~~~Your POV~~~

I stared up at my cracked ceiling. I felt bad. Nightmare had saved me and I didn't even thank him, whats worse is I have no clue as to were he went after what happened. I was somehow able to get my parents upstairs and into bed with out waking them. Although I doubt they are going to wake up anytime soon. I groaned and rolled over, tired of looking at my broken ceiling. 'Maybe I should find Nightmare, he couldn't have gone too far if he teleported somewhere.' I thought.

I got up from my bed and decided to check everywhere. Starting with my closet. I opened it and looked into the emptyness seeing, no one in there I sighed and continued my search. I exited my room and decided to attempt my 'parents' room since they were passed out and clearly wouldn't be waking anytime soon.

I entered the room, as quietly as possible, and quickly walked over to the walk-in closet. I opened the door, nothing. I groaned silently and walked to the other side of the room to the hallway door. I quickly left and closed the door silently. I looked over to the bathroom door. The only place left that he could hide without being seen easily. I walked over to the door and tried to open it. I twisted the doorknob as it jingled but didn't budge. 'Locked.' I thought and groaned. I put my head on the door, as if to be able to reach him.

"Nightmare?" I whispered into the door-way and waited.

No response. 'Is he ignoring me? Did I make him that upset?' I thought and decided to try again. I knocked on the door lightly.

"Nightmare? Can you hear me?" I whispered again. I heard shuffling against the door and took it as a response. "I-I'm sorry," I said, not even sure what I was sorry for. "But can you please open the door?"

Again, no response. I sighed again. I lifted my head off the door and started my way back to my room.

Click.

I stopped in my tracks.

Creeaakkk.

I turned around.

"I-I'm sorry as well." He said as he left the bathroom. He looked over to me. "I should've stayed upstairs like you said, I-" I cut him off by hugging him.

"It's okay. Thanks, for helping me." I said to him, hugging him tighter. He stayed silent. I was about to let go until his arms finally wrapped around me into a tight hug.

"Your welcome."

We stayed like that, for what felt like hours, but we knew we had to separate sooner or later. We looked at each other. "I-I... I should've stayed up here. I-I didn't mean to harm 'them'. I'm feel bad for doing it at a-" He started rambling.

"Hey." I cut him off. "Forgive and forget, right?" I said smiling softly at him. A blue hue formed on his face.

"R-right." He said and smiled as well. "Forgive and forget."

okay first let me say, I am sorry it is so much shorter than I normally have it!! D= BUT!! I'm going to have next chapter longer in return, why? cause of a certain someone from the prologe MWAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Nightmare's wrath shall continue within school!!! Speaking of which I am starting school tomorrow so expect a late update for forced resets. ANYHOO g'night and I hope you enjoy this chapter and the story so far!!
