(Lucy's p.o.v.)

I was unconsollable. People had tried to help me when I started crying, but the only one that could help me now was Natsu. 

And Natsu is gone.

Due to my extreme grief, I didn't notice that the medication that I had taken was quickly being used up. By the time I had realized this I reckoned that I had about 4 hours until it wore off completely. I also knew that I would need to take some more soon or else there would be consequences.

I knew that I had two choices.

One: I could continue to live with the humans in pain, sorrow, and endless envy. Never getting to see Natsu again and hoping that the council would overlook me.

Two: I could go into hiding. I would have to go somewhere secluded, get something to protect, and wait. My medication would wear off by then, and I would have to deal with the consequences.

I realized that option number one is impossible. Mokarov was the only one protecting me, so without him I would be taken to a magic prison for the incident from a couple years ago.

Knowing that I don't have any other choice, I choose option two and stand up.

"Mira, who is gonna take masters place now?"

"Well, we decided that Macao would be the best candidate. He's up in the office now if you would like to go see him." She replies.

"Okay" I then start walking towards the office. When I get there, I knock and hear a muffled 'come in' from the other side of the door. When I walk in, i see Macao sitting at the desk, waiting for me to come in. When I do, he asks, "What have you come here for?"

"I would like to leave the guild, sir." I say in a monotone voice.

He looks shocked. I can tell he is going to ask why, so I say, " Don't ask why. Mokarov specifically requested that I do this if he finds himself incapacitated. Please, just do it." Tears were now picking my eyes.

He slowly nods his head and motions for me to walk closer. When I do, he takes my hand, chants something that I don't understand, and suddenly my mark is gone.

"Will you ever be coming back?"

"I don't know. You should tell everyone later, after I'm gone."

With that, I walk out of the office, then the guild doors, then out of my former life.

{ Timeskip~~}

I had already gotten out of my apartment, taking only what I needed, including my keys, and left Magnolia.

I was now on a train, headed towards a city. Close to that city was a forest. It was called The Forest of White Dreams. I had decided that I would hide in the forest, because the fog was so thick that you could barely see a thing.

Once I had gotten there I quickly started running towards the forest, only wanting to get there as fast as I could.

When I had made it to the forest, I started growing at an alarming rate, and I had to equip into my orange outfit. I was still walking, and by the time when I had reached a suitable clearing, I was over 80 feet tall. I had definitely hit my growth spurt.

I sat down and spotted some Hide & Go Seek nymphs watching me from a distance. I said, " If you value your life, you will make sure that no wizard or knight makes it anywhere near me."

Now they were shaking in fear. As soon as they ran to guard the forest, I lay my head down on the grass and closed my eyes.

I soon fell into the deepest sleep of my life.
