Gabby's POV

I was in my room, looking out on the balcony. I felt a bit homesick. I wonder how my family was? Were they worried about us? We're there police reports or anything? I sighed. I was having a good time here with my new friends, but I did miss home. My old friends, my family, school.......my old life. I frowned and looked at the flower I held in my hands. I wonder if Alex felt the same way. I decided to go find her, talk to her for a bit. Maybe she can make me feel better, its not like this is something I can tell the others.

I left our room and went to find her. I needed her positive spirit right now. I wandered around Central, trying to find her. Soon enough I did find her, heading to Stein's office. Her arms, wrists, and one leg were bandaged and were a bit red, showing she had been bleeding. My eyes widened and ran over to her.

"ALEX! Oh god what happened!" I said slightly panicked. Alex looked at me and smiled.

"Oh this, its nothing don't worry." she said.

"Don't worry?! Screw that! Tell me what happened!" I snapped. Alex hesitated.

"Uh well...." she said.

"Alex-chan!" called a voice. Izaya came over to us with Ryuga and Magane. They all looked at her with wide eyes.

"Alex what the hell happened to you?!" Ryuga said. 

"Oh uh, as I was just explaining to Gabby, uh Takano wanted me to help her, uh......sort her stuff out. Yeah, and uh I found a box full of her grandfather's swords. And haha, you know how bad of a clutz I am." Alex said, laughing nervously. Izaya looked at her suspiciously.

"Swords? Why would her grandfather have those?" he asked.

"Forget that! The point is to be more careful Alex! You could have gotten yourself killed!" I stated. Alex frowned.

"I'm sorry, it was an accident. But I'll be more careful for now on. Promise." she said. I frowned. This couldn't be true, but I'll roll with this for now. For all I know she could be telling the truth. 

"Anyway, I needed to see Professor Stein so I gotta get going." Alex said. She started to walk away. 

"May we come with you?" Izaya asked. All eyes were on him. Izaya had a kinda serious look on his face.

"I needed to talk to Stein about something too. So I don't see why we can't go together." he said. I can see the nervousness in Alex's eyes, almost fear. But she smiled.

"Uh, of course. The more the merrier!" she chimed. She led us to Stein's office. When we got to his door she knocked. I looked at the others, who were all eyeing Alex. None of them had to stay, but we all were for one reason.

Alex is not acting like herself, and seems to be hiding something.

Stein opened the door.

"Ah Alex, how can I help you?" he asked. Alex smiled.

"I have a favor from Takano. She wanted me to pick up some files on chimeras." she said. Stein looked at her curiously.

"Chimeras?" he said. He smoked on his cigarette.

"I don't know. I thought I explained to Takano that those files were top secret, as well as some others. What does she want with them?" he asked.

"Uh, she didn't say." Alex said, almost quietly. Stein looked at her concerned.

"Is something wrong Alex?" he asked.

"Oh no, nothing at all. So, about those files?" Alex asked. I looked at her surprised. She was in a hurry to change the subject huh? Stein looked at her for a good minute. Then he sighed.

"Come inside." he said. We all went inside. Stein looked through his drawers, then pulled out a big orange envelope.

"Here. Tell Takano I want to talk to her later." Stein said. Alex nodded.

"Of course. No problem." she said. She took the envelope in her hands. Then suddenly she cried out, dropped the envelope, and clutched onto her head.

"Alex, what's wrong?" I asked. She ignored me and cried out again, stumbling back and falling back onto the couch.

"So loud, dammit what is that?!" she cried. 

"What is it? I don't hear anything." Magane said. Alex cried out again.

"What's going on?!" she said. Ryuga sat next to her and took her by the shoulders.

"Alex what's wrong?! What do you hear?!" he asked. Alex only cried out louder, her eyes glowing purple.

"Another vision?" Izaya asked. Stein looked at her seriously.

"Maybe, but...." he said. Alex gave out one more cry before she passed out and collapsed into Ryuga's arms. Ryuga shook her.

"Shit Alex, Alex wake up!" he said.

"Alex!" I cried.

Author's POV

*in Alex's head*

Alex looked around panicked. She was in Central, but there was trouble. Altair was dragging around a giant cannon, firing at the building tons of times. Alex was at the front gate, tied up in her fox form. She struggled to break free but it was no use. She was tied up in chains. She watched in horror as Altair blew the building to pieces, each cannonball causing more destruction then the last. Medusa held her chain that kept her tied up.

"Look at this you fool. All this chaos and destruction." Medusa said. She smiled at Alex with red glowing eyes. 

"Isn't it lovely?" she asked. Altair brought out Gabby in her wolf form, who was also tied up in a chain. 

"Bring forth the prisoners." Altair said as she stood by Medusa, her eyes also glowing red. Monokuma and Takano pushed forward Magane, Crona, Izaya, Ryuga, Ulric, and Envy to them, them pushed to them to their knees. They were tied up in chains as well. They all struggled against the restraints, desperate to break free. 

"Don't even bother, its over." Takano said. Altair summoned a bunch of swords at their heads. Gabby yipped and barked, trying to get to them. Alex meanwhile, was frozen in fear. Altair snapped her fingers, then all at once the swords went through their friend's heads, killing them all. One by one their bodies collapsed onto the ground. Gabby yowled at this, tears streaming down her cheeks. 

"Can we go now?" Monokuma asked.

"Yes. We have done all we needed to do. Lets go." Takano said. We were about to leave. But suddenly our friends corpses starting to twitch. Then they spasmed everywhere. Soon, there bodies were completely black and they all stood up, with glowing red eyes and wicked smiles. 

"What?! What is the meaning of this?!" Takano said panicked. All of a sudden a black wave came out of the six of them, and came straight towards us. Alex looked with one tear streaming down her cheek. Then everyone was swept by the darkness, leaving her to see nothing but pitch black. Then those same six surrounded her.

"You have done quite well to collect a team like this. Good friends, a loving sister. You have it all." said dark Envy. 

"Yes, you are very lucky." dark Crona said. Dark Ulric came up to her.

"But you better damn well remember something kid. None of this is real." he said. Dark Magane twirled and leaned close to her ear. 

"But we are, and what we say is as well." she said. Dark Ryuga looked her in the eye.

"We promise you, the friends you have, will soon abandon you, cause of you and your sister. Something only you two did." he said. Dark Izaya grabbed her and turned her around.

"And that is a promise." he said. He leaned close to her face, whispering in her ear.

"So watch your back, both of you. And we'll see you again, in your dreams....." he said as he stabbed her in the stomach with his knife, ".....and in your grave." 

*end of vision*

Gabby's POV

After a good ten minutes, Alex jolted awake from and looked around scared. Her eyes were wide, she was trembling nonstop and she was breathing deeply.

"Alex thank god, what happened?! What did you see?" Ryuga said.

"Yeah, was it another vision?!" I asked. Alex looked away for a moment, her hair covering her eyes.

"Alex-chan?" Izaya asked.

"It was nothing." Alex said quietly. We all looked at her confused.

"Alex?" Stein said. Alex picked up the envelope.

"It was nothing, really." she said, her eyes refusing to look at us.

"Bullshit! Whatever just happened wasn't nothing. What the hell happened?!" Magane said.

"I said it was nothing. Now I need to get these files to Takano." Alex said. She started to walk away. 

"Alex." Izaya said seriously. I looked at him surprised. He didn't use her nickname. Alex stopped. Izaya looked at her seriously.

"What did you see, Alex?" he said. Alex turned around and smiled brightly.

"It was nothing really. I promise!" she chimed in her baby voice. With that, she left. We all stood there dumbfounded.

"Okay we can all agree that wasn't nothing right?" Magane asked. Stein frowned.

"Leave her be I suppose, but I'll do some research." he said. I frowned. With that we all left the room in silence. We all knew something was wrong. Izaya seemed especially troubled. I guess all we can do is wait for her to talk. 

I just wonder what she saw?
