Traveling North

Sapnap docked at the closest port he could navigate to. When he landed, multiple fire nation soldiers waited for him.

Sapnap hopped off his ship and began to instruct the soldiers, "She needs oil, and I need a supply of food."

The soldiers bowed, and Sapnap tossed a bag of coins to them. He walked into a wooden house where other Fire Nation soldiers, generals, and bounty hunters rested as their ships were being prepared. Sapnap sat down at a small table with a map.

He began to draw on the map based on the direction the Avatar and the waterbender went. He decided that the Avatar couldn't have gone far, and he must be going to the Northern Water Tribe. Because the airbenders were no more and the Avatar had already learned firebending, he would have no choice but to travel north. Sapnap smiled to himself and planned his journey to the north. He felt a tap on his shoulder; Sapnap sighed and turned around.

"What do you want, Mega?"

Mega hummed into his scarf and began to sign. "Couldn't help but overhear, but did you say you know the Avatar's location?"

Sapnap crossed his arms, "What of it?"

"There's a fine price on him; would be a shame if someone were to take that reward."

Sapnap stood up, "You wouldn't..."

"But I would." Mega quirked an eyebrow. "Give me the map, Sapnap. And we can both walk away."

"I'm not an idiot, Mega. I'm going to bring the Avatar to the Fire Lord. It's my destiny."

"Maybe it's someone else's destiny, Sapnap." Mega narrowed his eyes, "Besides how would you be able to capture the Avatar if you don't have a ship."

"What are you talking about?"

Mega snapped and a couple of soldiers under his command grabbed Sapnap. Sapnap kicked at the soldiers as Mega took the map from his hands.

Mega threw him into a small room and tied him up. "I'll be taking your ship; see if you can catch up."

Mega shut the door leaving Sapnap to try to escape. Sapnap pulled a small knife and cut through the ropes. Once he was able to stand, he burned the door open. He sprinted to the dock and hopped onto the nearest boat, and he followed Mega out to sea.

_____

Dream and George travel across the wide ocean. The two wanted to waste no time getting to George's sister tribe. They flew to the main hall where the tribe's chie and the waterbending teacher stood. The chief, Spifey, greeted the Avatar and his associate and gestured to and Master Zelk.

"It's a pleasure." George nodded. "We're glad you're teaching Dream, Master Zelk."

Zelk shook his head, "I'm not going to be teaching the Avatar. I will be teaching you, George."

George was shocked, "Why?"

"Dream hasn't mastered the other elements. After he has, I want you to be his master."

George grinned, "Me... A master?"

"Yep," Zelk patted the waterbender's back, "Come on, we got work to do."

George gave Dream a thumbs up before going with Zelk and his students. Dream waved to George before turning to the chief, "And what will I be doing?"

"Helping us prepare." Prince Spifey said. "Follow me." The two walked together as Spifey explained, "Our scouts reported activities of the Fire Nation; we believe they're planning an attack."

"Just say the word, and I'll help." Dream said.

"Good because we're going to need it." Spifey said as an array of Fire Nation ships pulled near the harbor.
