III: Ships & Corners

So If I can properly do the math, today should be Tuesday. Tuesday, now what happened on Tuesday? Oh, that's right.

Waking up, well waking up isn't too interesting. After that, I just went to breakfast and went to my first four classes metal forging, pegasus care, sword practice, and Greek myths.
In metal forging, we started trying to make a shield. Mine sort of looked like a triangle rather than a circle. In pegasus care we groomed our Pegasi, I was partnered with a pegasus named Canela. She was a beautiful dark brown pegasus and her eyes were a rich hazel color. In sword practice, we just practiced some parrying and such. In Greek myth class, we talked about the Chimaera.

"And to see a Chimaera is a bad omen."

And with those words, we were off to lunch. I saw Connor talking to Miranda he was smiling and laughing. I came over he saw me left Miranda and came to me

"Hey Conner, what was all that about?"

"He he he n-nothing"

"Were you flirting with her?"

"N-no that's ridiculous"

"You dork. So how long you had a crush on Gardiner"

"Y-you know" He mumbled the rest

"Oh since the beginning of time. Wow that's a long time ma dude"

"2 years! There 2 years."

"Stoll's and Gardiners sitting on a tree-"

"Finish that sentence I dare you!

"Fine chill"

"You won't tell will you?"

"No, I won't"

Connor raced off to Hermes table I went off to my table, I was sitting alone. I was looking off into the distance towards a dark corner that suddenly wasn't so dark, I saw a woman. Her skin was white as bone and she looked about 25. All of a sudden, she disappeared.

Connor seemed determined to get Miranda to acknowledge him. He probably still felt bad after he saved me from Miranda's wrath with that stink bomb. I let him be, he deserved it. He may have been a dork but he was my best friend.
