Roman starts to draw

"Wake up wake up wake up!" Remus yelled jumping on Romans bed. They groaned. "The sky's awake, so I'm awake and we have to play!" Remus said jumping up and down on the bed. They pushed him off. Ever sense he got his mark, he's been trying to cheer Roman up with Disney quotes.

"Quit it Remus, I'm not in the mood" They said harshly, getting out of bed to grab their normal attire. Roman picked up a plain shirt, some jeans, and of course their leather jacket. They leave the room quickly, going to the bathroom. Roman gets dressed, and like normal look for something, anything, that shows they really do have a soulmate. Like always they come up with nothing. Roman pushes it all away, deciding that it doesn't matter. They'll just help others find their soulmate. That's all the soulless are good for anyways they thought bitterly to themself. They brush their teeth, they're not going to eat any time soon anyways. Roman calms their messy hair, leaving the bathroom quickly.

Roman plops down in their seat, pulling the scarf closer to their face. Keeping their head down, they focus on the lesson. A note soon lands next to them.

'It's astonishing to see you get bullied, if it helps any, my main way to cope is to draw' Roman frowned at the note, they never thought about how to cope with it. They decided to at least try it. They pulled out an empty notebook, it was small but would do. They started to doodle, soon finding themselves making flowers. They smiled, maybe this would help.

By the end of the day, Romans little notebook was filled with different flowers. Some were colored, others weren't. Like the rose, it wasn't colored but still was beautiful. They smiled lightly. When they met up with Remus, they showed him the flowers. Remus smiled. He seemed interested in how Roman knew so many types. Roman just shrugged it off saying flowers were apart of love so they had to know at least a few of them. By the time Roman got on the bus, they were bouncing, they couldn't wait to draw more flowers as soon as they got another notebook.

"You know you could always draw on your arms" Remus suggested.

"Nooooo," Roman complained, "Markers and pens have dangerous chemicals in them!" Remus laughed,

"Just saying" The bus ride for the two teens was quiet after that. Roman sat pouting, Remus sat playing on his phone.

Once Roman got home, they started looking for a better notebook. One maybe without the lines most notebooks had in them. They unfortunately came up empty handed, they decided that a normal notebook would work for now. They smiled lightly. They quickly went off to the shared bedroom. Sitting down on the bed, they grabbed a few pens and started to draw another rose. Then a lily, then a few daisy's after that and a few more, they drew a hibiscus. Which were one of their favorites. They smiled at the flowers that filled the page.

"Don't you have homework?" A voice asked startling Roman. Remus giggled from his side of the room.

"Fair, however I believe you do too" Roman said. Remus rolled his eyes. The two siblings looked at each other, nodding in silent agreement that they wouldn't bug the other as they worked. Roman stayed on their bed. Remus took the desk. All you could hear from the room was pencil scratches, papers ruffling, head slamming against a desk relatively. Wait, Roman paused at the sound, looking over to Remus. He saw silent tears running down his face, him gripping his hair tightly. Roman quickly got up. Rushing to their brother.

"Hey, what's wrong Re?" Roman asked gently. Instead of answering, Remus whimpered quietly. Roman gently rubbed his back.

"They wont stop Roman" Remus cried. Roman continued to comfort Remus.

"Who wont?"

"The voices!" He cried out. Roman pulled Remus to their chest. They rocked Remus gently.

"Its gonna be okay"

About an hour or so later, Remus was calmed down, all work forgotten. The two siblings were simply watching movies at this point. Per Remus' request. Remus sighed slightly while Roman ignored him for the time being. Remus looked at Roman, groaning.

"They're back again Ro" he said sadly. Roman looked over to him.

"Anything I can do to help?" Remus shivered randomly, shrugging. He honestly didn't know what silences them. Well, he knew one way, but he'd been clean for almost four months, the longest he's ever gone. Roman didn't know about it yet though. Remus planned on keeping it like that too.

"We still have school work to do" Remus said suddenly, standing and going back to the desk in the shared room. Roman sighed, sitting on their bed. They once again sat quietly doing school work. This time however, Remus' thoughts were silenced for at least a little bit.

After about an hour or so, once they were done with work, they both heard a shout from downstairs.

"Dinners almost done come set the table!" The boys mother called. They both rushed down, hungry. Quickly setting the three plates down. It had been a long time since four plates were needed. Their father had left at a young age. However, Remus liked to say that the old couple still loved each other and the boys dad was just off exploring the world. He stuck to it pretty well too. Remus day at his seat, as did Roman. They both waited for the dinner.

After dinner Roman complained that their stomach hurt and they were going to go lay down for bit.

"Okay, feel better soon" Remus said worried. Roman nodded, heading up the stairs. On the way to their bed, they grabbed a notebook and a pencil, deciding that they wanted to draw a bit more. As they drew a flower filled field, the stomach ache continued to the point they decided it was just time to sleep as they could draw while they were curled up the way they were. They had a sinking feeling that the ache was something else, something that happened every month. They just prayed it wasn't that.
