Ryu's POV

Some days have passed since the football game, and it doesn't matter who won and who lost... because we lost 7-1 against Bon's team.

At least we got one!

The teacher is introducing us 2 new students, but I already know who they are.

"So, first is Himura's second cousin coming from England, Light Law"

That Rai, he really likes being human-sized. And now he is my classmate!

"Second is someone most of you already know, Ryuji Suguro"

Bon also moved to our school. At least we will have him in our football team now.

Rai sits down to my side. I seriously need to ask him.

"Light Law?"

"You know, because my name is Rai Torou, so a British me is Light Law"

What does he have on his mind?

"I still cannot believe Rai and Light are the same person..."

Yoshimaru says that with a really confused tone. He hasn't processed the Borrowers yet.

After school, I go to football pratice with Rai, but now he is a player insted of hiding from everybody.

"Let's crush the opponent next time, Himura-kun!"

Yoshimaru really turns into a different person when it comes to football.

"Don't worry, with me, you are going to do it"

Bon says that with a lot of confidence. He is our MVP after all.

We all start playing, and Rai has no idea how to handle the ball.

Maybe I taught him how to dodge it, but I never considered that he would play with it.

Sho's POV

I take a huge distance from the crowd, and take Arrietty out of Ryu's bag.

"Look Arrietty, our sons have grown up a lot"

"Yeah, I'm proud of Ryuto, he has done all kind of good things with my Rai"

"Maybe he is horrible at hiding the Borrowers, but he is good with them"

"Yeah"

"You know I felt in love with you that summer we met, right?"

"Yes. I always knew that, and I shared that feeling, I know have told you this many times, but, thanks for saving my mother"

"Arrietty, you saved your mother, I only made you move away from your home"

"But you taught me that humans and borrowers can coexist. That is what we want with our sons, after all"

"Yeah, you're right"

I made a good choice by not letting the world know about Borrowers now? Yes. I made a good choice by telling that secret to Ryu? Hell no.

But at the end of the day, Ryu and Rai have learned a lot from eachother, so all this was worth it.

Maybe, in the future, humans and Borrowers will coexist in peace. Rai and Ryu are the prove that this possible.

But maybe that is because Ryu is a different kind of human, and Rai is... a different kind of Borrower,
