*Adrien's POV*

Adrien sighed in relief as he finally finished grading the last sheet of homework. Being stuck in a hospital was no fun. Especially because it was lonely except for when the family came to see him.

The family...

Adrien smiled at the thought. After all that had happened, after all the pain that he, Marinette, and the kids had to bear, they could finally be a family again.

He knew Marinette was going to agree for sure. She would probably move back into his home, selling her old one. She probably was going to return to her old job at the Gabriel company again.

Gabriel...

His father's name echoed through his head like ripples when a stone is thrown in a pond. His father had caused all this, but for a good reason. Even though his father's plan didn't work out in the end, his father had caused a great deal of damage. But as his mother always said, "It's best to forgive than to hate." So that was exactly what Adrien was doing, forgiving.

After all, the death of a loved one can have a big impact. A very big impact indeed. Father became colder and Adrien had to bear a heavy sadness over him wherever he went.

But, Marinette changed everything. She helped bear the sadness, she noticed him, she loved him. Of course, he was still in love with Ladybug at the time, so he had never noticed.

How ironic... I gave up falling in love with Ladybug only to marry her...

Ladybug was someone that he held on to. She was a symbol of hope and bravery for him. She made him stand up for things that he believed in. She made him who he was today.

He realized back then that Ladybug was who he wanted to be. He wanted to stand up to his father, be an example to his classmates instead of watching them fight (cough, mainly Marinette and Chloe, cough), and he wanted to show everyone that he was something beyond a pretty face.

He gave up on Ladybug once he realized that he was in love with her, but mainly the idea of her. Soon, Marinette came along. She stuttered a lot, that was for sure. But, over time, she began to warm up to him. He began to see Ladybug in her.

Marinette stood up for her classmates and friends, she had a soothing personality, and most of all, she sympathized with him. She knew everything he was going through and more. She cared about him.

Soon enough, they started dating, which later led up to his proposal, and their marriage. They had a beautiful baby girl and later, an adorable baby boy. Emma and Louis Agreste.

Emma looked just like Marinette except for her green eyes, which she inherited from Adrien, which he inherited from his mother.

Louis looked like another copy of Marinette, aside from the fact that he was a boy.

You know what? Adrien thought. I wish one of the children looked more like me...but, I love them both either way.

Speaking of love... 

That's when Adrien had the perfect idea. He banged his fist on the table. Marinette and I could redo our marriage vows!

Whoa, back it up there, said a voice in his head. You guys haven't even decided if you're going ot get remarried. Who knows? Marinette might say no.

Adrien's shoulders sank. Right, he hadn't even gone there yet. Wait, if he had to remarry Marinette, that would mean that he would have to propose... again!

He smiled at the thought of making his upcoming proposal even better than the first one. It was going to be spectacular. With Marinette, his kids, Alya, Nino....

Nino, oh god. I haven't spoken to Nino in forever... Besides on the phone, I mean.

It would be nice to see Nino again. Very nice, in fact. Maybe he should get Nino to visit later. Yes, that would be nice.

Wait... Nino helped orchestrate the whole closet situation with Marinette... 

Maybe I should get payback.

With that thought in mind, Adrien smirked. Nino shouldn't have tricked him because the master tricker would get revenge. Bigtime.

Happy thoughts in his head, Adrien closed his eyes, dozing off into the world of sleep.

Hey, what's up, guys!? Feel that I'll plan something evil next? I don't know (Well, actually, I do but, I won't tell you guys.)

Looks like this book is coming to end in a couple of chapters or so. Did you guys enjoy it? I know I did.
