This is a drawing of Tauriel and Kili in the third movie, The Battle Of The Five Armies. Here's a quick summary of the part:

Basically, Legolas wants Tauriel to leave with him, and says she's needed elsewhere, but she loves Kili. Tauriel regretfully picks Legolas, and Kili gives him his rock with carved runes on it for a promise to come back to him. The rock was given to him by his mother to remind him of his promise to come back to her, so it's a really sweet part, I was almost in tears of happiness!!
