After court's proceeding Sanskar sensed Swara's disturb mood, he took Saanjh from her arms whom she don't want to leave she have inner fear that what if she will loose her, but Sanskar made her understand and gave Saanjh in Naina's arms.

" Naina you go home with Kabir me and Swara are coming in sometime and don't worry about her"......... He ordered Naina politely she was about to ask Swara but he assured her that he is with her.

" Swara come with me"........ Sanskar took Swara with him who was in her own thoughts.

Swara gaps seeing the place where Sanskar stopped the car its look like her all old wounds become fresh, this is the place where Swara took most major decision of her life, yes they are in front of registrar office where SwaSan got married and their life turned in a beautiful journey but due to recent encounter with Laksh and all rubbish court proceeding her mind was surrounded by bad memories of this place.

" Sanskar why did you brought me here?"......... Swara asked in irritation.

" Swara I know you have very bad memory from this place that's why I want you to take out all your anger towards Laksh".......... Sanskar prepared her to speak her heart out what she was thinking since long and what made her this much disturb.

" Sanskar, Laksh is a deceiver, cheater cheapskates type of guy, with him Saanjh is not at all safe, if on his place any good person would be then I would happily gave Saanjh to her biological father, but he will use that little baby for his benefit and judge how can she give judgement in his favor"......... Swara said in rage non stop and after completing her words she took a deep breath.

" Now look this place once again and recall the best memory of this place"......... Sanskar said calmly while gazing her deeply.

Swara look around and her lips spread in smile......" my best memory from this place is I got married to you and this is the exact place where your car was parked that day"........ Swara point towards a place.

" exactly, and tell me why did you took that decision?"......... Sanskar asked.

" first reason was to make Laksh and Isha regret for deceiving and second reason was Isha's unborn child will get her legal rights".......... Swara accept her reason truthfully.

" correct that's why I brought you here, this is the place where after the getting biggest deceive and shock of your life you didn't break down in fact you took much more determined step to destroy Laksh Kapoor and you did alone and because of your that decision we are together, just once again make yourself strong and be ready to fight against wrong once again, I know you can do it and further I am with you, if you think Laksh can't be a good guardian for angel then we have to prove it in front of judge that you are correct".......... Sanskar said to motivate her as how she was in past and how she defeat the same cunning person alone.

" you are correct Sanskar, we have to gather proof against Laksh as he is neither a good father nor even a good human being to get the custody of Saanjh"........ Swara said determinedly with big smile like something is running in her head.

From that moment they both started preparing for next hearing and started gathering proof against Laksh, they both contacted their valuable contacts with whom help they can bring proof of his lies or can bring witness of his wrong deeds.

After 2 days they have next hearing SwaSan with Kabir were discussing about something regarding the case when suddenly Sanskar said something which made both of them shocked.

" Swara I want you to do proceeding of next hearing"........ Sanskar suddenly dropped his petition bomb on both of their head.

" what? Are you mad? How will I do this and why me? What is the problem with Kabir?".......... Swara said in shock.

" there is no problem with Kabir but I want you to do it, I hope Kabir you don't mind, if she will do"......... Sanskar asked casually like it's not a big thing.

" I don't mind bhai, but do you think bhabhi will be able to do this court proceeding and all and specially against that obnoxious Chowdhury, will she be able to handle him, bhai it's a very sensitive case, we can't afford mistake, I hope you understand"........... Kabir tried to warn from his side but it didn't effect Sanskar, he have full faith on Swara.

" I know that but among all of us Swara knows Laksh in a best way and according to me she is the best to argue with them on this topic and specially she knows all our witness well".......... Sanskar gave his valuable decision on this to made both of them agree.

" bhai I told you I don't have any problem if bhabhi is ready then go for it I am there to help both of you"......... Kabir said and both look towards Swara who was still confuse.

" what happen Swara what are you thinking?"........ Sanskar asked.

" I am just tense Sanskar how will I do this? Do you think I can do this?"........ Swara share her concern.

" Swara just believe yourself as I am doing and think about angel, you have to do this for her, our one mistake can snatch her from us"........ Sanskar motivate her and she nod her head in positive.

" ok Sanskar I will do it for our daughter, it's for her well being"........... Swara said with full confidence.

" that's like my sweetheart, I know you will rock it"........ Sanskar said and once again trio stared discussing about case proceeding and Kabir taught her little bit detail of court proceeding.

After completing all preparations Sanskar told about this decision to whole family first like Kabir everybody become shock and was not in favor of this but slowly both SwaSan made everybody agree.

" Kabir please contact Laksh's lawyer and ask him I want to meet Laksh once"........ Next day they were discussing something about witness when suddenly Swara dropped her petition bomb on their head.

" what? For what?"........ Sanskar and Kabir asked in union.

" before meeting in court day after tomorrow I want to meet him out of the court just once and asked him to reconsider his decision and take this case back"......... Swara replied carelessly like ordering her favorite soup in a restaurant.

" but what was the need of this sweetheart"......... Sanskar sensed her determination that's why tried to ask her lovingly.

" Sanskar please"........ Swara look towards him with sharp glare.

" ok (he lift his hand in surrender) Kabir do as she is saying, she is not going to back off from her words".......... Sanskar said with tardiness mood while turning towards Kabir who was sitting in shock.

" haann"......... Kabir came out of his shock state.

" do as she is saying".......... Sanskar said with frown.

Kabir shook his head and stood up while making call and Sanskar also stood up while making faces and mumbling "Hitler" to her.

Next day evening SwaSan reached at Karma ITC hotel to meet Laksh, place decided by him only.

" Sanskar I am not getting why Laksh called us at our hotel only I instead of his office or something like that"........ Swara asked in confusion while hopping out of the car.

" he must thinking us cunning like him, thinking may be we will do something or will trap him that's why he chooses public place that too ours property"......... Sanskar got his wicked mind and Swara nod her head and both walked in.

" hello Mr and Mrs. Maheshwari"......... Laksh was waiting for them in Sanskar's private area's lounge.

Sanskar shake hands from him just for formality........" so tell me Swara why do you want to meet me now, are you scared that tomorrow I will win and your sweet innocent cute baby oh sorry my baby will come back to his father and you will get defeat"......... Laksh said with cunning smirk.

" shall we get in and talk?"......... Sanskar point towards his office.

" no, we will talk in restaurant area".......... Laksh replied sternly and just then Sanskar steer Swara through eyes like saying see I told you.

" ok as you wish"........ Swara said and all trio moved towards restaurant area under Sanskar's guard's security.

" hmm so tell me what is the purpose of this special invitation? Do you want to beg in front of me for your loving daughter which is actually mine, if it is that then do it, but decidion will not going to change".......... Laksh again said nonsense words and Sanskar thought this man is really having shit mouth.

" Laksh stop running your horses of ridiculous thoughts and let me speak first"......... Swara said rudely being fed up from his idiotic haughty conversation.

" ok sure, I would like to listen this from your mouth only"........ Laksh again said in haughty way and Sanskar mumbles to himself " no wonder he is the is most idiot person I ever met".

" Laksh this is my last warning to you back off from this case and take this in return it will be better for you"........... Swara said with full attitude and forward an envelope towards him.

Swara's words made Laksh much more overconfidence but Sanskar also become surprise he was not expecting this from her.

" what is in this?"..... Laksh asked showing fake excitement while opening the envelope but from inside his haughty nature is feeling proud on him.

" blank cheque?"......... Laksh frown for a second seeing the blank cheque came in his hand from inside the envelope but after that he did dance in mind thinking Swara don't have any other option that's why trying this kind of trick.

" filled the amount whatever you want or is there any other thing you want and back off from this case silently you will be happy forever, otherwise you will regret for the day you choose to file custody case of my daughter"............ Swara threaten him in very calm way made him shock and Sanskar proud on her.

" are you out of your mind, for mere money I will give up on my daughter? Swara you are not a businessperson so don't try to be, it was a very bad deal what you are trying to do now"........... Laksh said with smirk.

" Laksh it's better you also don't try as you can't do acting at all, that was very bad what you were trying to do and regarding Saanjh what is your thoughts and how much you care for her we both knows very well so please don't try you third grade acting"......... Swara replied him in his way only.

" what ever you will think I don't care, I will take my baby back anyhow she is my daughter so don't try to do these cheap types of trick on me for next time"......... Laksh said carelessly and tossed cheque towards her.

" loss will be completely yours, you know this was the best deal for you, but now you lost it"......... Swara said carefully and tore the cheque in several pieces and tossed it in air.

Laksh become little tense from her behavior........." Swara could you please tell me why do you want this meeting? What do you want from me now?".........Laksh asked with frown.

" I came to inform, you have one chance, back off from this case you will be safe otherwise don't blame me afterwards, that I didn't inform you. After all I am still little lenient towards my enemy also".......... Swara warned him by hidden words.

" you are trying to threaten me because tomorrow you are going to lose and now you don't have any other option that's why first you tried to greed me from money and when it didn't work you are trying to threaten me"............. Laksh said indignantly gaining other's attention on his unnecessary drama.

" I was saying for your well being but you don't want to listen then let it be we will see tomorrow in court who will win, last time you were just loss in your business after messing up with me, but this time you did grave mistake by laying your eye on my daughter, my weakness, she is Maheshwari princess we can do anything for her and you can't imagine what we can do if person even think anything wrong about her, still I was trying to make you understand peacefully, otherwise this time be ready to lose your much more then before that too forever".......... Swara said with venom and stood up.

Sanskar also stood up......." Mr. Laksh Kapoor your last life line is over"......... Sanskar said politely and both walk out from there in a radiant way.
