Hello, everyone. I'm sorry for not updating this sooner. This wasnt the only story I had to work on. So without further ado, enjoy the chapter..

[No One's POV]
The group in profrssor Goodwitch's class watching Jaune's fight with Cardin Winchester, and he was being dominated by him. Y/n, Kira, Team RWBY and the rest of team JNPR watched in their seats as the bully was pushing him back like a ragdoll..

Y/n: *sighs* Poor guy has no coordination with his sword movements.

Kira: And he keeps leaving himself open. Maybe you should ask him to train him to be better with his weapon.

Y/n: *sees Pyrrha eyeing him with pity* I think Pyrrha is gonna do that.

He looks at Cardin, who laughs at his opponent's tiredness, and Jaune gathers his strength to charge forward and swing his blade at Cardin, only for him to jump out of the way. Jaune looks back, surprised, as Cardin's mace sends Jaune's shield - and himself - flying back. Now only armed with his sword, Jaune continued to try and attack, but is blocked by the mace's hilt. Their weapons locked, Cardin forces himself up, towering over a struggling Jaune.

Cardin: This is the part where you lose

Jaune: Over my dead----

Jaune is cut short as Cardin knees him in the gut, making Jaune drop his sword and fall to the ground in pain. Cardin raises his mace and is about to slam it down on a worried Jaune..

Goodwitch: That's enough, Mr Winchester.

Cardin relents and walks away as she comes onto the stage, tapping her tablet.

Glynda: Mr. Arc, it's been weeks now. Please try to refer to your Scroll during combat. Gauging your Aura will help you decide when it's appropriate to attack, or when it is better to move to a more... defensive strategy. We wouldn't want you to be gobbled up by a Beowolf, now, would we?

Cardin: Speak for yourself...

You: *Mutters* If he refuses to shut his mouth, I'm gonna freeze it for him....

Glynda turns to the seated and standing students, such as: Yang and Yang, punching the air in anticipation; Weiss, shaking her fists with an excited smile; and Ruby and Nora, shaking their entire body with enthusiastic energy while squealing softly

Glynda: "Remember, everyone, the Vytal Festival is only a few months away! It won't be long before students from the other kingdoms start arriving in Vale, so keep practicing! Those who choose to compete in the combat tournament will be representing all of Vale!"

The bell rings, and students start leaving while Pyrrha continues to frown sadly. Jaune, still sitting on the floor, hangs his head in shame.

Y/n: *looks back at jaune* I feel sad for him. I hope Pyrrha can help him.

Kira: i feel more sad for Pyrrha, with Jaune not noticing her.

Y/n: *thoughts* That boy needs to be trained by one of us.

(Timeskip)

The group headed to the cafeteria to eat. Just when everyone was about to eat and chat, we heard someone yelping in pain. We thought it was Velvet, but instead, we saw team CRDL bullying a 16 year old viper gecko Faunus...

???: can you jackasses leave me alone?!

Cardin: Why should we..it's fun talking about you're family and how they died like cowards!

I saw how he was getting angry when the dickhead said that, so I got up to confront them.

Y/n: *sighs* they never learn..

By the time I git there, i reached onto Cardin's arm and squeezed it hard, making me hear a cruel popping noise and making him let the other guy go..

Cardin: Aaggggh!! What the-*looks back to who did that, then shivers at the person*Y-y/n. Hey, buddy

Y/n: Don't "Hey buddy" me. What did I say about bullying people?

Cardin looks back, only to see them long gone and the gecko Faunus standing in awe.

Y/n: Be warned, because this is your second strike. Next time i see you bullying anyone else, or if I hear them being bullied, I'll report you to Opzin.
*transforms into his darkness form and speaks in a demons voice* Am..i..clear?

Cardin: *almost wets himself and nods*

Y/n: Leave!..

The coward bully ran out of the lunchroom in fear, leaving me to confirm the other student..

Y/n: *looks at the gecko Faunus and reverts back to normal* You ok?

Voltage: Yeah, thanks for that. I'm voltage..Voltage Blaze. (OC of Wolffoxy0522)

Y/n: I'm Y/n L/n. Nice to meet you, dude.

We both smilied, until I heard ruffing inside voltage's bag..

Y/n: Is there something inside you're bag?

Voltage: *feels scared* U-u-uh..what are you talki-

???: Arf!

His bag popped opened with a baby beowulf's head popping out..

Y/n: *thinks* Another baby beowulf?

Voltage panicked and tries to stuff his pet back into his bag..

Y/n: How about we talk in my room about this, ok?

Voltage *nods and walks off*

Y/n: He's not the only one with a beowulf..

(Timeskip to night-time)

Me and Kira we're in our dorm  room, with her sleeping, and me playing a new game.

Y/n: *gasps* Damn! I forgot to tell Ruby about this.

Just then, i heard the door knocking and I got up to answer it. When I opened it, Voltage was here. Including professor Ozpin.

Y/n: Can I help you, gentlemen?

Opzin: Nothing assured of. I came to announce that Mr. Blaze here will be a third member of team Yegear.

Y/n: That's nice. Another friend in our group.

Voltage: I like that too.

Ozpin: I'm glad you too are getting along. I'll be going now. *walks off*

Y/n: Well, would you like to come in?

I moved out of the way to let him inside and I brought him to his new  room in our dorm..(game system is whatever you want it to to be)

Voltage: *amazed by the decor* Amazing..

Y/n: I'm glad you like it. Also, that thing in your bag. You had a Beowulf in they're?

I saw him shuddering a little before confessing..

Voltage: ...Yeah. I do *thoughts* Please don't tell anyone.

Y/n: *feels exicited* That's aweaome!!

Voltage: Really?!

Y/n: Yeah. I also got a Beowulf pup as well. Although she's more cat like in her jungle gym

Voltage: Nice! What's her name?

I then whistle at Skyla's playpen(which is this by the way)..

And it woke her from her slumber. When she saw me, she barked happily and jumped in my arms, while licking my face..

Y/n: *laughs, then places her on tge ground* Voltage..meet Skyla. Skyla, meet Voltage.

Voltage: Hi, Skyla. Oh! I want you to meet Beo.

He opened his bag and it revealed a male beowulf pup coming out. When the little guy saw me, it whimpered and went back inside..

Y/n: Did I do something..?

Voltage: No..no. He's a little scared when meeting new people.

Y/n: Oh. Hey Skyla.

The female pup looked up at her owner with a questionable look

Y/n: Can you convince Beo that we mean no harm?

Skyla barks in response and goes inside voltage's bag abd speaks with Beo..

(I'm gonna show you all what those two beowulfs are really saying. Also for those who doesn't know, Grimm are not mindless. They are just like animals.)

[Skyla's and Beo's POV]

Skyla: *speaks telepathically* Hey there.

Beo: *looks up nervously and speaks back* H-hi..

Skyla: Why were you frightened when Y/n waved at you?

Beo: I'm..im not very social towards other humans. Voltage I'm okay with, but other people..it makes me scared.

Skyla: *sits next to Beo and pats his head gently with her paw* You shouldn't be scared of him and Kira. Those two are the sweetest human companions i ever had. And trust me, they'll be kind to you two.

Beo: *feels a little confident* R-really? And who's Kira?

Skyka: Y/n's mate. You'll see that they are not gonna hurt you..

Beo: *thinks for a moment and looks back at Skyla with a smile* Ok..ill try.

Skyla: Awesome! Let's get going!

Both me and him exited out the bag and waited for out owners reaction ..

Skyla: *thoughts* One day..I'll reveal myself to him..

[Voltage's POV]

I saw Beo and Skyla come out of the bag and I wonder if Beo calmed down..

Voltage: Beo..how do you feel?

He responded with a happy bark, and by jumping on my chest, licking my nose..

Voltage: *laughs* Stop that! *puts Beo down gently and looks at y/n*
I'm glad to have you as my friend.

Y/n: So am i. Let's head to sleep. We have to be on a field trip tommorow.

Voltage: Ok.

We both went into our respective rooms, and i climbed on top of my bed and covered myself with blanket. Beo climbed the ladder and layed on my chest before sleeping..

Voltage: *thoughts* This is the new life..*looks at Beo* Good night, little buddy.

I then closed my eyes, letting darkness cloud my mind..

[Jaune's POV]

Me and Pyrrha got to a rooftop of one of the buildings, with a clear view of the glowing green orbs in the central tower of Beacon.

Jaune: I know I'm going through a hard time right now, but I'm not that depressed. I can always be a farmer or something...

Pyrrha: N-n-no! That's not why i brought you up here We know you're having a difficult time in class. And that you're still not the strongest of fighters, so... we want to help you!

Jaune: Wh-what?"

Pyrrha: We can train up here after class where no one can bother us!

Jaune: You think I need help?

Pyrrha: N-no! No, that's not what I meant.

Jaune: But you just said it.

Pyrrha: Jaune, everybody needs a little push from time to time. It doesn't make you any different from the rest of us.

Jaune: I dont know about that..

Pyrrha: You made it to Beacon! That speaks volumes of what you're capable of!

Turning away from the her, i lowered my head and said.

Jaune: You're wrong. I-I don't belong here.

Pyrrha: That's a terrible thing to say! Of course you do!

I turned around, now angry and shouted..

Jaune: No, I don't!

I sighed as Pyrrha looks bewildered and confused, until it hit her.

Jaune: I wasn't really accepted into Beacon...

He turned his back to them so he doesn't have to face his two friends.

Pyrrha: Wh-what do you mean?"

Jaune: I mean I didn't go to combat school, I didn't pass any tests. I didn't earn my spot at this Academy!

He looked at them again, this time withs seriousness and sadness.

Jaune: I lied! I got my hands on some fake transcripts, and I lied!

Pyrrha: What? But... why?

Jaune: Cause this is always what I've wanted to be! My father, my grandfather, and his father before him were all warriors! They were all heroes! I wanted to be one, too. I was just never good enough.

Pyrrha then approached me, and placed a hand on my shoulder.

Pyrrha: Then let me help you.

I suddenly turned on her with mad frustration.

Jaune: I don't want help! I don't want to be the damsel in distress! I want to be the hero!

Pyrrha: Jaune, I-

Jaune: I'm tired of being the lovable idiot, stuck in the tree while his friends fight for their lives! Don't you understand? If I can't do this on my own... then what good am I?

Pyrrha attempted to reach out for my arm and console me, but i leaned back from her touch and turned away.

Jaune: Just...leave me alone. Okay?

Pyrrha: *i bowed her head sadly* If that's what you think is best...

She walked away, as her footsteps getting softer and softer until she left the roof, leaving me alone. I paced a little until he heard a mocking laugh and Cardin appeared on the roof from his window.

Cardin: Oh, Jaune..."

Jaune: *sees Cardin and looks surprised* Cardin! W-what are you doing here?!

Cardin: I couldn't help but overhear you three from my dorm room. So, you snuck into Beacon, huh? I gotta say, Jaune, I never expected you to be such a rebel!

Jaune: Please, Cardin, please, don't tell anyone!"

Cardin: Jaune, come on! I'd never rat on a friend like that!

Jaune: A... a friend?

Cardin: Of course!

He trapped me in a headlock under his arm despite my struggling.

Cardin: We're friends now, Jauney boy! And the way I see it, as long as you're there for me when I need you, we'll be friends for a long time.

He finally released me, who i gasped as he leaned on the ground.

Cardin: That being said, I really don't have time to do those extra readings Dr. Oobleck gave us today. Think you could take care of that for me, buddy?

He leaned down to rub my hair and got up with a grin.

Cardin: That's what I thought.

He headed back to his window, hanging onto the edge for a moment..

Cardin: Don't worry, Jaune; your secret's safe with me."

Cardin dropoed back down to his room as I rubbed his neck in pain and worry. Little did he know, y/n lingered for a while longer, overhearing what happened behind the closed door to the roof. He sighed as he opened his eyes and silently walked down the steps leading back to the dorms.

Y/n: Oh, Jaune..What the hell did you get yourself into..?
