When she opened her eyes again, there was something familiar in front of her. A shield. I could of sworn I had this in one of my duffle bags in the other dimension, how did it get here? She thought to herself. The shield that was now wrapped around her arm had the ability to adjust it's size, and it was currently big enough to block anything from getting to her.

Letting out a sigh of relief, she watched as the shield shrunk back to it's regular size— about as big as a dinner plate. Looking up, Dimi remembered that she wasn't alone in the shop. Oh dear.

"Natsu! You idiot!" Lucy exclaimed punching the pinkette in the head. As he was rolling on the ground in pain, Lucy turned towards Dimi with a concerned look on her face. "You alright?"

Dimi stood up, and dusted herself off.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just slightly discombobulated."

"Discombobu-what?" Natsu asked.

"Disoriented." Dimi said, simplifying the word.

"What?" Natsu asked again.

"Oh shut up you, this is all your fault. If you hadn't dropped that jar none of this would of happened." Lucy scolded with a look of annoyance on her face. She sighed, turning her attention back to Dimi, who had just been standing and watching the exchange. "I'm really sorry about that. Is there any way we can make it up to you?"

Dimi started to shake her head when all of a sudden her stomach decided to let out a growl. Right... I haven't eaten since early this morning... She thought to herself, a small blush of embarrassment appearing on her cheeks.

Lucy smiled slightly. "Here, I'll treat you to lunch to make up for it."

"Alright..." Dimi muttered, not going to waste and opportunity to get free food, and the three of them walked out of the store.

"Oh, right, I ever got your name. I'm Lucy. And this bull brain is Natsu." She introduced, of course, Dimi had already learned their names.

"I'm Dimira. Please feel free to call me Dimi. It's nice to meet you."

"So, you use Requip magic, huh? That's a pretty cool shield you got there." Natsu said, wrapping his arm around Dimi's neck and pointing towards the shield that was still wrapped around Dimi's wrist.

His skin is unnaturally warm. Dimi thought.

"I use fire magic myself!" He continued, rising his fist and fire surrounded his fist.

Dimi suddenly pushed away from Natsu, her eyes widened. "Please keep that away from me, alright?" She asked, trying to stop her voice from shaking.

Natsu looked at her with a confused look on his face. "Alright..."

"Thanks." Dimi muttered.

The three of them continued to walk along the streets, and Dimi couldn't keep her eyes off of the emblems that were on them. A pink one was on Lucy's hand while a red one was on Natsu's shoulder.

"Hey, um. If you don't mind me asking, what are those symbols you guys have on your skin? Are they tattoos or something?" Dimi asked, causing Natsu to turn and look at her, his eyes widened with surprise.

"You've never seen the Fairy Tail guild marks?" He asked loudly.

"Guild? Like, a Wizarding guild?" Dimi asked. So this dimension has magic users. So I guess that means that energy I felt was magic energy.

"Are you serious? You have no clue?!" Natsu asked, staring at Dimi with wide eyes.

"Calm down. I know what a guild is. I've just never heard of this 'Fairy Tail'."

"Are you not from around here or something? Fairy Tail is the most well known guild in Fiore." Lucy said, slight disbelief in her voice.

"Obviously I'm not from around here." Dimi said rolling her eyes. "Where I'm from magic isn't much of a big deal." Well, it doesn't exist in the way it does here, at least. She added to herself.

"Well then, why don't we take you to the guild hall after we eat. Maybe you could even join FairyTail. The guild's pretty welcoming to new members." Lucy stated.

"Join...?" Dimi asked. If it's anything like the other guilds I've seen before, they probably have requests and missions. If so... it might help me to find that beast. "I'll consider it."

Natsu smiled. "Awesome! Now, let's get some grub!"

After they ate, the three of them walked out of the restaurant and Dimi followed them towards the large building Dimi had spotted from the forest edge.

Once they reached the building, Dimi looked up. Looking at the sign that read 'Fairy Tail'

"Come on, let's go inside!" Natsu said, a wide grin on his face.

"Yeah, oh, and just a warning," Lucy leaned close to Dimi, an unamused look on her face. "It's a bit crazy in there."

"Ah, don't worry, I can handle crazy." Dimi said. And followed the two towards the main door.

She watched as Natsu grabbed the handle, a threw the door open loudly.

"We're back everybody!"

"Natsu!" A voice called, and Dimi looked past Natsu to see a flying blue cat head straight towards them.

I've seen a lot of things. A talking pig, demons, even a small ball of talking slime. But a flying blue talking cat? That has to be a first for me. Dimi thought to herself.

"Happy, buddy!" Natsu exclaimed.

"Where'd you go? I turned around for a second and you and Lucy were gone." The blue cat said, a sad expression on his face.

"Don't worry Happy, the two of us just went to that new magic item store that had opened up. Oh, right! Hey everyone! Guess what?" Natsu shouted, getting the attention of all the people who were in the guild hall. "We got a new member!"

Dimi perked up. "H-Hey! I didn't say I would join your guild. I said I would consider it!" Of course, nobody listened to her. Instead, people were cheering all around her, filling the room with noise.

"A new member?" A voice asked, and Dimi sighed.

I guess I have no choice, do I? How do I keep getting roped into these things? Dimi thought as she turned to who had just asked the question. "I guess so."

"It's nice to meet you. I'm Mirajane."

"I'm Dimira. Please, call me Dimi." Dimi said, bowing her head shortly in greeting.

Mirajane held up a stamp, the same insignia that was on Natsu and Lucy was shown on the stamp. "Where would you like your insignia?"

Dimi thought for a moment, then she reached down and rolled up her jeans. pointing to the back of her calf. "Right here, please." She said.

"Of course." She said.

After the insignia was stamped on her leg in a sky blue color, Dimi heard the whole guild cheer.

"You're a part of Fairy Tail now, Dimi! Welcome to the family!" Natsu exclaimed, looking towards the black haired girl with a wide smile on his face.
