~~~Nightmare's POV~~~

I pulled Y/N along as she held Temmie tightly. Twisting and turning through the trees. Every time a bone was close to hitting her I would block it with my own. For some reason the Papyrus seemed to grow confused every time I summoned one. We ran for what seemed like forever until I noticed a tree with a deep hole in it. I pulled her into a huge circle, making them loose sight of her, and shoved her into the hole, by now Temmie was awake and was just staying quiet. I stayed out and watched the look around for her.

"WHERE DID THE HUMAN GO?!" The San-.... No, Raspberry-Yelled at the Papyrus.

"It seems she disappeared on us m'lord." Papyrus said. Raspberry smacked him.

"I SEEM TO HAVE NOTICED THAT YOU IGNORANT ASS!" Raspberry yelled. "SHE COULDN'T HAVE GONE FAR! FIND HER, AND DON'T SLACK OFF!" Raspberry said undoing the lease on Papyrus and storming off in a random direction.

I walked up slightly to Papyrus, he couldn't see me anyways, and I wasn't to far from Y/N. A branch snapped under me making me freeze as Papyrus looked at me and narrowed his eyesockets. He started walking in my direction. I backed up and ran towards where Y/N was.

"Nightmare, what-"

"Shh." I said putting a hand on her mouth.

The sound of crunching snow got closer and closer until...

"I know your in that tree. Unlike m'lord, I know that you left tracks in the snow. Just make it easier for the both of us and come out." Papyrus said making the two of us freeze, in both breath and movement, we stayed like that for a bit. A sigh was heard. "You better come out, or I will make you come out."

We stayed like that for about a couple seconds before Y/N started to move.

"Y/N, no! he-" Temmie started but was cut off.

"Shh.." she said and got out. I followed suite.

We stood before Papyrus, him taking a drag of his cigarette calmly, before blowing out the smoke and looking at her with a calm expression.

"Normally.. I would kill you right now.." He said making Y/N take a step back, I stood in front of her protectively, my eye blazing a neon blue. "But," He continued. "I want an answer. How did you summon the Gaster Blaster and bones?" He asked seriously.

"T-The what?" She asked confused, Temmie was staring confused as well.

"The giant skull.. How did you summon it?"

"W-What skull?" His eyesocket twitched in anger.

"Okay.. Who else besides that mangy mutt is with you?" He asked taking a step forward.

"N-No one, it's only me and T-Temmie." She lied taking a step back. He frowned and crushed his cigarette in anger.

"Don't lie to me." He took a step. "I know there is someone else, how can you have two sets of footprints?" He asked indicating to the snow.

We both looked down and it was true! I took a step back and noticed it left a footprint. "Guess the curse only affects me, not the area around me." I noted. I looked up just in time to see Papyrus bringing a sword bone down. I quickly summoned my own and blocked it.

"I knew it.." He mumbled and made his right eye blaze a vibrant red. He soon summoned many bones surrounding Y/N.

"Crap!" I said and turned around. I put a hand out and summoned Gaster Blasters around her, blocking all the bones. Big mistake. I felt something slash my back. My eyes widened in surprise and I fell forward. Pain consumed my back.

"Nightmare!" I heard Y/N yell and attempted to run up to me but was stuck by Papyrus' magic.

"Nightmare huh? Guardian angel of yours?" Papyrus asked, my vision was becoming blurry, but didn't wait for an answer. "Well, now he's a dead angel."

"Not on my watch!" I heard someone say, and I blacked out.

~~~Your POV~~~

"Well, now he's a dead angel." Papyrus said raising the bone sword above his head. 'NO!' I thought and tried to move, but couldn't, I could tell I was crying.

"Not on my watch!" Someone familiar said and took over Papyrus' SOUL. He threw him out of the way and down a random path, then Dream appeared from the tree's. "No need to fear Dream is here!" He said with a heroic pose and stars in his eyes. By now Papyrus' magic had lost it's affect.

"Nightmare!" I yelled and ran up to the unconscious goopy skeleton. Blood mixed with the black sludge making the red a darker color.

"What happened?" Dream asked standing on the other side of Nightmare.

"H-He was protecting me an-and P-Papyrus slashed him!" I said, my body wracking with sobs. A hand was put on my shoulder.

"Don't worry, he'll be okay." Dream reassured me and put his hands on Nightmares back, earning a groan, and making his left eye glow a bright yellow. His hands started to glow the same color as the huge slash on Nightmare's back started to heal up.

Halfway through the process I looked up to see how focused Dream had become. I also noticed the towering presence behind him. He was watching in awe at Nightmare. I decided it best not say anything and interrupt Dream, but I stared cautiously at the weird looking version of Nightmare.

~~~Raspberries POV~~~

I stood there in awe at the brighter version of me. I heard my worthless piece of trash brother earlier and came to investigate, only to find these four. The brighter one seemed to be healing someone, someone I clearly couldn't see before. A black, gooey version of him. I noticed the human look up at me, but didn't say anything. I was too far into a trance to care.

"There, done." The brighter me said and wiped the top of his skull clear of the yellow beads of sweat. "What's wrong Y/N?" He asked the human and turned to look at me. Once he looked at me his eye blazed a vibrant yellow, making my SOUL turn yellow, and I was thrown backwards. I flew backwards far, until I stopped abruptly by Papyrus.

"Are you okay m'lord?" He asked. I just nodded, to focused on the gooey version of me to actually speak. Papyrus sighed and looked up, I could tell his eye was ablaze. "Now their in for it." He mumbled.

OH MY GAWD!! I am so sorry for not updating in the past... week? I think. Some stuff happened involving my story 'Forced Resets' and I have no clue as to why the computer didn't update this story. -sigh- I feel like an ass for not noticing and updating it sooner... I also noticed this story is already over HALFWAY IN VIEWS THAN FUCKING 'FORCED RESETS'!!! LIKE HOLY HELL!! I actually didn't think this story would be that good! I was clearly proven wrong....
