Alex POV

Gabby and I were now one massive Demon Alpha. Medusa smiled wickedly.
"My my, so you did know about your real power. I'm surprised you haven't used it before", she said.

We barked at her.
"Shut it Medusa", Gabby's voice said.

"Hey, we can talk?", I said confused.
"I guess so", Gabby replied.

"It won't matter. I will still defeat and capture you alive", Medusa stated.
"Not if we have a say in it", Gabby snapped.

"Bring it on witch bitch!", I yelled. Medusa glared at us.

"Lets see if you're all bark and no bite", she said. The giant black thing screeched and charged for us. We charged right into it, knocking it down.

Medusa jumped back.
"Dammit. Kill them", she ordered. The thing used its tentacles to wrap around our legs. We scorched them to ashes.

Then it jumped up and onto our back, trying to take control.
"Oh no, I am NOT some kiddy ride", Gabby yelled. We bucked off the creature and bit into its leg. We used all our strength and ripped it off.

The creature screamed in pain. 
"Ha, we got it", I cheered. Then the creature's leg started to grow back.
"You have got to be kidding me", Gabby said. 

We tried to get to it before the leg completely grew but the tentacles whacked us back. When the leg was regenerated the creature it glared at us.

Then it punched us in the face, making us stumble back.
"What now Gabby?", I asked.
"I...I don't know", she replied.

"Rip off the head" We looked at Crona.

"The head has the core to this labyrinth. If you destroy it not only will you kill it, but this whole place will collapse", he explained.

"How do you know that?", Ryuga asked.

"I can sense it", Crona replied.

"Can we get to the head though?", Gabby asked.

Ulric stepped up.
"Don't give up", he said. We looked at him surprised.

"That's right. Don't let that thing beat you", Magane cheered.

"You've got this", Envy stated.

"That's right cause you're 2 powers in one", Izaya said.

Ryuga stepped up.
"If you guys give up now, I'll never forgive you", he stated.

"Don't worry, we wouldn't dream of it", I chimed. Medusa laughed.

"So cute, you actually think you can beat me", she mocked.

"We can and we will", Gabby and I said in unison.

We charged for the black thing. Instead of going straight for it we went around.
"What the..", Medusa was confused.

We continued to keep running around in circles around the creature. As we ran we froze its feet to the ground and burned off the remaining tentacles.

"NOW", we said in unison. We jumped onto the creature and bit its head in our mouth.
"NO! You bitches", Medusa yelled. We ripped off the head and threw it to the ground.

The head disappeared to dust along with its body. Suddenly the place started to shake.

"What's happening?", I asked.
"The labyrinth. Its collapsing", Crona stated. Medusa's face was of pure rage. She shrieked.

"YOU RUINED EVERYTHING!! I'll make sure you ALL pay for this", she swore. With that she disappeared.

The floors and walls suddenly started to crack.
"I think we should brace for impact", Izaya suggested.

"No shit Sherlock", Ulric snapped. We all looked around franticly. Suddenly the setting around shattered like glass and disappeared.

Before we knew it we were back in the real world. We all waited for some sort of after effect but nothing happened.
"Huh. That was a bit anti climatic", Magane said flatly.

Our body started to glow brightly.
"Now what?", Gabby groaned.

"You're bodies are trying to separate. This is where the possibility of death lies", Izaya explained.

Everyone looked at us anxiously. The 2 of us gulped.
"Please don't have us die, please don't have us die", we both prayed. Slowly we started to separate.

Suddenly pain shot through my whole body and I screamed. Gabby did the same.
"HOLY CRAP THIS HURTS!", Gabby shrieked.
"I KNOW RIGHT", I screamed back. Our bodies slowly drifted away from each other.

Then we were both sent flying in different directions. The pain was gone. I groaned as I sat up.
"ALEX"
I look over to see Izaya, Ryuga, and Envy run towards me. They helped me to my feet and we went to join the others.

Gabby seemed tired but was standing just fine.
"Are you guys....ok?", Magane asked.

"Yeah, just a little tired but we're alive and in one piece", Gabby replied.

"That was very stupid you 2. What the hell were you thinking?", Ryuga scowled.
"No kidding. You could of easily died", Envy snapped.

"It was really risky", Crona said quietly.
"What other choice did we have. If we didn't do something we ALL would've died", Gabby pointed out.

"Yeah yeah, you're just lucky that you didn't die", Ulric said.
"Come on, we're all alive, the bad guy was defeated,  and we're out of the scary labyrinth. Can't we just be happy about that and try not to argue", I begged.

Magane shrugged.
"She does have a point", she said. Crona frowned.
"Medusa got away though", he said sadly.

"Don't worry Crona, we'll get her back for damn sure. I'll make sure of it", Envy stated. Crona smiled.

"There you all are"

We all looked over and our faces paled.
"We are so dead", Gabby said.
"Yup", I replied. It was Mustang and Stein.

They ran over to us with worried expressions.
"Alex and Gabby, are you ok? How are you not dead?", Mustang asked.
"Hello to guys too", Izaya said with sarcasm in his voice.

"So you guys are all ok?", Stein asked. We all nodded.
"Good, then WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?", Roy yelled.

We all flinched. Stein placed a hand on Roy's shoulder.
"Lets deal with them back at Central. We are still in public", he said. 

We all looked around, just now noticing all the people that were staring at us weirdly.

"Mommy, why is that man yelling?", a boy asked. The mother shushed him and dragged him away.
It suddenly felt very awkward. Roy sighed.

"Fine, but when we get back we're gonna have a long talk", he said pointing at the 2 of us. Without another word we headed back to Central Headquarters.

If we weren't dead before, we'll definitely get killed this time.
