3rd Person POV

The three teams are now seen running to some abandoned ruins with the Nevermore hot on their tail. They spread out and take cover to hide themselves as the bird-like Grimm passes above, it perches on a high column and caws.

Yang: (annoyed) Well that's great!

Suddenly the Deathstalker from earlier bursts from the trees behind them.

Jaune: Ah, man, run!

The teams emerge from their hiding spots causing the Nevermore to fly in the air.

Ren: Nora, distract it!

Nora runs out of her hiding spot dodging feather projectiles before reaching behind her and taking out a grenade launcher.

She fires heart-topped shells bursting into pink electricity when they hit the Nevermore causing it to fly away.

She wasn't aware of the Deathstalker rushing up behind her until Ren and Blake perform a cross slash with their respected weapons and (Y/N) letting out a stream of fire pushing the scorpion-like Grimm back.

Weiss lands next to Nora and creates a glyph beneath them and leap to safety while Ren, Blake, and (Y/N) are being chased.

Pyrrha: Go, go!

Pyrrha stops running and takes out her weapon called Miló and turns it into its rifle mode and starts shooting red bullets at the scorpion like Grimm. Holo stops beside her and takes out two green blades and forms it into a bow and lets loose a couple of fire dust infused arrows.

The Deathstalker reaches them and tries to swipe them, promoting them to run again.

The three teams race over the stone bridge but they didn't notice the flying Nevermore closing in on them until its giant wings shattered the bridge forcing the teams to separate Ruby, Weiss, Yang, Nora, and Jaune on one side Blake, Ren, Pyrrha, and (Y/N) and his team on the other side with the Deathstalker.

Before (Y/N) and his team could advance both he and Holo hear something heading their way something big.

Holo: (Y/N)!

(Y/N): I hear it!

(Y/N) nodded to his team and they jump over the Deathstalker and back into the clearing.

Ruby saw them jump back where they came from.

Ruby: What are you guys doing?!

(Y/N): We got something coming our way. We'll handle it you guys take care of those things!

Ruby wanted to protest but she knew he was right.

Ruby: Ok... and (Y/N)!

(Y/N): Yeah?!

Ruby: Be careful!

(Y/N): (smirks) YOU be careful!

Ruby smiled and joined her team in fighting the Nevermore.

(Y/N) and his team ready their weapons (minus Hitomi) for the Grimm heading their way.

All of a sudden three giant Grimm burst from the trees.

The team was shocked at the sight of the new Grimm.

Hitomi: What the fuck are those things?!

Holo: I've never seen Grimm like these before!

All of a sudden they hear a roar from the sky.

(A/N): Listen from 0:12 to 0:14.

A giant figure landed on the ground revealing to be a Dragon-like Grimm.

(Y/N) smirked at the sight of the Dragon Grimm.

Diane: Anyone got any ideas? I'm all for it.

(Y/N): We can't take them all at once so lets split up, pick one and take it down.

Holo: Divide and conquer? I can get behind that.

Hitomi: I'll take the one with the antlers.

Diane: I'll take the big one.

Holo: I'll take the big cat.

(Y/N) looks at the Dragon Grimm and summons his two trusty pistols Mercy and Redemption.

(Y/N): Looks like it's just me and you.

He finally summons his helmet readies himself for battle.

The team readies themselves and the four Grimm do the same.

They only stand there glaring at each other until the Dragon Grimm roars signaling the other Grimm to charge.

(Y/N)'s team charges as well but he stays behind firing his two pistols at the Dragon Grimm.

The giant Grimms crystal on its forehead glowed and shoots a laser causing Diane to dodge it while running. She eventually reached the giant Grimm and tackled it with immense strength and they rolled around into another part of the ruins.

With Holo she charges at the sabertooth Grimm when they reach each other the Grimm swipes at Holo but she dodges it with a backflip and lands on the Grimms back and plunges both of her blades into its back causing it to roar in pain. It bucks around trying to shake Holo off its back taking them to a different part of the ruins.

With Hitomi, she's dodging the horned Grimms attacks with a smirk on her face. She eventually jumps a few meters away, she eventually runs to a different part of the ruins laughing with the Grimm on her tail.

Diane's POV

The Grimm and I kept rolling trying to get an advantage on the other.

Eventually, the Grimm grabbed me and threw me to a tree denting it in the process.

I get back up and glare at the Grimm and it glares right back.

The crystal on its head suddenly began to glow.

I get ready to dodge but it didn't fire any lasers.

Diane: (raises eyebrow) What's it doing?

My question was answered when I heard growling behind the Grimm.

What came out behind it was a pack of Grimm two Ursas and five Beowolves.

I ready my hammer and smirked.

Diane: Seven on one? I like those odds.

One Beowolf charges at me so I swing my hammer, breaking its jaw.

Another Beowolf lunges at me so I use the pike on my hammer and bury it in its head.

One of the Ursai knocked me to the ground.

It tries to take a bite out of me but I grab it's upper and lower jaw and roll it onto its back.

Once it was on its back I began punching its head endlessly until its head exploded.

Another Beowulf tries to lunge at me but I grab its throat and smash it into another Beowulf killing them both.

I grab my hammer off the ground and slam it on the last Beowulf's head, turning it to paste.

The last Ursai slashes at me with its claws but I lean back, dodging it.

I jab my hammer into its genitals making it hunch over in pain.

I lift up my right foot and slam it into its head shattering its skull into pieces.

The bodies of the Grimm then turned into ash.

Once the bodies faded I rested my hammer on my shoulder and I turned to the giant Grimm.

Diane: (smirks) Is that the best you got I mean come on how do you expect to beat me?

My question was answered when a lot more Grimm emerged from the bushes.

Diane: (nervous) Good answer.

Holo's POV

I'm still hanging onto my blades for dear life as the saber-toothed Grimm kept bucking into another part of the ruins.

Eventually, my hands slipped and I was thrown off.

I rolled to the ground for a while until I stopped.

I stood up just in time to dodge the Grimm as it tried to pounce on me.

I stood a few meters away from it and I saw my two blades still on it's back.

The Grimm turns towards me and glares as I glare back.

We both charge and as we both reach each other it slashes at me but I dodge the attack by backflipping over the Grimm and I grab my two blades in the process.

I land on my two feet and I put my two blades together into bow mode and I grab two arrows from their quiver and I ready my bow.

The Grimm turns around and I fire the two arrows into its eyes making it roar in pain.

It begins to thrash around hoping to get me but without its sight, all it's hitting is rocks and trees.

I grab a fire dust arrow from the quiver.

I put the arrow on the string and pull my arm back and let it loose.

The arrow hits the Grimm causing an explosion.

The explosion causes an explosion obstructing my vision.

I take out another arrow just in case it was still alive.

And I guess the universe hates me because the Grimm emerged from the smoke and smacked me away.

I hit a rock and I was knocked unconscious.

Hitomi's POV

I led this Grimm to another part of the ruins still dodging its attacks.

It tries to slash at me again but backflip away from the attack.

I land a few meters away from the Grimm and I cross my arms.

The Grimm stops confused as to why I'm not running.

Hitomi: I know you probably don't understand me but I'm going to tell you this anyway. You see I got a new partner today and I don't like him one bit.

It tries to pounce on me but I dodge the attack and keep talking.

Hitomi: I mean that Deathstalker could have given me a good fight but noooo Mr. Party Pooper had to ruin my fun!

The Grimm tries to attack me again and yet again I dodge it.

Hitomi: Oh well I guess you're gonna have to help me with my boredom.

I smirked and transformed into my Brute form.

I now had black fur with white tints covering various parts of my body such as the sides of my body up to under my armpits and my shoulders down to the top of my biceps though my arms are fully covered in fur as are my legs up to my upper mid-thigh. I also had a short tail on my back and a pair of small ears on my head. My nails have sharpened into claws and my teeth turned into fangs and my usual brown eyes have turned bright glowing red.

The Grimm seemed shocked at my transformation.

I approached my opponent with the smirk still on my face.

Hitomi: You know now that I realized it you exactly have a name do you? I mean you're a new breed of Grimm that no one has seen before so I guess it's only fair that I give you a name.

I stood directly in front of the Grimm and it looked down at me.

Hitomi: How does Horny sound? You know because of the horns-

It interrupts me by smacking me away.

I roll around the ground for a while only stopping by crashing into a rock causing dust to fly.

I jump out of the dust cloud, only for the Grimm to grab my face and slam me to the ground head first.

I cover my face with my arms as it begins to rapidly punch me in my face.

It kept on punching until I moved my head, dodging the punch.

I quickly get to my feet and the Grimm tries to punch me but I jump to its left side and I throw a flurry of slashes.

It dodged each and every one of my attacks and it punches me away to a tree.

I land on the tree and launch myself back at the Grimm.

It tries to slam me down with both of its fists but I vault over its fist and I slam my left leg on its right shoulder.

The Grimm then grabbed the said leg and began to slam me on the ground repeatedly.

Even with all this pain, I can't help but smirk.

The Grimm raises me up ready to slam me again but I slash at its face.

Unfortunately, it ducks and punches me away.

I landed on my two feet and slid to a stop.

The Grimm tries to punch me but I jump back dodging the attack.

I jump around on a few trees getting behind the Grimm.

As I got close but it backhands me into a tree, shattering it in the process.

I grab two sharp pieces of wood and I throw them at the Grimm only for it to swat them away.

While it was distracted I quickly ran behind it and I threw a right jab.

The Grimm turned around and threw a left jab.

Both of our first collided causing a shockwave which knocked me back.

I corrected myself and landed on my feet.

The Grimm tries to crush my head with its fists but I put up my arms and blocked them.

I hold its fists back with some struggle but even then I can't help but to smirk.

The Grimm gets pissed and lets out a loud screech that pushes me back.

The Grimm punched me to the ground and began to rapidly punch me in the face.

It stopped for a moment and let out another loud screech and then continued its assault.

Well until I bit off three of its fingers causing the Grimm to scream in pain.

I get up and spit the Grimms finger on the ground and they turn to ash.

Hitomi: Let me ask you something, was that screech supposed to make me scared?

The Grimm had a shocked expression on its face answering my question.

Hitomi: (thoughts) Well, at least I know it understands me. (reality) Let me let you in on a little secret I have never felt fear in my life EVER. I guess it's just written in my DNA considering I'm a Brute Ratel. Ratels such as myself aren't afraid of anything not even Grimm like you. You should really pay more attention to your opponents.

I make a funny face.

Hitomi: Dumbass.

The Grimms left eye twitched and it roared in anger and lunged at me with its claws out.

I jumped over the attack and slashed the Grimms throat with my right claw.

I land a few feet away.

I turn around and I see the Grimm clutching its throat as it choked on its blood.

The Grimm eventually fell to the ground dead.

As its body turned to ash I sighed in relief.

Hitomi: (smiles) Well, that calmed me down a lot. (frowns) Too bad it's only for now, now I gotta deal with that (Y/N) guy for the rest of my four years in this school (groans) I swear that guys gonna piss me off.... but.... why does he seem so familiar like I've seen him somewhere before?

I see some explosions in the distance where me and the rest of the team separated.

Hitomi: I'll think about it later, right now I think I should go help the others.

Diane's POV

Diane: These things just keep coming!

The giant Grimm just keeps calling more Grimm and right now I'm basically surrounded.

I bash another Beowulf with my hammer but right after I killed the Beowulf an Ursa grabs my hammer with its teeth.

Diane: Hey, get your dirty mouth off of that!

The Ursa didn't listen and instead pulled my hammer out of my hands and threw it away.

The Ursa then tackled and pinned me to the ground.

A lot more Grimm began to pile up on me biting and clawing at me.

My aura is shielding me from the damage but I knew that it wouldn't last long.

Diane: (thoughts) Damn it at this rate they'll kill me!

An idea suddenly pops into my head.

Diane: (thoughts) Guess I have no choice huh?

My eyes glowed white and I began growing in size.

I burst out of the pile of Grimm as I grew to 30 feet in height.

I look down at the Grimm that piled up on me earlier.

They all looked up at me in fear.

I shot a glare at them and they all ran away in fear.

The giant Grimm roared in anger demanding his minions to come back but they kept running away.

Diane: (smirks) Not so tough without your minions huh?

The Grimm growled in anger as it turned towards me.

I cracked my knuckles and then I took a stance.

Diane: (smirks) We're both the same size now so let's settle this, shall we?

The Grimm roared and then charged at me.

It slashes at me with it's left claw but I duck under it and throw a left jab to its gut.

I got back up and threw a right hook to its face and then a left uppercut making it stumble back.

The Grimm throws a right hook but I block it with my forearm and I throw a right jab to its face.

I roundhouse kick the Grimm with my right foot making it fall to the ground.

I grabbed the Grimms tail and began to swing it around, hitting its head on a couple of trees (which shattered on impact) in the process.

I then threw it a couple of feet from me making it roll around the ground.

The Grimm got back and turned towards me with a pissed off look.

The gem on its head glowed and fired its laser at me.

I roll to my left dodging the shot.

It fired another laser causing me to dodge again.

It fired another shot but this time I decided to take it head-on.

Diane: HEAVY METAL!

My skin on my entire body was then covered in metal.

The laser landed its mark but it bounced off my body on contact.

The Grimm's eyes widened as I approached it.

It kept firing its lasers but every shot bounced off my body as I continued my approach.

The Grimm tried to fire another laser but I covered the crystal on its head.

Diane: You won't be needing this anymore!

I then dug my fingers into its head and ripped the crystal right off.

The Grimm screamed in pain as its greatest weapon was removed.

That's when I noticed the Grimm began to change.

Its form now looked more beast-like, more feral.

My skin turned back to normal and I looked at the crystal in my left hand in wonder.

Diane: So this is what made that thing so smart?

The Grimm roared and then lunged at me with its maw open and its teeth showing.

I shoved the crystal into its mouth and then I threw a right hook to its face making the crystal explode in its mouth.

The Grimm staggered back as its bottom jaw dangled from its face and its mouth smoked from the explosion.

I decided it was time to end the fight so I picked up my hammer off the ground as it grew in size for me to handle.

I turned my hammer to the spike side and raised it in the air.

I then brought the hammer down impaling the Grimms head, killing it instantly.

I pulled my hammer out of its head as its body fell to the ground and turned to ash.

I rested my hammer on my shoulder and smiled in victory.

Diane: A job well done Diane.

I see explosions in the distance from where me and the team separated.

Diane: I guess I should go help out.

I then made my way back not bothering to shrink my size.

Holo's POV

I wake up from my unconsciousness and slowly get up to my feet as I see the Grimm sniffing the air.

It then turned towards me and roared in anger.

Holo: (thoughts) At least I know it has a good sense of smell.

My eyes landed on my bow that laid a few feet from me.

I look back at the Grimm with a determined look on my face.

Holo: (thoughts) Guess I have no choice.

I then transformed into my true form causing my clothes to be torn apart

I howled and then turned back to the Grimm with a snarl.

We both charged at each other biting and clawing at each other with an intent to kill.

The Grimm smacked my face with it's left paw making me stumble backward.

I then charged and knocked the Grimm into a tree shattering it on impact.

The Grimm slowly got back up but I latched onto the back of its neck with my teeth.

The Grimm screams in pain and tries to push me off but I held on tightly.

SNAP!!!

With a twist of my head, I snapped the Grimm's neck as its body went limp.

I dropped the Grimm's body and it turned to ash.

Using my enhanced ears I hear gunshots and a roar in the distance.

Holo: (thoughts) I hope the others are okay.

I pick up my bow with my mouth and regrouped with the others.

Your POV

(Y/N): This guy is tough I'll give it that!

The Grimm is flying in the air and I'm firing my two pistols at it.

I managed to hit it a few times but it's still standing or in this case, flying.

The Grimm tried to dive bomb me but I rolled away.

The Grimm flew back in the air and fired green fireballs at me.

I dodged them all whilst taking shots at the Grimm.

I then charged up a shot on both pistols using my hellfire.

I pulled the trigger on both pistols and fired a large fireball of my own at the Grimm.

The fireball hit the Grimms side and it came crashing to the ground.

The Grimm stood back up in a daze because it crashed to the ground hard.

Whilst the Grimm recovered I put away my pistols and I took out Zar'Roc and Brisingir, put them in a backward grip and charged at the Grimm.

The Grimm swipes its tail at me but I jump over the attack.

I then stabbed Zar'Roc into the Grimms tail and activated lightning dust electrocuting the Grimm.

The Grimm roared in pain and then whipped its tail knocking me off its tail along with my sword.

I hit a stone structure with an 'oof'.

I got back up but I couldn't recover in time as the Grimm charged me into the said structure shattering it on impact.

3rd Person POV

After the two teams finished off the Deathstalker and the Nevermore they regrouped with each other.

Jaune: Well, I guess that's done.

Everyone sighed in relief but Weiss noticed something.

Weiss: Wait a minute where's (Y/N) and the others?

Everyone's eyes widened but before any of them could freak out a voice called out to them.

Diane: You talking about us?

Everyone turned to Diane's voice.

Weiss: Yes we were talking about... you?

The two teams were shocked at the appearances of their newfound friends.

Diane: Before you ask I'm a giant this is my natural size.

Hitomi: I'm a Ratel Brute.

Holo: And I'm actually a wolf deity. And in case you're wondering, I can talk to you telepathically in this form.

They all slowly nodded but the two sisters noticed something.

Ruby: Wait where's (Y/N)?

And on cue (Y/N) was thrown into the field by the Grimm he was fighting.

The Grimm flew up into the air and fired another fireball at (Y/N).

(Y/N) had no time to dodge as he was engulfed in flames.

The three teams watched in horror as their newfound friend was covered in the green flames.

Ruby: (crying) NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!!

The two sisters began to sob at the fact that they not only lost their father but their brother as well.

The Grimm roared in victory but it was interrupted by a metal object hitting its head.

The three teams snapped out of their shock as they saw that the metal object was none other than (Y/N)'s helmet.

(Y/N): I wouldn't be celebrating yet!

The three teams were shocked by hearing (Y/N)'s voice but what shocked them, even more, was that he was walking out of the flames unscathed.

Ruby and Yang smiled knowing that their brother was okay.

The others were baffled that a human being just walked out of the flames alive.

(Y/N): Besides, I'm just getting started.

Weiss: W-Wait a minute! How in the world are you still alive?

(Y/N) turned to Weiss and smiled, making her blush but she shook it off before he noticed.

(Y/N): Fun fact, I'm fireproof.

He then turned to the Grimm and scowled.

(Y/N): Luckily for me, he isn't.

(Y/N)'s body then burst into flames.

Even from a distance, the three teams felt the intense heat.

All of a sudden a massive clawed hand emerged from the flames and slammed to the ground, cracking it.

Then a large figure emerged from the flames.

The three teams' eyes widened at what (Y/N) has turned into.

A dragon.

(Y/N) lets out a loud roar that shook the earth.

The dragon then opened its wings and took off into the air straight at the Grimm.

The Grimm roared and flew down straight at the dragon.

The two dragons clash, biting and clawing trying to take advantage of one another.

They separated from each other and the draconic Grimm fired its green flames at the other dragon.

(Y/N) didn't bother to dodge and like before he was unaffected by the flames.

He then opened his mouth and fired his own flames.

His flames were a bright orange that was hotter than the draconic Grimm's flames.

The Grimm dodged the flames and took off into the clouds with (Y/N) behind it.

In the clouds were flashes of green and orange and shadows of two dragons in an aerial battle with one another.

Back on the ground, the three teams watched in amazement at (Y/N)'s.

Jaune: (smiles) I still can't believe my friend's a dragon!

Nora: BEST. FIGHT. EVER!!!

Ren: Unbelievable.

Pyrrha: Incredible.

Blake: Wow.

(Y/N)'s new team watched in amazement with Hitomi having a newfound respect for her partner.

Weiss turned to the two sisters who were just as amazed as everyone else.

Weiss: Did you two know he could do that?

They shook heads not saying a word.

The draconic Grimm fell from the clouds and then crashed to the ground.

(Y/N) landed right on top of the Grimm pinning it to the ground.

He then lets out a stream of fire burning the Grimm alive.

The Grimm screams in pain as it was helpless against the true dragons attack.

Its body turned to ash as (Y/N) stood triumphant.

He then lets out a victory roar and a stream of fire into the air making the skies turn orange.

Back at the cliffs Glynda and Ozpin watched the battle on Glynda's tablet.

Glynda: (shocked) I can't believe it, a living and breathing dragon.

Ozpin only smiled and took a sip of his hot cocoa.

Timeskip

Ozpin: Russel Thrush, Cardin Winchester, Dove Bronzewing, Sky Lark. The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as... Team CRDL

The audience clapped as the newly formed team's photo appeared on the screen behind Ozpin with their team name.

Ozpin: Led by... Cardin Winchester.

Team CRDL stepped off the stage and Jaune, Nora, Pyrrha, and Ren took their place.

Ozpin: Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, Pyrrha Nikos, Nora Valkyrie. The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as... Team JNPR.

The audience clapped as the newly formed team's photo appeared on the screen behind Ozpin with their team name.

Ozpin: Led by... Jaune Arc!

In the audience (Y/N) and his friends cheered after hearing of their friend's accomplishment.

Jaune: Huh? L-Lead by...?

Ozpin: Congratulations, young man.

Pyrrha smiled and playfully punched Jaune's arm causing him to fall over.

Everyone especially (Y/N) laughed at Jaune's silliness.

Team JNPR stepped off the stage as Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang took their place.

Ozpin: Blake Belladonna, Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, and Yang Xiao Long. The four of you retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as... Team RWBY.

The audience cheered as the newly formed team's photos appeared on the screen behind Ozpin with their team name.

Ozpin: Led by... Ruby Rose.

Ruby's eyes widened and (Y/N) cheered for his little sister.

Yang hugged Ruby.

Yang: (smiles) I'm so proud of you!

Team RWBY stepped off the stage as (Y/N), Hitomi (who was now wearing a blue and green jacket with jeans and looked more human), Diane (who was back to her shrunken state), and Holo (who now had new clothes on and was in her more human-like form) took their place.

Ozpin: (Y/N) Xiao Long, Hitomi Uzaki, Diane Matrona, and Holo Kraft. The four of you retrieved the black dragon pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as... Team BEAST!

The audience cheered as the newly formed team's photos appeared on the screen behind Ozpin with their team name.

Ozpin: Led by... (Y/N) Xiao Long!

The two sisters, Jaune, and their teams cheered for their friend's accomplishment.

Hitomi playfully punched (Y/N)'s arm.

Hitomi: (smirks) Don't let us down. I'll kick your ass if you do.

Diane: (smiles) Don't worry I think we're in good hands

(Y/N) smiled knowing that the next four are gonna be the best years ever.

Ozpin: (smiles) Looks like things are shaping up to be an... excellent year.

(A/N): About fucking time! I have a funny yet sad story I got to tell you guys. A few months ago I was working on this very chapter and I was halfway done but Wattpad decided to be an asshole and deleted all of my work! Because of this, I didn't want to touch this story for a while but finally, I got a chapter out after so long.
