I woke up to my alarm clock playing (F/S). What a great start for the day, I thought to myself. I wondered how long it would last.

I got out of bed and shuffled over to my dresser. I picked out some jeans, a (F/C) T-shirt, and some clean undergarments. I hurriedly changed, as silently as possible, as not to wake my Step-dad. I didn't want to get screamed at.

*Time skip to when she is dressed*

I softly opened my bedroom door and walked into the kitchen, I grabbed a granola bar for the bus ride.

I put on my gray hoodie, shoes, and picked up my bag with my favorite book, (Favorite PJO/HOO book), my sketchbook, some pencils, and my homework from yesterday.

I heard the bus turn onto my street. I walked out the door with my stuff and locked the door. So far, so good. But I knew that wouldn't last long, it never did.
