(Hiccup P.O.V)
I slowly walked backwards out of the cage. My hand rested against the nightmares snout. The dragon started at me intently but I had told him I was half dragon, he stemmed to relax. I reached behind me to grab Snotlout's hand."W-what's are you d-doing?"he stuttered nervously as I brought his hand closer to the dragons nose. I gently places his hand on the dragon scales and a small puff of smoke came from the dragons nostrils. Snotlout began to laugh in victory. I let go of his and began to walk away."W-wait, were you going?" Snotlout asked me, obviously nervous. I bent down inti a chest and pulled out a dragon shaped saddle." Well, your going to need something to hold onto."I told them with a grin on my face. I could see there eyes dart between me and the other dragon standing there patiently.

(Astrid P.O.V)
My eyes followed Hiccup the whole time he brought the dragons closer to us. FishLegs now had a gronkle he named Meatlug. The twins had a zippleback named Barf and Belch. Snotlout had names his monstrous nightmare Hookfang. Heather had a razor whip, she had named her windshear. I was they only one left. I watched as hiccup brought the brilliant blue Nadder towards me. He reached back and gently grabbed my wrist. My cheeks turned a bright scarlet at the contact. He pulled at my hand making me take a few steps toward him. He stood behind me and pressed my hand against the dragons nose. I blushed harder at the feeling of him so close to me. I could feel his warm breath on the back of my neck. I felt cool scales shift against my palm and it was then that I noticed hiccup had already left and was strapping the saddle onto the dragon. "I think ill name you.... Stormfly huh, you like that?" I asked the Nadder. It squawked in return. I laughed and gently stroked the dragons head. I saw out if the corner out of my eye the twins and Snotlout snickering but I before I could do anything hiccup stepped in."now that we've got that sorted you need to bond with your dragon." Hiccup said while patting Toothless. They all went back to there dragon and I saw hiccup come stand next to me. "You okay?" He said lowly so only I could hear. I nodded, not trusting my mouth.
We spent the next hour playing and bonding with out dragons before hiccup piped in." Allright, so....who wants to fly?" He asked smiling like an idiot. "Me!" Ruff shouted."No! Me!"tuff yelled standing infront if his sister. They began tackling eachother."guys,guys!"hiccup said pulling them apart. They started at him"you have the same dragon" hiccuo said and they had a dumbstruck look on their faces before there lips formed an 'o'."let's just go already" Snotlout said getting impatient.FishLegs squealed and heather laughed in exitment."this is going to be awsome"heather said and FishLegs could only nod in agrement. I stayed quiet and at the back of the group.
After a few minutes of walking we arrived at a clearing in the forest. "Alright, heather your first. The rest of you just...play with your dragons." Hiccup said while walking towards the raven haired girl. He pushed her up into the saddle he showed her were to hold onto and began telling her how to control the dragon.after a while he got her flying in the air, but still in eyes view." Ruff,tuff your next"hiccup made a gesture for them to come. Snotlout went after them, and next was Fishlegs. By no everyone was flying except me."C'mon Astrid, it's your turn"hiccup smiled at me and I felt my legs go weak. I walked into the middle of the clearing, next to Hiccup. He held a hand out for me. I blushed but accepted the gesture. He pushed me up into the saddle and told me were to grip. He explained how to control and balance. He mounted onto Toothless and we both took off. After awhile I finally got the hang out it and began doing small twists and turns. An hour after flying we all headed back to Berk with hiccup in the lead. I of course was at the back, silently following. We touched down and separated to out homes. I walked up and Stormfly curled up at the foot of my bed. I smiled and gently stroked her wing. I jumped onto the bed, lying on my stomach and fell into a peaceful sleep. I wouldn't never admit it, but I dreamed about the dreamy, auburn haired boy.

(Stoic P.O.V)
I watched with a small smile as hiccup and the other teens flew around the sky. They all laughed and cheered. My eyes started at the Hofferson lass for a minute. She was quite a good flyer. She preformed multiple twists and turns. I found myself not scowling at the girl, instead looking at her, pleased.
