I get lots of compliments on my shading, which I thank you guys for. I try my best with shading and coloring ♡
So, I guess I'll show you my little technique

Start off with the base colors

Pick your dark and light shades (you can see my pallet in the corner) and add the correct shades to where you believe they belong based on your knowledge of dark and light shades (if you don't know, there are tutorials for that online too)

AAnd clean some of the color

I added some blush and doll like lips
And the hair is just a bunch of light and dark shades of the brown

Whoops forgot the ombre

To add the lines lazily just on a separate layer draw with a orange peach color where you want the lines

Put Color Burn on the layer

Turn the opacity down

I darkened the holes

Now for the dress/clothing shading. Repeat what you did for the skin but for the base color of the dress/clothing
