Alex POV

Everyone got into battle stance. Gabby charged for Monokuma. She tried to slash him but he dodged. She tried over and over but he was moving too fast. I was so focused on Gabby that I was hit by Envy and sent flying.

"Maybe you should focus on your own battles kid", he mocked. I turned my dagger into a sword and blocked his next hit. Envy threw a furry of punches but I blocked each one. I looked out of the corner of my eye, seeing Ryuga throw fireballs at Altair, Izaya throw knives at her, Ulric trying to slash her, and Crona trying to hit her with his Screaming Resonance.

I increased my speed and slashed Envy's side. He grunted and glared at me.

"Ha!! Got ya", I declared. Red sparks glowed from his wound, healing itself. I forgot he could regenerate.

"Crap", I said. Envy charged for me and punched my gut, sending me flying. I landed on my feet but winced in feeling the pain in my stomach. Taking the opportunity Envy grabbed my hair and kneed me in the same spot.

"Just give up. You and your friends don't stand a damn chance. Take a look", Envy said. I looked at the battle. Gabby was being scratched by Monokuma nonstop. She tried over and over to slash him but he kept dodging.

"Sorry girly, but no one can kill this bear", he stated. Then he jumped into the air and was about to hit Gabby but she took the chance and punched Monokuma in the gut. He crashed into the ground hard.

"Looks like I still have a chance", she said.

"You bitch!! You'll pay for that", he raged. He ran up to her and scratched her legs, making her cry out in pain. I looked over at Altair's battle.

Ulric kept trying to punch her but was having no luck.

"Dammit. I can't hit her", he growled. Izaya's knives were constantly blocked by Altair's swords.

"I'm afraid my luck isn't much better", he said.

"What do we do?", Crona asked panicked. Ryuga smirked.

"I have a plan, follow my lead', he said. The others nodded. Ryuga summoned L-Drago. It roared and charged for Altair. Altair grabbed one of her swords and blocked the attack. The 2 of them continued to fight.

"Now guys!!", Ryuga called out. Izaya threw his knives at Crona.

"Screaming Resonance", Crona said. The knives thrown at Crona were deflected and shot at Altair. All the knives hit her arm. Then Ulric flew up and slashed her back with his claws.

"Hell yeah! Now we're getting somewhere", he stated. Altair winced in pain.

"Finish her L-Drago", Ryuga ordered. L-Drago opened its mouth wide and was about to eat her but suddenly, a small portal opened below her and she went through it. She was no where to be seen.

"Dammit. Where did the bitch go?" Ryuga yelled. Everyone looked around franticlly. Then 3 large swords hit L-Drago through the gut. It roared in pain and went back into Ryuga's gauntlet.

"Sorry, but you cant kill me that easily" Everyone looked above to see not one, but 2 Altairs in the sky.

"Are you kidding me?', Ulric snapped. Envy laughed like an evil maniac.

"You see kid, you can't stop us. The best you can do is die right here", he stated. We glared into each other's eyes.

"We won't give up", I stated.

"Oh yeah, how exactly can you fight back?", he asked.

"Well I know one way" Suddenly all eyes were on Magane, who had appeared at random.

"Who the hell are you?", Envy asked.

"Not important, but to answer your other question, I do know a way of how they can beat you", she chimed.

"Shut it bitch", Envy snapped,"You don't know what you're talking about."

"Oh but I do. The solution is simple, the 2 demon hounds need to reveal themselves", she stated.

"Say what?", Envy said shocked.

"If you know something you better say something little girl", Monokuma threatened. Magane laughed.

"Tell us who it is, NOW", Altair demanded. Magane looked at Envy.

"You know your holding one right now", she stated. Envy gasped and looked at me. I gave a nervous laugh. He immediately dropped me. Gabby looked at me concerned.

"Gabby?", I said. She gritted her teeth.

"Do it. We don't have a choice", she stated. I nodded. The 2 of quickly transformed into our demon hound forms. 

"Holy crap", Envy said stumbling back from me. Gabby glared at Monokuma. 

"Hehe, good doggy?", he said nervously. Gabby took him in his mouth and threw him aside. Then we ran up to an Altair each. I bit onto one but it disappeared.

"What the-", Croan said.

"Must be a magic double or something", Izaya analyzed. Gabby whacked the real Altair down with her large tail. Altair crashed into the ground.

"Damn you", she said. I stood by my sister's side.

"Well, what's the plan now?", Envy asked Monokuma.

"We retreat, no doubt your Father will have something to deal with these bitches", he replied. Envy nodded, grabbed Altair, and all 3 of them disappeared. Gabby and I looked at our group.

They're faces were still in shock. Magane hummed.

"Well....this is awkward", she stated. 

"Gabby. What do we do now?", I asked, using our psychic bond. Gabby looked at all the faces of our friends, each one full of shock. She glared at Magane, then looked back at the group.

"Run", was all she said.

"What?", I said.

"Run! Just run dammit, hurry", she urged. We quickly bolted. I heard the others call out for us to come back but we ignored them. We just kept running nonstop. I felt bad, we had friends, then we lost them.

Author POV

All the guys watched Gabby and Alex run off.

"Wow. I can't believe it", Crona said.

"I knew they were hiding something but that was huge", Izaya stated.

"Well what now?", Ulric asked. Ryuga thought about this. Those twins were still his recruits, his responsibility.

"If I were you guys, I'd go after them, but that's just me", Magane said. 

"Shut up!!", Ulric snapped.

"No, she's right. We need to get them back. They would be great for Central command", Ryuga stated.

"And...they were really nice to us", Crona said.

"Well then perhaps we should hurry", Izaya urged. Splitting in different directions the group began their search for the 2 twins.
