Gabby's POV

We ran through the forest, the others right behind me. I stopped though when we came upon a tower, with Lust and Gluttony guarding it.

"Is Alex in there?" Ryuga asked. I tried to sense her, but she wasn't there anymore.

"I don't sense her anymore, Envy too." I said.

"What nonsense are you saying you foolish girl? They are both just beyond those doors." Lust said.

"Oooh! And who are you?" Magane asked.

"Hi! I'm Gluttony! And this is Lust! We're homunculi!" Gluttony said. I already knew these two from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist.

"Where's Alex?! Give her back!" Ryuga snapped.

"No problem boy. All you have to do is get through us." Lust said.

"Two against six? No problem." Ulric replied. Lust smirked. Suddenly she extended her fingernails at us. We barely dodged.

"What the hell?!" Ulric said.

"Can I eat them Lust? Please?" Gluttony said.

"Not the Demon Hound, but you can eat everyone else." Lust said.

"Did they say eat?!" Ulric said. Gluttony opened his mouth very wide, fangs lining up along the inside of his mouth. Inside was nothing but darkness.

"Well this isn't good." Izaya said. He threw a knife at Lust, and it stabbed her right in the head. However she just pulled it out, red sparks healing the wound.

"Is that the best you've got?" she asked.

"Damn it, how do we beat these two?" Ulric said.

"Homunculi have philosopher stones right? All we have to do is grab them and destroy them right?" Crona said. I frowned. I didn't like the idea of killing anyone. It just sucks.

"Do we have to kill them? Maybe we can weaken them enough so that we can grab Alex and leave." I said.

"How do you suppose we do that?" Izaya asked. Magane leaped in front of Lust and slashed her neck with her dagger, but again it only healed. Lust would've grabbed her if she hadn't leaped back.

"Come now lady, can't you catch me?" Magane said. Lust tried to slash her with her fingernails but Magane either blocked or dodged.

"I would if you didn't move so much." Lust said frustrated.

"Tsk tsk tsk, how disappointing. Then again, you wouldn't be able to get me with those nails anyway." Magane said. Lust gritted her teeth.

"No one tells me what I can't do! Watch me cut you into pieces with these nails of mine!" she hissed. She charged for Magane. Magane smirked.

"A lie about a lie, it turns inside out on itself." she said, snapping her fingers afterwards. Lust swiped her nails at Magane, only for them to not even cut into her clothes. Her eyes widened.

"What?! Impossible!" Lust said. Magane grinned and giggled.

"Fool. Didn't you listen to me?" she said. She swooped in and stabbed Lust in the chest, causing her to cry out in pain.

"Now to cut out that philo-" Magane was cut off when she was being sucked in by Gluttony. She would've went in his mouth if Izaya hadn't grabbed her hand and pulled her away, leaping back. Gluttony continued to try to swallow them, and we all had to keep our distance. Lust pulled Magane's dagger out of her chest, threw it aside, and her wound healed.

"Did you really think it would be that easy?" Lust said.

"I got this!" I said. I focused really hard, forming and ice bow in my hands. I quickly shot two ice arrows at them, but they dodged it. Instead the arrows destroyed the door that led inside the tower. I quickly planted my foot down, the ground starting to get covered with ice. It soon froze Gluttony and Lust up to their waists. Gluttony roared at me, but I froze his mouth so no one could get swallowed up.

"Whoa, didn't see that coming." Izaya said. I quickly ran over to the tower and looked inside. My eyes widened. The floor was completely destroyed, revealing a big pit down below.

"They're not here.....they fell through some kind of hidden pit." I said.

"Hmm, Gluttony did say he heard something crumble before you brats got here. Envy you idiot, we needed that fox!" Lust said. I looked at her surprised.

"Wait, Envy is your friend right? Don't you care if he's hurt or something?" I said. Lust only chuckled.

"You nothing of us do you? We homunculi....we only care about ourselves. No one else. Not even each other." Lust said with a smile. I frowned. Suddenly I pitied Envy for having such horrible allies.

"I'm done playing! I'm starving!" Gluttony mumbled. He burst out of the ice and tried to swallow me. I panicked as I was being sucked into his mouth. However Ulric flew to me and grabbed my wrist, pulling me away. Then he looked at Ryuga.

"Ryuga, summon L-Drago!" he said. Ryuga nodded and summoned him, and he had him scorch the two homunculi with his fire breath. They both screamed in pain as the fire burned their skins and bones. They tried to regenerate but L-Drago scorched them again. Then just as the flames went out, Ulric swooped in and ripped their philosopher stones right out of their chests. Then with no hesitation he dropped them and stomped on them hard. Lust and Gluttony screamed as they disappeared into dust. My eyes widened.

"There, its over." Ulric said. I looked at him shocked.

"You...killed them." I stuttered. Ulric looked over at me.

"Yeah, so what if I did?" he stated.

"I just.....nothing." I said. I was really surprised. Ulric killed two homunculi without hesitation or regret, and Alex and Envy were missing.......
