you forgot to renew my contract from Pearl Fashion House and for that only you were trying to chase me everywhere and when I denied to do next contract from you, Pearl fashion house started facing loss then for this you hold Isha responsible and kicked her out of your life, but your luck was not good with you because your parents came to know about Isha and they pressurised you to get married and you had to do it in their pressure but couldn't able to take it that's why you made that poor girls life miserable in just one month and it leads to both of yours divorce".......... Swara said non stop in loud voice and in some rage.

Mr. Chow stood up and started clapping, judge look towards him with frown as well as Swara Sanskar Kabir Naina also frown seeing him doing idiotic thing.

" I am very sorry your honor, but what to say after listening Mrs. Maheshwari, she is such a marvelous actress but she in fact can be a terrific writer in Bollywood industry, what a beautiful story she cooked in such short spam of time, hats off to you"......... Chow tried to prove Swara's whole statement wrong in wicked way.

" do you think Mr. Chow this is a cooked up story"........ Swara asked in indignant.

" so what is it?"........ Chow said in same way.

" this is the truth of my life and my cousin who beard this monster's toucher".......... Swara argued properly.

" listen Mrs. Maheshwari this is not the shooting of your movie where whatever you will saw we will believe, this is court and we need proof here"......... Chow said with wicked smirk.

" and I too have all proof and witness of my statement"......... Swara said calmly made Laksh and Chow shocked and tense.

Swara then called Laksh's house maid whom he fired after getting married to Isha and made her do all house chores she even told that once she came to collect her balance salary she saw Isha was standing in kitchen in very bad condition like about to faint.

Then her doctor from Mumbai city told her testimony to court......." till 4 months she was very regular for her check up and medication and all but after entering in 5 month she didn't come and suddenly one day came after around 40 days in very bad condition brought by few people, we admitted her immediately because her condition was really worse, it was looking like she was not having her meals regular, she was with terrible weakness and baby's growth was also stopped from 4th to 5th month, I told her it can lead her to miscarriage then after being discharged from hospital where she went I don't know because after that she never came back to me"........ After doctor's testimony Swara even shows Isha's all reports and her 5th months reports when Isha admitted in hospital in bad condition to prove Laksh was not at all capable husband and not can be a good father because of his carelessness baby may would not see this world.

" my most important witness of this incident who were actually saw everything from vey near and they only took Isha tho the hospital that day and they are not any third person or stranger but Mr. Laksh's own parents Mr. DP Kapoor and Mrs. AP Kapoor, your honor they want to tell some real fact to court which will prove that whatever I said each and ever every word was not any fictional story but a sheer fact".............. Swara said to judge but by looking towards Laksh and Chow.

Chow's face turned in shock thinking his clients are going to give witness in his oppose and Laksh's face colour change in tension one.
