Gabby's POV

Its been a few days since our mission in the forest. Since we got pretty hurt that day, the Colonel said we could have a few days off. For a while though I was thinking about Magane, and wondered if she was okay. That day we offered her that chance, she turned it down. That wasn't like her. The Magane I know from the anime would snatch the opportunity if only to have fun and mess with the Central. But she didn't do that.

Anyway it was six in the morning, and I was running around the city in my wolf form. I've been doing this every morning as excerise. If I'm gonna be fighting in a military force I'll need to be in good health. I also always secretly hope I'll run into Magane. But there hasn't been any sign of her.

I went to rest on a tall building and looked out into the horizon, seeing the sunrise. I went ahead and let out a loud howl to the sun. Wolves always howl at the moon, so why not a little change it a bit. Then I just stared out into the sun, lost in thought.

"I'll never be your friend." Magane's voice rang in my head over and over again.

"Magane..." I thought.

"There you are." said a voice. I looked behind me and saw it was Ulric, flying over to me. I transformed out of my wolf form and into my human form. Today I was wearing a light blue tank top that had cute buttons on it, a thigh high dark blue skirt, and two white arm bands that went up to my elbows.

"Hey Ulric, whats up?" I asked. He landed next to me.

"You shouldn't leave so suddenly like that. You might get into trouble and we won't know where you are." he said. I frowned and looked away.

"Sorry, I'll say something next time." I said. Ulric looked at me concerned.

"Gabby?" he said. 

"Sorry, did you want us to head back? Lets go then." I said. I tried to walk past him but he grabbed my wrist.

"Hey hold on. Is something wrong?" Ulric asked. I was silent. Ulric frowned.

"Its Magane, your still worried about her huh?" he said. I nodded silently.

"Hey I'm sorry she's not with us but she made her choice. If she doesn't want to join then that's that. We can't change her mind." Ulric said.

"I guess...." I said. He turned around so that I was facing him.

"I'm sure she'll be alright. We'll see her again too, I promise." Ulric said. I smiled.

"Yeah your probably right. Thanks Ulric." I said. I blushed a little.

"Its to see you were worried about me." I said. Ulric quickly let go of my wrist and looked away.

"W-Well I was just making sure your head was clear so we can focus on our mission- OH SHOOT! That's right, I was looking for you cause we have our next mission right away." Ulric said.

"Oh well why didn't you say so sooner, lets go!" I said. With that we quickly left and headed back to Central. We ran inside, down the halls, and into Roy's office. The rest of our team was already there. 

"Good, your all here. We have an emergency." Roy said. When I saw who was standing next to the Colonel my eyes widened. It was Blitz Talker, from the anime Re:Creators. He was a man with guns and bullets. He stood before us.

"Hello everyone, my name is Blitz Talker. I am a member of the Brigg's military. And I am in need of your service." he said.

"Of course. How can we help?" Ryuga asked. 

"My daughter, Erina, has been captured by Altair and her minions." Blitz  said. My eyes widened. I remembered Erina. She really was his daughter, but she didn't have a big part.

"They want to use her for a new chimera experiment. Our other forces tried to find them, but were unsuccessful. So I would like all of you to find her. Please, save her. She's everything to me." Blitz said.

"Consider it done sir. We'll get your daughter back. Count on it." I said. 

"Okay, but didn't all this take place in Briggs? Does that mean you want us to go over there and get your daughter?" Izaya asked.

"That is correct. There are two members over there, waiting for you. Major and General Armstrong. Once you reach there, they will show you where Erina was last seen." Blitz explained. Alex smiled when she heard about General and Major Armstrong. She knew them well.

"Are there any debates?" Roy asked. We all shook our heads.

"Good, then you leave right now. Your train leaves in ten minutes." Roy said.

"A train?! Yay!" Alex cheered.

"He also said ten minutes! Move!" Ulric said. We bolted out of Central and went straight towards the train station. We moved our asses quickly. Soon we made it, and the train was about to leave.

"WAIT!" we called out. The conductor looked over at us. We all panted hard. Ryuga handedover the tickets.

"We (pant) need a (pant) ride." he said. The conductor smiled and nodded.

"Please, come aboard." he said. We all boarded the train and it started to move. We quickly took our seats and looked out the window as we waited to arrive at our destination.

Author's POV

The conductor took the tickets and threw them in the garbage. Then he transformed into his original form, which was none other than Envy. He took out a phone and called Altair.

"Altair? Its Envy. They're on the train and on there way." Envy said.

"Excellent, they fell for it. Now keep an eye on them and don't let them out of your sight. Make sure they come here." Altair said.

"Right." he said.

"Also, watch out for that Magane girl. With any luck, we could get her to join us." Altair said.

"Understood. Envy out." he said. He hung up and looked at the bloody corpse of the real conductor, which was stuffed in a supply closet.

"We'll finally take care of these pests, once and for all." he said to himself.

Meanwhile Magane was nearby the train station when she saw our heroes boarding the train. So she simply hopped onto the last train car as the train pulled away from the station. Ahe smiled to herself.

"I wonder what fun they're up to now." she said.
