Alex POV

After I explained to Roy about Envy he sat there, staring at him suspiciously. Envy and I were very uncomfortable waiting for the answer.
"Are you sure this isn't a trick, homunculus?", he asked roughly. Envy groaned.

" For the last time Mustang, I'm not tricking you", he replied.
"I dunno, its not like this kind of thing isn't common", Roy pointed out. I stepped up closer to him.

" Sir I know you may not trust him, but you trust me?", I asked. Roy raised an eyebrow.
"I suppose so, yes", he said.
" Well trust me when I say Envy is on the side of good now", I chimed. Roy looked at Envy, then back at me.

"Fine. But I've got my eye on you", he stated.

We left his office in a hurry and went to the others. Suddenly Envy stopped me when we got in front of one of the large windows.
"Something up Envy?", I asked.

"Well, I just....wanted to thank you", he said.
"For what?", I asked.

"For giving me a chance. Most people wouldn't do that for someone like me", he admitted. He frowned slightly and looked out the window.

I became worried.
"You sure you're gonna be ok?", I asked. Envy looked at me and smiled.

"Yeah, I'll be fine. Besides, I guess I have friends now", he said. I smiled and he ruffled my hair.
We finally found Ryuga, Magane, Crona, and Izaya outside.

They were all with the new dragon.
"Magane, what are you doing?", Ryuga asked. Magane took selfie after selfie with her and the dragon.

"C'mon man, when are you ever gonna get another chance like this?", she pointed out.
I beamed.

"Can I join?", I asked. All eyes were on me. Magane smiled.

"Sure thing, come here", she called out. I ran over and we took a selfie together.
"Have you guys decided what to name her?", I asked.

"Name her?", Ryuga said confused.
"Well she's member of the team too so she needs a name", I explained. 

"How about Dracona?", Izaya suggested.

"Nah. Too traditional, how about Killerclaw?", Envy said.

"What about Shooting Star?", Magane said. 

"Not bad, but it doesn't quite suite her", Crona said. Ryuga looked at me.

"Well genius, this was your idea so what do you think?", he asked. I thought hard as I walked over to her. The dragon bent her head to me and nuzzled against me. I took a good look. Her scales were all rainbow colors, she was friendly, and so shiny.

Then it hit me hard and I smiled huge.
"I got it. Its so obvious", I stated. Silence.

"Are you gonna tell us anytime soon?", Envy asked. I giggled.
"Sorry, was pausing for dramatic effect", I admitted. Ryuga facepalmed.

"Whatever, just say the damn name", he urged.

"Her new name shall be......SHINY!!!", I declared. Everyone looked at me confused. The dragon gave a happy bark and licked my face.

"See, she likes it", I chimed. Izaya chuckled.

"I guess her name is Shiny then", he stated. L-Drago came and nudged Shiny's face. Shiny nuzzled him back.

"Awwww, They're sooo cute", I stated.

"How long do you think until they have a child?", Izaya asked.
"Don't ask stupid questions like that", Ryuga said.

"Ha! You're just upset that your dragon has grown soft, kinda like you", Envy mocked. Ryuga grabbed on his hair.

"You wanna say that again palmtree", he snapped. 
"Ow! Hey watch it", Envy snapped back. My eyes widened. I HATED to see friends and family fight. 

I quickly got in between and pushed them apart.
"NO FIGHTING!!", I shouted. Everyone looked at me surprised. I collected myself and frowned.
"Sorry, I just don't like seeing the people I care about fight like that", I said quietly.

Flashback

I was only 6 years old. I listened behind my Mom and Dad's door. I knew they were fighting again and wanted to know exactly what was happening.

It didn't work well though when I heard them yell and I ran cowardly into my room. I got under the covers and said it was nothing. But it wasn't just nothing.

End of Flashback

I stood there, lost in thought.

"Alex, you ok?", Crona asked. I snapped out of it and put on a smile.

"Oh yeah, sorry about that. It was nothing", I chimed. Then Ulric finally came out, a serious look on his face.

"Hey Ulric, where have you been?", I asked.

"I was just having a chat with your sister", he stated. A bit of guilt was in his eyes. I became worried.

"Is everything ok?", I asked. Ulric didn't answer.

"Ulric, what did you say to her?", I asked. He remained silent. I looked at the others.
"Sorry guys, I have to see Gabby", I said quickly and darted to my room. When I got there Gabby had gotten out of the shower.

She had a depressed look on her face.

"You ok Gabby?", I asked.

"I guess", she said. My worries only grew. I came up and hugged her tight. She didn't pull away.

"Tell me what Ulric said to you", I demanded.

"Alex its ok really. Don't worry about it", she said. I sighed and pulled back.

"Are you sure? If he said something mean then I'll kick his ass", I stated. Gabby smiled and laughed a bit.

"I'm lucky to have you as my sister", she said. I gave a small smile. My thoughts went back to before. It was Gabby's turn to be worried.

"You ok? You seem a bit off", she said. I smiled bigger.
"I'm great, better even. Roy said Envy could stay and we named the dragon", I stated. We talked for a bit and felt much happier.

Author POV

Envy scratched the back of his head.

"That was weird. What do you guys think that was about?", he asked. 

"Not sure but Alex wasn't acting like herself a second ago", Ryuga said. 

"Its very interesting. I wonder if I could find out more", Izaya said.

"Seriously Izaya, you cant just experiment with everyone as a lab rat", Crona stated. 

Magane looked at Ulric.
"Hey Wolfie, what did you say Gabby?", she asked. Ulric glared at her.
"None of your business", he growled.

Magane flinched and backed away. Ulric felt slightly bad. He thought maybe he was too harsh on Gabby, but she needed to learn. She wasn't going to do so any other way.

Meanwhile back at the villain headquarters.

"Dammit!! I can't believe your idiot son went to join those brats!", Monokuma raged.
"I'm not surprised. Envy was trouble some from the moment I created him", Father stated.

"My you truly are a terrible dad", Medusa said. Altair came into the room with a phone in hand.
"I just spoke with our undercover, they said that they'll continue to keep and eye on things", she said.

"Excellent, luckily not even Envy knows about that person", Father said. 

"We will succeed, our plans are coming to motion", he stated.
